I understand that every couple is unique, and to that point, your wedding ceremony should match your vision. That's why I provide transparent pricing and options to meet all couples budgets and desires. Together, we will create a ceremony that is completely tailored to your needs and expectations.
A quick about me - I retired from the US Army in 2020 and have been a part-time professor at the local community college for the past 10 years and manage a federal workforce development grant in Northern Nevada. I have been married for over 26 years and have 3 grown children. I love working with people and truly enjoy the magical time and the positive emotions of the wedding ceremony and working with couples as they start their lives together.
As your officiant, I aim to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to fully embrace the joy and love you share and to make everyone feel a special role they played in your love journey. Whether you are looking for a traditional ceremony, something more modern, or a combination of both, I am committed to working with you to create a ceremony that is perfect for you. I am not particularly religious, and with respect to those who are and would want this as part of their ceremony, I do not include religion as part of my personal or wedding scripts. If you are looking for this I recommend you look to any of our local ministries for this service.
I understand that planning a wedding can be stressful, and my role is to provide you peace of mind on your big day. I am here to guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly so that you can fully enjoy every moment.

We had originally planned to have Neil perform our wedding on July 4th, but due to my father being terminally ill and would not make it to the wedding (he passed away two days late...
r), he came to the hospital room and performed the ceremony there so my Dad could be part of it. Not at all what we had originally planned for, but it was amazing that he was able to make this happen in such a short amount of time. His caring nature and ability to make it work, made us extremely grateful and will absolutely recommend him to anyone.

nts to listen to. We had a few guests go up to us during our reception telling us how great Neil was. He was well-spoken and knew how to keep everyone’s attention. We wanted a short, to-the-point, and non-religious ceremony (as we come from families with several religious backgrounds) and Neil delivered. He told us that the script will most likely be around 20 minutes and he didn’t disappoint. Our wedding was also a merge of two cultures and Neil’s script brought the two together so effortlessly. He is experienced in the wedding industry and offered valuable tips when it came to planning our ceremony. He also effectively coordinated with our other vendors whom he did not meet prior our big day. We HIGHLY recommend him to any couple from any background. He was definitely one of the best wedding vendors we had the chance to work with.
