Nicole was the best wedding coordinator! We hired her for her day-of services. She was involved from the moment we picked all of our vendors and helped coordinate with all of them for the timeline, details, etc. She's super easy to work with, kind, very responsive, and very organized!

Nicole was an awesome coordinator! We got her as our day-of coordinator. Planning a wedding in 2020 was not easy. Nicole helped our wedding day run so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything with coordinating my vendors or the timeline of the wedding day because she took care of all of it.

Our day would not have been the same without Nicole, and I wish we had found her sooner in our planning process! We hired Nicole as a day of coordinator about 3 months before the wedding and she went far beyond our expectations. She seamlessly picked up the planning reigns and alleviated much stress along the way. We were still in need of booking a few important vendors and she helped us find wonderful ones on very short notice. She was extremely organized and worked very well with our families and other vendors to ensure that everyone did what they were supposed to. Nicole also checked in with us regularly in the 2 months leading up to the wedding both to check that we were doing what we needed and to make sure our stress level was well managed. On the day of the wedding, we had a hurricane come through that prevented our outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour plans, but she handled this so well and consistent with our vision that it barely registered as a change to our plan. Nicole is incredibly outgoing, friendly, and extremely easy to work to with and she melded right into our families. She loves planning weddings and does it extremely well! We would highly(!!!) recommend Nicole to anyone needing help with their plans (no matter the stage)!

Nicole was an absolute Godsend to me during the planning, coordinating, and directing of my wedding. I was extremely stressed out about many details of my wedding and in some instances didn't know where to start. Nicole kept my head clear, kept me calm, and walked me through things that I could and should do so my planning would not be so stressful. She helped me narrow down venues and vendors based on the vision I had for my wedding. (I was all over the place when searching for venues! UGH) She helped me determine the most efficient way to seat my guests at my reception so that members of both families would mix and mingle. Nicole directed my rehearsal and wedding with authority, professionalism, and tact. (My wedding party loved her energetic spirit! My mom and sister even asked to work with her on some weddings! LOL) On my wedding day, Nicole was at the venue before I was to greet my makeup and hair artist and get them settled in the room prior to my arrival. I did not have a worry in the world that day and was able to enjoy my wedding and reception with no frustration and no stress. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole of Weddings by Nicole G during the 6 months leading up to my wedding and the day of my wedding and reception. Nicole assisted me in securing my wedding venue for my destination, beach wedding in Florida. She contacted about 5 different venues and presented what they could offer me for my ceremony and reception. I had an early morning ceremony with a breakfast reception. She was able to negotiate a lower catering rate since my wedding was not on a weekend. Additionally, she was able to help me secure a last minute photographer as my original photographer had a family medical emergency. (Might I add that the photographer was AMAZING!) She secured my DJ and worked with me and the venue's florist to choose the best flowers and bouquet arrangement I was seeking for myself and my daughter. I must also state that she assisted with my DIY centerpieces, set up the reception hall, assisted with creating my seating chart for my reception, and printed the escort cards. WHEW!!!! When I think back on it now, she really did a lot and I don't know how I would have gotten it all done alone!! The characteristics that stood out the most to me about Nicole's service was that she was very professional, personable, and pleasant. She handled everything in a calm and professional manner and she stayed on top of EVERY detail to ensure that my event was on time to the minute! She went over a wedding and reception timeline with all vendors the week prior to the wedding and did a walk through with the venue the afternoon before my wedding. I can not thank Nicole and Weddings by Nicole G enough. My wedding day was EXACTLY as I envisioned it would be and most of all, I had NO stress leaving all of my details in her hands.
