Weddings by PH Event Group - Party Harty Entertainment

they in fact had the right song, they kept us on course. We recommend the fan wall and the sparklers for your ceremony (allowed outdoor only in LI)

rall vision we had for our wedding day. It truly felt like they cared about creating the perfect atmosphere tailored to us. We met with Evan, for our initial meeting, who took the time to explain all of their choices with realistic pricing and add-ons. Josh was in constant contact with us once we started really planning, making sure we got exactly what we wanted and offering recommendations when we had questions. We even added on a Photobooth through Party Harty, which was a perfect addition to the night! On the day of, they absolutely delivered. Our DJ/MC, Ricky, played a perfect balance of music, playing an amazing mix that kept all ages engaged and the dance floor full all night long. He also checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure any special requests were included, which we really appreciated. Through this vendor, we also had a live flutist/saxophonist (Anthony) and percussionist (Maximo), which elevated the entire experience. The energy they brought was incredible, and our guests are still talking about how unique and fun it was. The combination of live elements with the DJ created such a nonstop party atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend this team to any couple looking for entertainment that is professional, attentive, and guaranteed to keep the celebration going strong! Bo was our videographer (also through Party Harty Events) and we are so happy we chose him for our wedding! One of the highlights was his use of drone footage, which perfectly showcased the landscape and setting of our venue. Bo was able to capture all the special moments – both big and small – and constantly kept us and the bridal party hyped up and smiling. We are beyond grateful for the care and creativity he put into telling our story and recommend him for any couple looking for a videographer who goes above and beyond.

d his staff were incredible to work with.  Amazing professionalism and care!!! We have had so many guests rave to us about our dance floor and how electric it was all night!! If you want to have the best night of your life please book PARTY HARTY!

inish. He made sure we got EVERYTHING we wanted and more! The professionalism and expertise are just incredible! He listened to everything and made the experience SO fun! He is beyond talented and the music was AMAZING!! Everyone danced all night long!! The set up was beautiful & so detailed, it was even more than we dreamed of! We had Mike B playing live music in cocktail hour and it was just perfect, the songs aligned with the theme in cocktail and it just fit!! Then he proceeded to play all his instruments which just lit the party up! He got everyone involved and the party was just INSANE!! We got to play the drums, hit the cow bell and even sing our favorite songs on the mic!!! He is so in incredibly talented as well as it really shows they love what they do!! They made us feel SO special throughout the whole night we couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear!! We kept looking around the room with all the lights, co2 blasting and we just were so excited that our dream came to life!!! They created a beautiful montage & a memory montage for my brother and it had everyone’s hearts full with the thought and kindness that went into making it for us. Our guests had so much fun in the Photo Booth they provided with the flower wall that was just beautiful!! The creativity and ideas they have are just unreal!!! PH is the definition of the perfect company!! They make all your dreams come true and make the planning so fun!! We can’t wait to book our next event with them!! We love them all!! Love always The Ramos’

th some genres as well. Everything was played, and the dance floor was packed the entire night! Not even just by younger people, but by guests of all ages. Evan was so great with communication too. He made us feel so comfortable to come to him if we had questions or wanted to make any changes. He really helped us with the order of speeches and dances in the reception. He also helped us pick the perfect uplighting color for our venue. He also brought his instruments to help play along with the songs. I still have guests coming up to me about how amazing the music selection was and how great they were. The photobooth also was amazing. They take a copy of every photo and create a photo album for the bride and groom to take home, and guests can even write a personal message. Party Harty was absolutely fantastic. My family and I will absolutely be hiring them for parties in the future.

out on the dance floor all night! Everyone loved the music and the energy they brought! We also had Bo as our videographer and he was so great at making sure our day was captured and that we had the best memories of this day! Alex was so great and helped everyone at the photo-booth! Guests loved him and thought he was so nice! We will absolutely be planning all our events with Party Harty!

ned our music preferences and he "got" our vibe. We included a live sax player, Evan came with his drum kit and trombone, and we had emcee (Mike) and they all KILLED IT! They seemed to be having as much fun as we all were and kept us all dancing all night. Highly recommend PH!

it came to our childrens weddings, and there was three of them, I only suggested people that I trusted and then let them pick according to theirs and their partners taste. its a chemistry thing. While they fielded a few recommendations from their caterer and friends, I was not surprised they selected Evan. He is great blend of experience and current, senses his crowd well and keeps the party moving. All our guest raved about the pulse of the party. Most parties hopefully start off exciting but tail off as the event progresses. With Evan at the helm, our party continued at a high level and never got flat. The multimedia screens, PH videos, live accompaniment including Evan playing an old school trombone, added a spontaneity and uniqueness to the party. His MC and DJ skills are all beautifully blended. I would be a schnook and remiss to the other outstanding DJ's that I have worked and were comfortable with doing my kids parties but I'm sooo pleased Evan shone through and the B&G were so happy. its nice when a recommendation keeps up to the billing. The Party Harty crew are a constant and reliable bunch.

c was amazing and the video was incredible. The DJ setup was perfect and fit right into our decor, the lighting made the room so cozy and romantic and the photos of everyone up on the screens throughout the night was a huge hit with our guests. My husband and I would recommend Party Harty and Evan over and over again without any reservation. Thank you guys so much for everything!

deo wall at Temple Or Elohim. During the cocktail hour he used our photos to play on the TV screens and during the reception he played the music videos on the wall along with the song. Evan played the trumpet along with the drums in addition to the music. He really knows how to get the party started and get all the guests on the dance floor. We also used the Photobooth through Party Harty. It was brand new and amazing! The pictures were all high quality and they printed out 4 by 6 with a frame! Evan included the pink flower wall for us which was an amazing touch. The guests loved it!

ise and our vision and created a night we will remember for the rest of our lives. He made it classy, elegant, fun, and the party didnt stop till the lights came on. He ran the show and made sure we didnt have to worry about a thing. The sax guy was amazing and Evan even brought his drums and other instruments to play along with him. It was UNREAL. Party harty is the way to go. Im telling you

to be around on the dance floor and he had our dance floor moving and grooving all night long 🕺💃🏼 Evan is so highly talented and he made our wedding day the absolute best day of our lives! 🎉We truly appreciate you so much!!! Thank you for changing our lives with your musical abilities, amazingly fun personality and overall kindness and professionalism. We will call you anytime we have any celebration or party and we give you a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟star review for life!!!

drum on them and play with some instruments . The co2 gun was so fun shooting it into the crowd. We Had a great time

. When it came time for my daughter's wedding, there was no other option. Evan brought in world-class musicians to accompany him in the DJ booth and all the guests thought it was a live band! He carefully curates the play list with the bride and groom then tailor's the sounds to the crowd and the vibe of the party. We also used their photo booth and video services. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Every guest was raving that this was the best and most fun wedding they'd been to. It's all Evan and his team. Highly recommend for a perfect day.

rty perfectly. And their videographer captured every single special moment so that we can relive this night over and over. Thank you party harty from the bottom of our hearts.

how. My guests keep talking about our wedding and how amazing the DJ/MC and crew were the entire night. Evan brought his trombone out and absolutely killed it. I literally could go on and on about Evan and his crew but I will leave it at this. If you don’t hire Party Harty and reserve Evan for your event you will be sorry. The best company I have ever seen host a spectacular wedding for my wife and I! Evan provided us with zap shots and a Photo Booth so we can always remember the night and our guests absolutely loved it! 20/10 recommend using Evan and Party Harty, they made our wedding a real PARTY! Evan even utilized his interactive huge screen that presented us with live zap shots, music videos, and our names in huge writing the entire night! I literally have so much to say about these guys and they forever have the Negrin family as clients! My brothers wedding is next and he already wants to have Evan and Party Harty hosting his event! I told him….. gotta go with the best and clearly Evan is the BEST!

beginning to end, it was a PLEASURE working with Evan. Responsive, organized, he made our entire experience so easy. Actually. the entire day was a bit of a mess due to a Maitre'd problem with our venue, the SECOND we got to the Reception and Evan took over, it was a breath of fresh air. He controlled the entire night, told us what to do when to do it, and I would recommend Evan for your wedding 1000000x over. Pure perfection. Thank you, Evan, for everything from beginning to end!! Until next time <3

J, violinist, and photobooth. The violinist played the ceremony with the DJ pumping in background music was just what we wanted, and the ceremony felt special because of it. DJ Ricky was absolutely great throughout the night. We met with him beforehand, and he was extremely nice and reassuring, and he listened to all our requests! He made sure everyone kept dancing throughout the night, mixed the music how we had requested, and made it as fun a night as it was. The photobooth was also awesome, people kept lining up for more and more fun photos throughout the night. The scrapbook for the photobooth was an extra special touch that allowed people to leave us messages, and we really appreciated the personal aspect of this. Overall, we had a great experience working with everyone from party harty, and would highly recommend them going forward.

Party Harty has an impeccable reputation for being the best in the business and there was only one DJ who could create the wedding experience we were looking for - Evan Brandwein! From our very first meeting, Evan’s intense passion for music was abundantly clear! He is just in love with music and bringing music to people’s parties to create wonderful experiences for the guests is his greatest joy. Evan took our wedding seriously from our first meeting and he planned every detail as though the wedding was his own. Evan’s personality was upbeat and approachable to say the very least. His enthusiasm and excitement about our wedding was so catching that we often left our meetings even more excited than when we came in. We were comfortable asking questions or requesting songs – he was open to everything! We were thoroughly amazed at the level of knowledge he had about every current trend happening in the music business. He knew every song and artist from the past to the most current and in every genre of music. He also knew what was appropriate and not appropriate for the type of affair we were having. By the time we had our final meeting, he had done so much preparation that we had complete confidence that our wedding was going to be perfect. Evan has the perfect combination of being kind, fun and highly professional. He can read a crowd like no one else. During the wedding, it was clear that he had impeccable timing and spontaneously changed songs to keep people dancing. One example is when we had an unexpected delay in the start of our ceremony. Evan had to quickly adjust the music he had planned and change the timing of the set so he could be ready with the exact music he had planned exactly when the procession would finally start. Of course no one noticed a thing because Evan was in charge of it all. The equipment he uses is the best there is. Our favorite thing was the fans (that he built himself) that stood in front of the stage and blew cold air onto the people dancing on the dance floor! It was literally so cool! He also recommended the rotating sign of the couple’s names on the dance floor. I wasn’t really sold on the idea at first but when I actually saw it in motion with everyone dancing, I knew it was the perfect addition to the party. Another suggestion he made was the photo booth which, with its latest technology, was a big hit with our guests! Our wedding was as successful and fun as it was mainly because of Evan and his Party Harty team. Everyone was dancing and upbeat and the simple additions he suggested made the wedding that much more special and unique. We are indebted to Party Harty and Evan and look forward to hiring them again in the future! Ronnie Diller

the music industry, said he was the best DJ they have ever seen. He had command of the party and had everyone dancing, much more than expected. We are also very happy with the zap photos and roaming ring photographers! We have great pictures and memories to last a lifetime. Howie and Evan were easy and professional communicating with us and responding quickly to all our needs. We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. The absolute best!!!

a feel for what we wanted and executed everything beyond what we could have expected. We highly recommend Party Harty and especially Evan for your Wedding!

ery helpful and he laid out all the options we had as far as what fit the venue. In the weeks leading up to the big day, we had a final meeting with Evan to square away the final details and went through all the songs we wanted to make sure were played. Our wedding was at the Watermill and Party Harty's setup was great for the room. During the cocktail hour we had a saxophonist playing, which was great for the ambiance. Just before the cocktail hour ended, Evan did a quick rundown in the reception room which made us more comfortable. Once the reception started, Evan was super energetic as the emcee. The combination of Evan and the musicians were great in keeping people on the dance floor all night, which we really wanted. For our first dance, my wife and I wanted to combine two songs which Evan was able to blend with a seamless transition. That was such a special moment for us. And the timing with which the songs we wanted to hear were played always seemed to be perfect. We'll always think of our wedding when we hear "Come Sail Away," because it was such a great moment for us. We can't thank Evan and his crew enough for the job they did. You can't have a great wedding without great music and Party Harty made sure we got that. We could not recommend them enough.

I was so worried about the music part of my wedding, from picking all my ceremony songs (we got married on the beach) to the dance music, but Evan answered all my questions (and there were a lot), he gave great suggestions and talked me through everything a few times and assured me my day would be perfect, and it was beyond perfect! Mike was our MC , he has a great personality, so personable, kept the party going he was beyond exceptional. A few weeks before my wedding I was still having a hard time figuring out a photo wall that would complement my boho beach vibe wedding, Evan to the rescue. He created a custom back drop that was absolutely perfect! His crew hung my neon sign and it pulled everything together. When I walked into my reception for the first time and saw it, I was speechless. My guest had the best time taking pictures against it and the full-size pictures with frames came out perfect, my guests were so happy and are still talking about it! Looking back at my pictures seeing all my guest, myself and my husband smiling and dancing having the best time brings happy tears to my eyes and I am forever thankful and grateful for Party Harty, Evan & Mike and their whole crew making our wedding day so memorable and perfect. I already hinted to my husband that I would like a surprise (lol) birthday party in 2024 and Party Harty to be there.

y for us! He was honest, relatable, professional and hilarious! I loved the fact that we were able to physically meet our dj instead of being farmed out by a sales dept which allowed us to build a relationship leading up to the wedding! He really took in everything we wanted / requested and followed through with it at our wedding (even things I forgot I asked for!) his dj set up looked perfect in the beautiful mansion ballroom and the sound was amazing. My husband & I along with almost all of our guests literally didn’t leave the dance floor that’s how much of a rocking time he gave us! Can’t say enough good things about Evan and his whole team.

have photo booths, musicians, photography etc. Evan (DJ/MC) was highly recommended to me by a family friend and now I know why. When I spoke to Evan on the phone before even getting to meet him in person I knew he needed to be my DJ. Evan kept in touch with me throughout the whole wedding planning just to even check in on how I was doing. Fast forward to the day of my wedding, I told Evan the only thing I wanted was to make sure everyone was having fun and dancing, and that’s exactly what happened the entire night, except when people were taking pictures at the Photo Booth because who doesn’t love a good Photo Booth!! The morning after I was getting calls and text messages about how fun the wedding was and how great the music was. I can’t thank Evan enough for making our night so fun and special. Evan, Richie, Alex and Anthony.. you guys are the best and I’m so thankful you were apart of our special night. You guys will be my first call for any future parties we will be having!

the vendors we hired were able to execute our vision at our unique venue. They went above and beyond our expectations. DJ Evan and his team were able to transport and install our dance floor perfectly as well as set up for the event flawlessly. I had absolute confidence in them on our wedding day- this was so important because it eliminated a major stress from our day. Evan listened to exactly what we wanted for the day and made sure everyone was having fun at all times! From the ceremony to the reception, his song selections and energy kept the party going. He played such in important role in making sure the timeline of the day went smoothly as well. He even created a video of our wedding day for us- which was totally unexpected, but so appreciated! Colleen and Wendi were the absolute best photography team. Our day had a tight timeline for photos, and we were still were able to get every shot we wanted, and more! Their confidence, kindness, and professionalism kept everyone at ease throughout the day. We were even able to sneak out for some sunset shots mid-reception and had such a great time with them! We were sent highlights of photos just days after our wedding, which again was so unexpected but very appreciated! We cannot recommend this event group enough. They were not only extremely professional, but also brought such good energy to our day. I would entrust them with any event and HIGHLY recommend using them for yours!

eral times leading up to the wedding to ensure that everything was covered from the ceremony to the last song. The playlist was perfect. Evan brought the best energy and made sure the night went exactly as we wanted… Which included everyone dancing as much as possible. My wife and I had to write this recommendation because we’ve lived a Party Harty wedding. We’ve done the meetings and shopping around. If anyone out there is debating their entertainment needs for their wedding, meet with Party Harty and you’ll know it’s the team for you you. A special shout-out to Josh Blum for all the behind the scenes stuff that our guests never saw. Trust me, they care and they rock. We can’t thank them enough, but we’ll try! Thank you Evan and thank you Party Harty!

and the set pieces. The sax player got everyone engaged on the dance floor and was so much fun! Would definitely recommend.

erious. We were even at ANOTHER wedding a few weeks later, and people kept coming to us saying "yea this wedding is nice, but the DJ at yours was just the BEST" ... like, people don't usually go out of their way to make those kind of compliments weeks and months after your wedding!! He played hit after hit after hit, and the dance floor was FILLED the entire night. He played almost all the songs we requested (we requested A LOT), and his energy just blew the roof off. In addition to the incredible music, he had two KEY factors that differentiated him from every other DJ we've seen. 1) The fan DJ booth. For our large, packed dance floor, this was a life saver, not to mention "cool". He's the only one in the business with anything like it. 2) His speakers. They pump the music without blowing out anyone's ear drums, and it's truly a game changer. We've been to several weddings since on Long Island, and no one else even compares. It was the best day of our lives, in HUGE part due to Evan and PH Entertainment. I couldn't possibly urge you to use Evan more, and he gets an astounding 5 stars and more! Thanks for the best time ever, Evan!

ing so easy and fun. Not one part of me was stressed regarding the music at any point. They got the crowd going, picked the best songs and listened to any of our requests we wanted. Our reception truly wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was if it wasn’t for Evan and Ricky. They even put together a video clip to send us after the fact that was so great!! We had a sax player during cocktail hour and then during the reception that just added more fun to the party! The cold sparklers added so much spice to our entrance and made for some incredible photos! I highly highly recommend Party Harty for any party you might be having. People are still calling us and raving about them!!

went to an event at our venue (The Crescent Beach Club) and Evan was the DJ for the event. We were so impressed by Evan we booked him right away and knew we were in the BEST hands. Evan was there for us from the very beginning to make sure we were happy. He even made time to meet with us a few days before our wedding (which was also during the busiest time of the year for him) to discuss everything for the wedding day and made us feel so at ease. He lifted a ton of weight off of our shoulders knowing everything was taken care of by the best. Needless to say, he did an incredible job and made our day so very special. We also booked a drummer to play along with Evan and it was the best decision. Our guests had a blast and that's exactly what we wanted. They are still raving about the music and how much fun they had. We HIGHLY recommend Evan and Party Harty for your wedding or any event! Book them now! You will not regret it!!

e song we wanted to dance out to down to the second & they followed it. Same with our ceremony. Every request was met. My favorite decision was the zap shots. I was so hestitant because I’m personally not a fan on the TV screens but Evan let me know I’d get about 500 photos just a few days later. He allowed me to do the zap shots without the Tvs. Just a few days later I had a link with 600 photos to look through which were all of the dance floor. He got so many shots of guests that weren’t in the bridal party which I am so grateful to have. They were so great that my guests thought those were from my photography company. The last minute (the day before)my mom surprised me with the sparklers. If ur considering it, do it!!!! I have nothing but amazing things to say!!!!

ite a few non-traditional requests for the flow/events of the ceremony, and everything went off without a hitch. Can't recommend these guys enough - true professionals that can keep the party going (until 1am in my case!!).

! Our wedding was perfect and a big part of it was Party Hardy!

nd Sax Player were incredible. Dominick made us super comfortable and got our pictures done perfectly. Bo the video guy worked together with Dom and our whole family loved them. Evan was a great MC and party maker and walked us through everything!! He orchestrated the entire flow of the whole day! We highly recommend PH Entertainment for any event!!

cake cutting and entrance for the wedding party. On the day of my wedding, he managed to get an amazing sunset picture to display on the screen for the entire evening. His set up was fantastic too, with the lights and tv screens with music videos. The saxophone player at the reception (who was also the flute player during the ceremony and cocktail hour) was also a huge hit - he is super talented and knew how to get guests energized! By the end of the night, Evan had met all my requests discussed in conversation before the wedding, and my guests raved about his ability to keep the party going with all the right music. Everyone there was constantly dancing and smiling!

t the planning process. We told him we wanted it to be a nonstop party, and he went above and beyond that. There wasn’t a time guests weren’t dancing, which was the most important aspect to us. Our guests absolutely loved him and his energy, not to mention his gorgeous set up. We added the fans, as well as a roaming ring camera for the entire night and steel drum player for cocktail hour. Everything was phenomenal. Our guests LOVED the ring camera, several said they wish they had it at their own wedding! The steel drum added a tropical feel to our beach wedding, and really tied it all together. My husband loved it so much, he couldn’t get over how amazing the addition was to the cocktail hour. We got so many compliments on our DJ. We could not have asked for a better party and it’s all thanks to Party Harty.

even played a little Grateful Dead for us parents, and we certainly appreciated it. Thank you for making the bride and groom's dream wedding a reality! You ROCK Evan!!!

the vibe of the room and played songs to match everyone’s energy. He absolutely killed it! People were dancing all night! It’s been a week and I’m still getting compliments about the DJ and how amazing he was. A BIG THANK YOU TO RICKY! We so appreciate you making our day a memorable one! In addition to Ricky, the party harty team was easy to work and was always available if needed! I would recommend a million times over!

were going for. The ceremony music was gorgeous - exactly what we were looking for. Everybody absolutely loved when Mike and Anthony came on to the dance floor with the trumpet and sax. Evan was a pleasure dealing with and helped us throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration and the music makes the party.

owd engaged. The DJ listened to our requests and concerns and read the crowd to create a great vibe all night. The sax and drums were a great touch and complimented by all. We could not recommend this vendor more for any wedding!

ere responsive, professional, and accessible. I asked that they kept everyone dancing and they delivered! Everyone was on the dance floor all night and we were blown away! We worked with Evan and created a "play" and "do not play" list and they followed through on those lists. Not to mention, Evan was an absolutely phenomenal DJ and MC. We also hired other musicians through Party Harty including a guitar player that played for cocktail hour and a drummer and stage for the reception! I highly recommend having the stage and drummer; it gave it a live music feel!

ng with Evan. He is very professional, and knows exactly what it takes to make a party spectacular. Evan addressed all of my concerns and requests, and made me feel confident and at ease. The music was absolutely amazing; we danced the night away! Evan even took song requests from our guests! We had quite a mix of guests - Southerners, NYers, and Europeans… Evan played a great mix of music to please our crowd! All of the guests said that it was the best party that they’ve ever been to - I highly recommend Party Harty!
