ne of the worst winter storms Tennessee has seen in years! Rachel communicated consistently, was available when we needed her, and handled the challenges with a calm and positive outlook.  Our daughter’s wedding was everything she wanted most and we owe much of that to Rachel’s organization and professionalism.  We highly recommend her for any couple getting married in the Nashville area!

was so warm and welcoming! She is a wedding planner who genuinely feels joy and excitement for her couples and you never feel like a client, you feel like a close friend. That is so important to find in a wedding planner since this is the one person who will share the excitement of your wedding with you throughout the wedding planning process. She comes with 15+ years of experience in the wedding industry and knows so many vendors in the Nashville area. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted, but I owe all of the credit to Rachel for understanding my vision and recommending vendors, venues, ideas, etc. to bring my vision to life. I was fixated on a particular venue before doing venue tours, and because of Rachel's suggestion, we picked a completely different venue! I didn't know of any vendors in the area, and every single vendor we booked came from Rachel's vendor list. And every single vendor was phenomenal! She even extends the discounts that she gets for booking her vendors to her brides. She was at every single vendor appointment with me and I loved how honest she was about what things work and what things don't work. She made detailed timelines for every single vendor and even met a few of the vendors at our venue before the wedding to do final walkthroughs. She had everything completely under control and there wasn't a single vendor who didn't know what they were doing. Day of, everything came together perfectly and Rachel and her 2 assistants worked their butts off for us to make sure everything went according to plan. It allowed me and my family to completely relax morning of while everything was being set up and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Your dress bustle breaks before the reception? No problem, Rachel is there to sew it back up with fishing wire that she has on hand. Something going off schedule? Rachel has got it figured out before you even worry. We missed our cocktail hour due to photos and Rachel had appetizers and drinks brought to us to have a private moment before the reception. She was making sure I was drinking water as I was getting ready and took such great care of me. At the end of the night, everything was packed just the way we gave it to her, all of our gifts and cards were organized, extra food in the fridge, and room cleaned up. We genuinely did not have to do a single thing. I could not recommend her enough! Not only was she the best wedding planner, she also became such a great friend. I enjoyed every one of our pre-weddding meetings together and working with her was so easy. Do yourself a favor and book Rachel to be your wedding planner, you will be in such great hands! Guarantee she will ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams <3

She is not jaded with being in the field for such a long time and is such a precious romantic. I loved when she would say, “Ah, I have goosebumps!” She was my confidant throughout the wedding process and was such a professional. She has an extremely calm spirit/demeanor about her. She was always able to soothe me and would say, “Remember, I got you.” I appreciated and valued her assertive voice. I can be soft spoken and she made sure my voice was heard. She was the perfect complement to me. The day of the wedding I completely trusted her to handle everything and that’s hard for me because I like to be in control. She made sure the timeline was followed and kept everyone on track (vendors, guests, etc.). She knows how to run a show! I went to her for certain advice about my wedding like which bridal portrait she liked the most, her opinion on the veil, bustle, bolero, decorations, etc. Just everything. I can’t express how helpful and loving she was from day 1 all the way to the wedding day. She talked us through how cut the wedding cake when we were cutting it at the wedding. Anytime I needed help with anything, all I had to do was look over my shoulder and she was right there with a smile eager to do whatever she could. She walked behind me and my Dad before the church doors opened and told me to pause and take it all in. When I look through the wedding photos, I smile when I see her in the background of my photos. Being a wedding planner isn’t just a job to her. It is her love and passion. She’s so intentional with everything, and I just feel so blessed and lucky to have had her. We went with every single vendor she recommended and absolutely loved them! She truly takes the time to get to know you. She recorded our wedding dance, took photos during the ceremony and reception (e.g., detail photos of the decor and flowers in the chapel, photos of me and my husband), and during my bridal portrait she also took photos of me. She was my #1 cheerleader throughout the entire process and helped my husband’s and my wedding dreams come true!!! The cost of her services is worth more than gold! She has such a reasonable price for her services and she just takes so much stress off of you so you can do what you’re supposed to do on your wedding day, focus solely on getting married to your husband and have the day just be about the two of you and your love! My relationship with Rachel started as a stranger who was my wedding planner and ended as a dear friend. However, I hope to always stay in contact with Rachel so our relationship didn’t end after my wedding day! Best, Karah and Sam

She also had so many wonderful recommendations for the little details you don't think about, which literally made the day amazing. I dreamed of my wedding my entire life, and she executed all of my dreams. It could not have been more perfect, and it is all because of Rachel. I know it's hard to pick vendors but trust me when I say Rachel is incredible and worth EVERY penny!!!
