Planning your Big Day starts here! We’re passionate about working with our couples to bring their personal vision to light. With extensive experience, exceptional reviews and dozens of vendors at our fingertips, Weddings by Rachel will craft the worry free Wedding of your dreams. Founder Rachel Gladstone has been working in the Wedding industry since 2003, and loves bringing people together for important celebrations. She has a passion for love stories, and strives to give soon-to-be-couples a joyful, stress-free journey to married life. She and her team have an array of packages to choose from, each carefully crafted to accommodate your theme and event size. While she’s based in Tennessee, Rachel will happily travel anywhere to assist you on your special day, and provides several options for destination weddings. Weddings by Rachel can handle an array of details for you, from vendor coordination to signage arrangements. Two coordinators will be onsite during your big day, to ensure everything goes smoothly from start to finish. They can be trusted to handle any unexpected blunders or emergencies, allowing you to spend time with your loved ones. They will facilitate your grand entrance, first dance, and other important highlights, to ensure your guests don’t miss a thing.

When our transportation company canceled less than 24-hours before the wedding (a problem for a Saturday night wedding in Nashville!), Rachel jumped in, leveraged her contacts, and helped us solve the problem. Most importantly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy the wedding immensely, because Rachel handled all challenges with grace -- before, during, and after the wedding. She created an amazing timeline for the day, confirmed all the details with with every single vendor I had booked, helped finalize everything for the reception hall, helped decorate, made sure people were where they were supposed to be, and so much more. If there was something I was worried about, Rachel was there to take care of it in a quick manner. She is very quick to respond! the Covid-19 changes we had to make. She worked so well with the venue to implement their covid protocols and gave so many suggestions on creative ways to celebrate safely! Rachel has tons of experience and connections in the wedding industry. She worked so well with every single vendor I had! She took care of organizing timelines, etc. with them so that I didn’t have to worry at all on my wedding day. it was going to be an absolute nightmare. Weddings by Rachel knocked it out of the park!!!! Not only was everything beautiful and well prepared for, but Rachel and her assistant Meghan were sincere. They gave us great advice along the way that made the entire process fun and stress-free. I pray I never get married again, BUT if I do. I will be using Weddings By Rachel.
