o. She was perfect for us. She came in with all the tools to make our wedding the best it could have been. She came to our walkthrough and asked all the questions that I hadn't thought of like if it rained during cocktail hour (it did). She went over our contracts, called our vendors to take of last minute things and even finalized our timeline. I'm so glad and grateful for Renee, she was by far 1 of the top 4 vendors I hired. If you are looking for a wedding planner who knows her stuff, is friendly, reliable, smart and easy to communicate with, Renee is who you want. I can not recommend her enough.

At the end of each phone call, she always asked, "okay, what else are you worried about?" And she addressed every concern and talked through potential solutions with only her professional opinion and no personal judgement (which was much appreciated when you have many opinions coming in from both sides of the family). She helped us coordinate 2 weddings at 2 different venues in one day! She helped us navigate difficult/uncomfortable family situations while also being respectful of our family members, which was very appreciated. Just having another set of eyes to look over all of our contracts and contact vendors to make sure everyone knew the plan was a huge weight off of our shoulders. She also was my backbone by reinforcing our wishes to our vendors and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. I knew that things were going to be taken care of because they were in Renee's hands. She also provided very timely communication and helped us stay in touch with our other vendors when we had a hard time getting responses from them. Her assistant was also fantastic in setting up all of the elements for our reception while we were gone at the church. Everything looked just how I imagined and it was limited stress for me and my bridesmaids/family members to not have to worry about the set up or tear down of the event. We had some things go not according to plan (my makeup, family going to the wrong church, etc.), but Renee was calm and able to still keep up with our schedule and modify as the day went so that we could stay on time. I'm going to miss having our phone check ins! I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

d out to Lisa and she told me Renee was the "OG" and can "make magic happen." So I reached out. After our initial consultation which I rambled on for 3 hours at, I felt at peace. The headache was gone. Renee not only was a wedding planner, she became family. My mom was sick, unable to help me, my dad passed weeks before the wedding, and she made everything magical. She followed up with me regularly, was always reachable, and assured me everything would go beautifully, and it did. I have now heard from 40+ ppl that our wedding was "the best wedding they have ever been to," "the most fun," "never laughed and cried so much" at a wedding. It was the most fantastic weekend of my life and without Renee, it probably would have been 1/2 that and the most stressful!

d. On the day of, she ensured everything ran smoothly even when unexpected events arose. Renee and her team were working hard behind the scenes from the moment the day began until the last guests were loaded onto the shuttle. She made sure none of our belongings were left behind at the venue and that all of our sentimental decor made it home with the right owners. Her services were invaluable. If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, she would get it. Best money spent at my wedding, hands down.

oving pieces to a wedding that I wouldn’t have thought about, and I’m glad we had Renee there every step of the way. She made our entire wedding planning process pleasant and seamless, and this was all during the thick of the COVID pandemic. I don’t know how I would have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without all of Renee’s guidance and expertise. We utilized Renee before the wedding and also on the day of the wedding. I’ll be forever thankful for all of her hard work and support. As a bride it can be very overwhelming planning a wedding, especially during COVID. Renee was just an absolute sweetheart and so wonderful to work with. She was beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable, and so organized. Even my dad and mom, who were very skeptical of having a wedding planner at first, had their socks blown off by Weddings by Renee. It become very clear that a wedding planner was key, and my mom and dad were so happy that we had Renee. I think there’s a misconception that wedding planner means you have tons of money and only the rich & shameless use them. That is not the case, at all. If anything, a wedding planner is able to help you get the most bang for your buck! I had a budget that I needed to stay in, and with Renee’s help and wedding expertise she was able to help us stay within budget to have the wedding of our dreams. Weddings by Renee offers extremely reasonable pricing, and I can guarantee you that you’ll be extremely happy if you decide to use Weddings by Renee. Our wedding was perfect, seamless, and absolutely beautiful. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Weddings by Renee!

on with her brides. Leading up to the wedding I felt as if I spoke with her every day just going over last minute details I would have never thought of. Something I really wanted to say about Renee is how amazing she is in crisis mode. With NINE days until our wedding (during covid), we made the decision to postpone. Our venue didn't have the best reputation of handling covid weddings, so we were extremely nervous as to what our options would be. I called Renee absolutely hysterical and she took care of EVERYTHING. She made all the phone calls to our vendors, pulled many strings, made our options crystal clear and often checked in to see how I was doing. After Renee provided us with any and all information we needed, we decided on a small, intimate ceremony and postponed our reception. Her girls (Katie and Kaitlyn I believe) still came out to make sure things ran smoothly and WOW. We could have not asked for a better day. Her team was kind, fun, easy going and still made sure things went according to plan. As stressful as planning a last minute wedding was, Renee made it so easy on us. I am so beyond thankful to have had her during our wedding planning process, especially at the end. If I could give this team a million stars I would. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

very hiccup I ran into and kept me from needing to worry about anything, even with the pouring rain. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! She made plenty of appointments with me to go over the details of the day and I had no doubt in my mind that she knew exactly what I wanted and how to execute it. She is definitely someone you need on your team for your special day!
