We had the wedding of our dreams and I completely attribute it to Roma's calming presence, attention to detail, and organization. She was so open to hearing our vision for the wedding and was steadfast in honoring that vision. From the first communication I felt like I could trust Roma completely. Planning a lesbian wedding we were nervous picking our vendors that they would truly support an LGBTQ wedding and Roma made my wife and I feel so supported and respected. She was so easy to talk to it felt like we had hired another maid of honor! During the month leading up to the wedding she handled so many of the logistics that I remember saying "Aren't I supposed to be stressed?" She took that unfortunate aspect of wedding planning completely away! On the day of she was present and somehow seemed to be in a million places at once but with grace and distance that allowed us to be present in the moment. She handled last minute changes to the seating chart, helped wrangle our giant Italian families, advocated for us at the wedding, and so much more. I read a lot of reviews prior to selecting vendors so I hope this reaches future brides considering working with Roma-- we cannot recommend her enough!

I used Roma for my wedding a few weeks ago and she was wonderful! She really cares about her brides and understands that while it’s a joyous time, it can also be very stressful. She’s very hands on and has great insight and ideas on how to make the day not only special, but stress free. She was our rock—especially the week leading up to the wedding. If you haven’t booked Roma for your wedding needs, what are you waiting for? Seriously. She is AMAZING. I can not think of 1 bad thing to say about her, or her services. She was attentive, detailed, affordable, listened to my vision and was an absolute asset to my big day. I planned my own wedding, and made all the decor for it, but had no clue of the fine details when it came to the actual flow of the day. Roma came in about a month before my big day and actually took the time to hear and understand my vision. She gave her professional advice, created a timeline for the event, reached out to all my vendors to finalize said timeline as well as contractual obligations, and did all of those last minute details leading up to the day that I just didn’t have the bandwidth left to focus on. And on the day of? I worried about NOTHING. When some of my decor broke in transit, she made it work. When the venue staff was nowhere to be found during the time they were supposed to setup my decor, guess who was there doing it herself, bringing my vision to life. When my website wasn’t updated correctly, guess who let me know? When it came time to wrangle up the troops, she was there to keep us on time. And when my sweetheart decor turned up missing, she was there searching far and wide EVERYWHERE for it, and ultimately used her expertise to find a last minute solution to make that space look just as amazing as the rest of the room, where nobody but the bridal party knew that things were missing. I can go on and on about Roma. She truly was god-sent and allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day. I don’t think I would have been able to enjoy my wedding had it not been for her! From start to finish, she understood exactly what we wanted (even when I could barely articulate it myself) and executed everything flawlessly. Roma was great to work with. Responsive and accommodating. She worked with us to get as much into our busy wedding day schedule was possible. She also did a great job of setting up the sweet heart table the way we wanted it.

We highly recommend Roma if you are looking for a wedding planner! She was professional, organized, helpful and responsive throughout our whole journey! I was so amazed at how detailed the timeline is that she put together for us. We had a mixed Western/Chinese wedding. Words can’t even express how much we appreciate Roma especially on the day of the wedding. We had 3 different locations for our wedding, from door game starting at 9 AM to tea ceremonies (in two different locations) to the ceremony and to the reception, Roma was on top of everything!! She guided us and made sure we were on time. Thank you so much Roma! We honestly wouldn’t have been able to pull off that day without her.

Roma was a great pleasure to work with. We had her for “day of” planning, which included an immunization the month before. Being a bride from out of town, she was flexible in meeting with me virtually to discuss our needs. The month leading up to the wedding, we met adequate enough times to finalize plans. Being a Type A person, I had already started working on a schedule for the wedding day before meeting with Roma only to find out that she was going to develop the schedule and coordinate with ALL the vendors as well for me! Huge relief. The day of went so smoothly and everything was executed well. Thank you Roma for helping us execute our big day!

Roma was absolutely incredible! We booked her as our day of coordinator and she made the day stress-free and ensured everything ran smoothly! Roma was amazing! Her planning and enthusiasm made the process so much easier for me, especially since I do not live close by. From the beginning, Roma was involved, offering her opinion when needed, without being pushy. She researched and contacted other vendors for me so that we could compare and make choices more easily. She was always available to talk/text or email. Our wedding went off beautifully, thanks to Roma. The money we paid for Roma's services was the best investment we made in our wedding planning.

I just used Roma for my 8/27 wedding and I highly recommend. She was the most affordable in the area, too! I’m from Boston and was trying to plan the wedding at my family’s home on Long Island. As soon as I booked with Roma she was willing to coordinate with me (knowing that I wasn’t on Long Island too often). Much closer to the wedding: I had a “tough” caterer who just wanted everything his way- Roma took over with him completely and told me that all communication with him would go through her. I am a total control freak and could have passed even more to her and she would have happily completed the task. In short, i would hire her again in a heartbeat 💓

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Roma was very proactive especially with making sure everything was in order with the outside vendors. She also spent valuable time with us in order to have a great understanding of how exactly we wanted our wedding day to go. Any issue or concern we had, big or small, she was all over it. Most importantly, she was fun and easy to work with!

Roma did an absolutely beautiful job with our mandap and decorations. We requested ivory, peach and blush flowers in the mandap, with plenty of greenery as well, and everything looked perfect. The centerpieces were rustic, chic and beautiful as well. Thank you, Roma!

Roma did an excellent job with our floral needs for our wedding day. Her price was reasonable for what we wanted compared to the other vendors that we contacted. She understood our vision and was accommodating with change requests when I wanted some flower color changes at our sample look day. On the day of the wedding everything went smoothly from the bouquets to the center pieces and the moving of our floral arch from the wedding ceremony to reception area. Roma and her team worked quickly and flawlessly to make our wedding beautiful and all the photos came out gorgeous thanks to her flowers.

Roma is an absolute Gem!! She actually listens to her clients and really absorbs and understands exactly what they are looking for. Such an easy person to work with; she made the entire experience so pleasant and enjoyable. I had a week of wedding events and Roma worked with me on designing the look for my sangeet and wedding ceremony days which had between 300 - 400 guests each. I wanted a lot of Very specific elements for each event in terms of fabrics, colors, lighting, furniture e.t.c. that I actually sketched out for her. She was able to find every single thing I asked for and give her own unique touches and beautiful ideas to the final looks bringing it all together. Roma is very creative and thoughtful in her approach. She was also so accommodating and always responded to my late night calls and texts almost right away! Additionally, I worked with her directly for many months leading up to the events and we even went on a site visit to one of the venues to map out the staging on the field so that she can see what type of land we were working with, measurements as well as the logistics of bringing everything in. For the wedding day she actually ended up working throughout the night setting up in time for our morning ceremony since the venue was so strict with letting us prep a day ahead. I'm grateful that she was so understanding of the vision I had which she brought to life...even better than I had hoped for! The most wonderful thing about working with Roma is that she wasn't transactional at all and I didn't feel like just "another" bride. She felt like a true family member and engaged with me and my parents/brothers/cousins comfortably in conversations with lots of laughs and fun through the many months of planning. I will always remember that! Definitely would recommend 5 STARS all the way!

Roma is the absolute best wedding planner ! She was with me through multiple rescheduling due to COVID - she always had a smile on her face. From planning a big wedding to something intimate she made sure I had the perfect wedding ! There's no one else I would use for all future events - can't recommend her enough !
