We hired Roma as our full service planner in September of 2024 for our June 2026 wedding. We had a two day wedding incorporating a church ceremony as well as hindu ceremony. She helped us in planning all of our details, recommending vendors and answering all questions we had throughout the planning process. We also had her and her team (shoutout to Michelle who was also amazing!!) as day of coordination for our wedding days. It was really great to have them there because we had been working together so long, it felt calming to have a familiar face and sounding board throughout the weekend. Leading up to the wedding she was one step ahead and connected with all of our vendors to ensure everything was all set. When I was about to walk down the aisle for our Hindu ceremony I felt a bit off on how my dress was falling on me and multiple people told me it was fine but Roma saw what I meant and fixed it for me immediately. She has a calming presence that helped us throughout planning and wedding weekend and even though we hired her early in the process she always made us feel heard and reassured everything we needed. Throughout the wedding weekend she was extremely focused on us as a couple and ensured that what we wanted was executed. At the end of our wedding night, things felt bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t be meeting with her for planning anymore! We would hire her again and again if we could!

way by her ability to stay calm in every situation, even when dealing with temperamental vendors. It honestly felt like there was no scenario she hadn’t encountered before, which gave us so much comfort anytime we hit a bump in the road.
Roma is beyond organized—somehow, she remembered every tiny detail of our conversations, even when she didn’t write them down. She knew exactly what questions to ask during site walkthroughs with vendors and was always five steps ahead in making sure nothing got overlooked. And despite juggling other weddings, she always made us feel like we were her top priority. She was incredibly quick to respond, so generous with her time, and never once made us feel like we were just another event on her calendar.
And let me tell you—our wedding was NOT a simple one. We had a full weekend lineup: sangeet, two ceremonies, lunch, reception, and an after-party. Our venue was spread out and required us to pretty much rent everything. We had over 20 different vendors coming in throughout the weekend, and without Roma, it would have been absolute chaos. Instead, she kept everything seamlessly aligned.
A perfect example? During the wedding weekend, things were running behind schedule. Roma calmly and professionally held the guests a little longer in a waiting area, just so we could get some planned photos at the event site without guests in the background. Crisis averted!
Beyond logistics, Roma also has an incredible eye for design and event flow. She helped us make smart décor decisions, but what we loved most was that she never pushed her own agenda. Some experienced planners will steer you toward their preferred vendors or insist on a specific event flow, but Roma was always open to discussing any ideas we brought to the table. She reached out to vendors we found, was happy to workshop decisions with us as much as we needed (and trust me, we overthought everything), and spent countless hours on the phone with us leading up to the big weekend to make sure every last detail was locked in.
But the best part of working with Roma? How much fun we had! We constantly referred to her as the CEO of our wedding weekend, and we genuinely looked forward to every planning session. Now that it’s all over, we honestly miss our frequent conversations with her! When you’re spending this much time with someone, you need to enjoy working with them, and Roma is an absolute joy.
We feel SO lucky that we found Roma online and that she was available for our weekend. If you ever get the chance to work with her in any capacity, do not pass it up. She’ll help you pull off the most seamless wedding imaginable—and you’ll gain an amazing friend in the process!

On the wedding day she was really on top of all of our vendors, pulling them together and making sure the flow of the day was seamless. It was a relief knowing that Roma was handling everything behind the scenes and no one had to worry about anything. Our wedding was beautiful and well coordinated, and we couldn’t have done it without her expertise. Her services are worth every penny and would absolutely recommend anybody.

She reviewed every contract and met with every vendor to ensure that we were all on the same page and had the same timelines. Roma also coordinated with the venue Maitre'd, the DJ/MC and bridal attendant. The flow of the ceremony and the reception went smoothly. Roma also has great ideas and suggestions regarding decor. She made sure the photographer took all the pictures we discussed on our photo list. Roma is very hands-on and made sure the groom and I had everything we needed to have a memorable night. If any issues did arise, I wasn't aware, because Roma was on top of everything. She answered all the questions, took care of distributing the tip envelopes, and coordinated with the venue to store any items left over until we were able to pick them up. I would recommend Roma as a wedding planner or Day of Coordinator. She is wonderful!

things that need to get accomplished before the wedding. I interviewed quite a few coordinators but Roma was easily the person with the best attitude and knowledge of everything I was looking for. The best decision we made was hiring Roma to take care of our wedding and reception. Although I had already booked all my vendors and planned out details for the events, a key aspect of planning is successfully executing the day of schedule. Without Roma's experience, professionalism, and warm personality, we wouldn’t have been able to have a seamless and stunning ceremony and reception. My only wish is that I hired her for my other events as well. She started working with my me, my husband, parents, and brother about a month before the wedding and had numerous video calls with us all while accommodating our west coast schedules. She was patient with ensuring that the entire family was heard and helped integrate as much of our culture as possible into our events. Weeks before the wedding, she coordinated with every one of our vendors, checked contracts, and ensured that all documents were in order. She even made time to attend our venue walk through and helped me navigate all the requirements the venue asked of me at the last minute. She was always responsive on email and text, even responding to me the night before my ceremony and coming to our rescue since the florist cancelled on us at the last second. During the wedding morning I was so comforted to see her and I immediately knew I was in good hands - I could finally relax and enjoy every second of my day. My entire family and I felt taken care of and we would recommend Roma to anyone in need of a planner/coordinator. Thank you so much Roma and team!

From the first communication I felt like I could trust Roma completely. Planning a lesbian wedding we were nervous picking our vendors that they would truly support an LGBTQ wedding and Roma made my wife and I feel so supported and respected. She was so easy to talk to it felt like we had hired another maid of honor!
During the month leading up to the wedding she handled so many of the logistics that I remember saying "Aren't I supposed to be stressed?" She took that unfortunate aspect of wedding planning completely away!
On the day of she was present and somehow seemed to be in a million places at once but with grace and distance that allowed us to be present in the moment. She handled last minute changes to the seating chart, helped wrangle our giant Italian families, advocated for us at the wedding, and so much more.
I read a lot of reviews prior to selecting vendors so I hope this reaches future brides considering working with Roma-- we cannot recommend her enough!

tentive, detailed, affordable, listened to my vision and was an absolute asset to my big day. I planned my own wedding, and made all the decor for it, but had no clue of the fine details when it came to the actual flow of the day. Roma came in about a month before my big day and actually took the time to hear and understand my vision. She gave her professional advice, created a timeline for the event, reached out to all my vendors to finalize said timeline as well as contractual obligations, and did all of those last minute details leading up to the day that I just didn’t have the bandwidth left to focus on. And on the day of? I worried about NOTHING. When some of my decor broke in transit, she made it work. When the venue staff was nowhere to be found during the time they were supposed to setup my decor, guess who was there doing it herself, bringing my vision to life. When my website wasn’t updated correctly, guess who let me know? When it came time to wrangle up the troops, she was there to keep us on time. And when my sweetheart decor turned up missing, she was there searching far and wide EVERYWHERE for it, and ultimately used her expertise to find a last minute solution to make that space look just as amazing as the rest of the room, where nobody but the bridal party knew that things were missing. I can go on and on about Roma. She truly was god-sent and allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day. I don’t think I would have been able to enjoy my wedding had it not been for her! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, or a day of coordinator, look no further. You found the one you were looking for.

vision and was accommodating with change requests when I wanted some flower color changes at our sample look day. On the day of the wedding everything went smoothly from the bouquets to the center pieces and the moving of our floral arch from the wedding ceremony to reception area. Roma and her team worked quickly and flawlessly to make our wedding beautiful and all the photos came out gorgeous thanks to her flowers.

ntire experience so pleasant and enjoyable. I had a week of wedding events and Roma worked with me on designing the look for my sangeet and wedding ceremony days which had between 300 - 400 guests each.
I wanted a lot of Very specific elements for each event in terms of fabrics, colors, lighting, furniture e.t.c. that I actually sketched out for her. She was able to find every single thing I asked for and give her own unique touches and beautiful ideas to the final looks bringing it all together. Roma is very creative and thoughtful in her approach. She was also so accommodating and always responded to my late night calls and texts almost right away!
Additionally, I worked with her directly for many months leading up to the events and we even went on a site visit to one of the venues to map out the staging on the field so that she can see what type of land we were working with, measurements as well as the logistics of bringing everything in. For the wedding day she actually ended up working throughout the night setting up in time for our morning ceremony since the venue was so strict with letting us prep a day ahead. I'm grateful that she was so understanding of the vision I had which she brought to life...even better than I had hoped for!
The most wonderful thing about working with Roma is that she wasn't transactional at all and I didn't feel like just "another" bride. She felt like a true family member and engaged with me and my parents/brothers/cousins comfortably in conversations with lots of laughs and fun through the many months of planning. I will always remember that!
Definitely would recommend 5 STARS all the way!
