Sal was a truly wonderful Justice of the Peace for our wedding ceremony on 10/21/23. When we had our first video call with him, he spent nearly 2 hours explaining the whole process to us, getting some more information about how my husband and I met, and what we would like for our ceremony. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very flexible with making changes to the ceremony plan. The day before the wedding, Sal walked us through the rehearsal and was incredibly kind and funny while helping us get ready for the wedding. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and I am still getting comments a month later from guests on how much they loved Sal (we did too!) I highly recommend Sal Fiore!!!

Sal was wonderful from start to finish! We used Sal because he had done my sister’s wedding in 2019 and it was so moving, positive and beautiful. Working with Sal was so easy and seamless. My wife and I were married on October 20th and Sal presided over the ceremony for us. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sal! We have just recently gotten married in September and we couldn't have picked a better justice of the peace if we tried. We can't say enough great things about working with Sal as our Justice of the Peace! Sal was the perfect fit for our wedding and we really couldn’t have made a better choice. Having a wedding at our home with no wedding coordinator was a concern of ours, but Sal put our concerns to rest. He was extremely organized, his communication was spot on, and he clearly demonstrated cues for the procession, so everything flowed smoothly. By honoring our parents with roses and doing an “empty box with love letter ceremony" it allowed for our intimate ceremony to become even more special. The additional charge for having him come to our rehearsal was absolutely worth it, as it ensured everyone was on the same page and it made the day of far less stressful. On the big day Sal spoke clearly and kept the attention of our audience perfectly. The appreciation that Sal showed for all of the hard work that we put into our property in order to make it something our guests would remember was the icing on the cake. Sal was great! We didn’t know what to expect with a Justice of the Peace for our wedding but Sal more then delivered. His zoom meetings and preparations were very helpful, and he suggested things we may have overlooked otherwise. One example of this is the sand ceremony, I had never heard of it before, but he asked us about it and I’m so glad we did it - definetly a highlight for me! Sal was exactly what we were looking for in our wedding ceremony. He was able to accommodate our wishes into the ceremony. Sal was the JP for our wedding, and was a true professional. He is incredibly well-organized and worked with us to get everything for our ceremony settled with ample passages and examples of personal vows that he sent to us to help guide us in the right direction! He was available for our rehearsal and made sure we all knew what was going on! Sal helped us to include religious aspects in our ceremony and truly let us customize the ceremony to be exactly what we wanted. Sal was so lovely throughout the entire process. He sat down and had a 2-hour long zoom call with us to get to know us/our love story and to discuss his process/his ceremony. He was super flexible when I sent him some sections that I wanted included in the ceremony. On the day of, he showed up early, met our parents and wedding party, spoke with the venue and sound person, and was just really attentive/organized. He was very warm and inviting during th ceremony, and overall just did a very nice job. We would definitely recommend Sal!

Sal was the officiant for our outdoor wedding at Water's Edge in May. The time and thought that he put into our ceremony was well beyond my expectations. He really got to know my husband and I, including what made our relationship unique, what was important to us to include in our ceremony, and how we overall envisioned our day. The first time I read the draft of our ceremony I was in tears at how beautiful it was; It was the perfect amount of intimate and light-hearted at the same time, which is exactly what we were looking for. In just one visit with Sal Fiore, my husband and I knew we didn't need to look for any other officiants to perform our wedding ceremony. Sal was heartwarming but funny at the same time. He gave us beautiful options for different kinds of ceremonies to choose from if you wanted more then a traditional ceremony. Sal also provided sample readings (religious or non-religious) to choose out off along with sample programs. The day of our wedding which he was able to do despite the change of dates due to the pandemic, he went over the ceremony calmly with my husband and I individually even though we had a ceremony rehearsal. Sal was very patient and caring towards us throughout the engagement and wedding all at a reasonable price. He performed a lovely ceremony while allowing us to read our own vows! From the moment I read Sal’s bio, I knew he would be perfect for our wedding. He was very helpful through the whole process. Even with things not related to the justice of the peace. He’s funny and had the guests laughing a bit during the ceremony. Sal was awesome! We had been googling JPs and came across him and then had a couple people reccommend him to us so we just knew he had to be good, and he really was. He was so easy to talk to and provided us with a detailed draft of our wedding ceremony. He even convinced us to do our own vows which we were so glad he did because it added a very nice personal touch to our ceremony. Sal helped us create a perfect ceremony. We are not a religious couple, so we honestly weren't entirely sure what should go into our ceremony, and Sal was able to answer all of our questions. My now husband and I met with Sal a couple months out from our wedding and ended up planning the entire ceremony. He gave us options of what to or what not to include and made the planning process easy. It was a big load off of our shoulders to have that done, and done so seamlessly. Sal made himself available for our rehearsal the day before and on the day of the wedding, he could not have been a bigger hit! So many of our friends and family have told us how much they enjoyed Sal and appreciated that he had a perfect mix of serious and comical notes during the ceremony. Sal was a great Justice of the Peace and put together a perfect ceremony for our wedding. We loved all of his suggestions and he was helpful in making decisions on specific areas we were unsure of. We didn't want a long ceremony and he made sure to make it brief (20 min) while still being meaningful. He also fully embraced our unusual readings (movie quotes) and helped us find a was to make things flow perfectly together. He worked seamlessly with our other vendors and really took the lead to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. I cannot recommend Sal enough.

Sal helped us create a perfect ceremony that was exactly what we wanted. He provided guidance and a lot of references for readings, passages, and other elements we could incorporate. When we got engaged, we thought the easiest part to planning our wedding was going to be securing our officiant. Boy were we wrong! Our family member that officiates weddings was booked, my colleague who is a justice of the peace on the side recently did not renew his license, the person my colleague recommended started working with us and but then randomly said they could not be available for our wedding. What a roller coaster! Then my husband's coworker recommended Sal Fiore. We reached out and set up an in person meeting with Sal shortly after the recommendation. We figured we would get to the meeting, give a few demographic details and leave within a few minutes knowing we at least secured an officiant for our wedding. By the time we left Sal's house over an hour later, we were hooked! We could tell that Sal really loves the work he does and how passionate he was about helping our story, our desires, and love shown through at the ceremony. He walked us through step by step offering guidance and suggestions until we had the perfect ceremony planned for early April 2020. Then Covid-19 hit the state and all of our wedding plans were abruptly cancelled just a few weeks before our big day. As heartbreaking as that situation was, we could not have asked for a better Justice of the Peace to work through these uncharted waters. From the first teary eyed phone call asking about the possibility of rescheduling, to two reschedules and an elopement later, Sal was by our side through it all. Sal took the time to help us adjust our ceremony plans accordingly to make the elopement day special, while still planning a vow renewal with “the big wedding” for late 2021. Our elopement ceremony in October with 10 masked and socially distant family members was better than any ceremony we could have asked for. Sal really made the ceremony special for us and every single guest commented on how fabulous he was. We give Sal “two thumbs up”, “10 out of 10”, 100%, A+, 5 stars!

Sal did a fantastic job for our daughters wedding that was on Saturday, 9/5. He made the ceremony very personal. He put everyone at ease. It was well planned out. We received a number of compliments from our guests. I highly recommend him!!!

Sal is amazing and we would highly recommend him as a wedding officiant. Right from the start it was clear that Sal loves what he does and goes above and beyond to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. When my husband and I first sat down with Sal he spent over two hours getting to know us, asking about how we met, and walking us through all fo the different options for the ceremony. We walked in a little unsure of what to do for the ceremony, but Sal patiently walked us through different ideas, giving us examples from other ceremonies and it made the whole process so much less daunting. With so many things to plan for the wedding, to have someone like Sal help you to distill all the ceremony options down in your first meeting was such a relief. Between the first meeting and the ceremony, Sal stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and to check on our final decisions on the last details of the ceremony. It’s worth noting that when we met with Sal he was extremely transparent and told us he had another wedding on the same day, about an hour prior to our start time. He was confident he would have no issues as the other venue was nearby, but wanted to be upfront given our wedding was in the winter. We were confident that we wanted Sal to be our officiant so we pushed our start time by 15 minutes to ensure that he would make it. Not only did he make it on time, but he took the time to meet the bridal party, our parents and guide everyone through their parts of the ceremony. After our wedding day, as usual friends and family told us what a great time they had, but a number of people commented on the ceremony and in particularly Sal. He definitely has a talent for customizing the ceremony to the couple and it made it so meaningful - and was noticed by others. Throughout the entire process it was such a pleasure working with Sal and we would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Sal was absolutely the best officiant we could have asked for!!! We immediately knew we wanted to hire Sal for our wedding after we first met him due to his personality and obvious knowledge of weddings and ability to tell what we wanted. Sal was personable, the conversation flowed, and he was genuinely interested in how my husband and I met. He was interested in learning about us and our interests. On top of this, Sal went above and beyond to give us plenty of options when writing our vows and putting together our ceremony. He helped us to decide how to personalize our ceremony and added little touches to make it something more to remember. He was not pushy at all with his suggestions, and he had great examples for us to look at when building our ceremony. Lastly, I absolutely loved how Sal worked our ceremony. He spoke loudly and clearly, and made the ceremony all about us! He told appropriate and funny jokes, and he knew how to tug at our guests heart strings. Another plus? He stuck around and took some pictures that he posted on Facebook (after an appropriate amount of time) - they were our first “real pictures” that we saw! I cannot speak higher of Sal! Book him for your wedding!!!

We hired Sal to officiant for our wedding this past October. My husband and I were both nervous to hire someone for such an important role off of the internet, but as soon as we spoke to Sal we knew he would be the perfect person to marry us. He is friendly, funny and was able to make our ceremony truly our own by adding personalized touches. We spoke to him for about 2 hours to get to know each other and review all of our options for what type of ceremony we envisioned. We never realized how much effort & work it took to officiate a wedding. We were definitely happy we hired a professional with years of experience. He came to the rehearsal & thank god he did, he coordinated the whole ceremony and put everyone at ease about the next day. We received tons of compliments on how beautiful and perfect our ceremony was. A huge part of that was Sal. He made us all laugh, cry and truly be present throughout the entire thing. A crucial part of a wedding video is the voice over of the ceremony, Sals voice, flow and personality were ideal ! We would highly recommend using Sal as your officiant, he is truly talented at what he does and he’s fun to be around which makes the whole process that much more fun.

My husband Noah & I were fortunate enough to witness Sal marry my Aunt to her husband in 2015. We had not ever witnessed a more intimate, honest, loving, unique, warm and personal ceremony. Sal pulled through immediately for us when our justice of the peace backed out for a ceremony--three weeks out from our wedding. My husband and I were eloping in the Dominican and wanted to get married legally here first. After seeing all of the positive reviews, I reached out to Sal to marry us in our home prior to our trip. Sal was very responsive and gave me a call right away. He detailed everything we needed and was very accommodating to come to our home and do a brief ceremony. Even though our ceremony was unique with just the two of us in our living room, Sal made it special. He made us feel so comfortable, at ease and we had a few good laughs during the process too! Sal is an incredible JP and I would recommend him to everyone! I first knew about Sal from my sister's wedding. He was so helpful and accommodating to her and her husband that I knew I wanted him to perform my wedding when it came. My husband is in the Navy and was going to be home for the holidays so we decided to plan our wedding for that time since we could be with both sides of our family. I contacted Sal and he was immediately responsive and went through all the steps of the ceremony to make sure that it was what my husband and I wanted. Since it was last minute, in about a month and a half, I was worried that Sal wouldn't be available. We wanted to marry on our 6th year anniversary, which was a Sunday and right before the new year. Sal had no problem with this and everything went so smoothly. He is so great at what he does, I cried multiple times during my ceremony because the words were so beautiful and meant so much. He has very unique ideas on his website to make your ceremony special for you and your spouse: we decided on the love letter ceremony where we wrote letters to our future selves to open in 5 years. I had about 25 guests total and they all said that he did an amazing job! I live in the same town as Sal and he comes highly recommended by everyone for good reason! He is so caring to each individual couple that he marries and I am extremely grateful.

Sal was beyond great at my our wedding. From the first time we met to after the ceremony Sal was just wonderful. I live a few hours from where we were getting married so meeting Sal in person wasn’t always convenient. He faced timed my husband and I for almost 1.5 hours to get to know us and go over the whole ceremony. This was so helpful and right away I knew Sal was the perfect person to marry us. We loved having Sal as our officiant on our wedding day. Sal sits you down and works with you through creating the entire process of your ceremony. As wedding planning can get overwhelming, he has many readings and ceremonies within the ceremony to pick from to make the planning a little easier. It was great to get to know Sal during the entire process, and even better to finally meet him during the rehearsal (as we did everything from California!). We had many people from our wedding tell us that our ceremony was the best wedding ceremony that they had been to, and Sal made the audience feel truly included. He also loves taking pictures of the bride, groom, and VIP's, which is great to look at while you anxiously await your wedding photographers photos! We would choose Sal again and again!

Sal was our Justice of the Peace for our wedding August 9, 2019. He was referred to us from a friend of mine that got married a few years ago. They told me how awesome he was and boy did they not lie! He was amazing! We could not be happier! He made our ceremony so personal by adding details about how we met and fell in love and made funny little jokes in it as well! He made sure he had our vows to be able to hand to us and not worry about it. He gave many different little ceremonies within the ceremony for us to choose from to make it even more special. From helping us prepare our ceremony to guiding us at the rehearsal and spending time with us before and after our ceremony, Sal was absolutely excellent. 100% recommend Sal to all brides/grooms!!

Sal was wonderful to work with. From the very beginning he was organized and extremely helpful. We had a FaceTime conversation with Sal before moving forward and he made us feel much more prepared. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having Sal guide us helped tremendously. He was by our side during our rehearsal and helped us move through the process. Our ceremony was wonderful - Sal is great in front of a crowd. He has a wonderful personality and we could not have been happier. We are so glad we went with him for our wedding. I highly recommend him.

Sal Fiore officiated our wedding at Pavilion on Crystal Lake on July 7th, 2018. In the whole lead-up to our wedding, Sal was extraordinarily communicative and helpful in providing us with different options to pursue in terms of our ceremony structure and the aspects we could consider including -- many of which we would have never heard of had he not shown us examples. Once we had decided together on what would be included in the ceremony (we opted for a fairly simple ceremony with just a couple of readings and personal vows), Sal was again exceptionally responsive and flexible as my wife and I asked for changes (some big, some small) to the script, and we felt very sure that we would be taken care of on the day. Sal’s affability and experience made him a special presence at the venue before the ceremony started. He communicated proactively with our day-of coordinator and took care of all of the different directions with our DJ, photographer, and videographer, making sure that our ceremony would go off without a hitch. In addition to that, he took time to chat with our family members and wedding party to get to know them and us just a little bit better before our big moment. Once the ceremony began, Sal was amazing at “commanding the room,” and the whole production felt thoughtful, well-organized, and professional. The script was highly personalized, but Sal came across as well rehearsed and endearing. Our ceremony was one of the most (if not the most) complimented aspect of the day, and Sal’s professional guidance and execution were absolutely central to it all. Thank you, Sal!

Sal was absolutely amazing! in our initial meeting with him he was very thorough in laying out all the options that our ceremony could be so that it was very personal to us! We also did not have a rehearsal which didnt even matter because sal was soo helpful in explaining to everyone how everything would go. we seriously cannot say enough good things about him and our guests said the same thing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Sal was our JOP for our wedding on October 26, 2018 at the Webb Barn in Wethersfield. When we first originally met we Sal, we knew right away he was the right fit for us. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and gave us so many different ideas for our ceremony. We will recommend Sal to anyone that is looking for a JOP.
