of the many people who live out of state but still tag themselves as a Phoenix photographer. She caught my eye, easily! Reviewing her posts, I saw exactly what I was looking for. But upon looking at her entire portfolio and seeing that she has done more local brand marketing shoots than I can list, I knew Schyler had an eye for detail that separated her from the rest. After sending her link around and getting the much needed approval from family and fiance, I met with Schyler and this meeting solidified a new love: pumpkin cold foam. But the free coffee is probably besides the point. Schyler was incredibly smooth to work with from start to finish. Her prices are clearly laid out on the website, the packages tell you exactly what to expect, and the booking/payment through Honeybook is easy. On top of that, her communication is top notch - from text/email availability to other channels, you are never far from getting a question answered. And of course, the fact that she started making TikToks made me like her even more! Leading up to my wedding, Schyler took extreme care in asking exactly what we wanted out of the day. I am certainly one to trust the expert and try to keep my hands off of their skill, but Schyler provides the exact right dose of giving you options and asking what you want to see from her work. She got exactly every shot I had gone out of my way to request, and enthusiastically took the shots we asked for while she had camera in hand. It is essential to choose the right fit for your photos. Everyone has a different style and Schyler is no exception. However, I knew from her description to her curated images that this work of "warm, candid moments" was exactly what we wanted. My family and friends were floored by what Schyler provided us (and of course, in the quick turnaround time!), and every comment I received besides "wow, these are amazing," was "I didn't even see her taking those," which leads me to one final point: Schyler's professionalism and the way she carries herself is above and beyond, for both the wedding industry and any event at which you would invite a photographer. She is polite, kind, and on top of it. In no one's way and a director at the same time. She saved the day multiple times, from stitching a bouquet mishap back together and cutting the hanging tags off of my dress - which was in addition to being a one man show of giving us the timeline throughout the evening! She worked well with other vendors and assured us that everything was going according to plan. I'm sure she fixed things we didn't even know were wrong! Ultimately, we are beyond satisfied by everything provided by Schyler. From the grace she offered in a covid date transfer, to contact leading up to the event, to follow through on our images. We absolutely could not have found a better fit to capture the most cherished event of our lifetime. Thank you, Schyler!
