Internationally award wining cake artist, Michelle Sohan, transforms her passion of cake artistry in every piece she creates, always unique to each couple! She’s spent years of training in her field, and has over 15 years experience in the wedding industry, in Trinidad, and more recently in South Florida and Jamaica! In 2017, she won Best Tasting Cake in The World at the Cake Designers World Championships in a milan, Italy where she competed against 19 countries from around the world! In 2018, she coveted the Caribbean Cake and Pastry Artist of the Year in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Highly recommended by her peers, she’s been the recipient of WedBiz awards for the last 4 years, and also received Couples Choice Awards from Wedding Wire

id) closer to wedding date. As a backup we ordered regular cake from Publix as everyone told us don’t waste money, no one will eat it. Well they were all wrong… my guests ate every single piece. In our culture the smaller cake is saved and is eaten the following year. Well you guessed it, we have no cake for next year- our guests ate it all. We will have to buy another small cake at some time before the end of the year, so we can keep up our tradition. Cake was beautifully decorated. Michelle designed and added gold as we requested. Great working with you Michelle. We will definitely keep you in mind for any events we have in Florida.
