We are so beyond thrilled to have worked with Kara and the Weddings by Weaver team! Our venue required a coordinator and sent a list of approved groups. After going through every s...
ingle one of them (probably 40!), we knew we wanted to work with Kara. She is so friendly, makes the process super easy, and made our big day a breeze!
I would absolutely recommend her for your wedding time and time again!
If you’re considering trusting Kara with your wedding, this is your sign to DO IT. I just had my wedding last week and my husband and I keep reminiscing on how amazing she was. We ...
hired Kara over a year in advance to do our full planning and day-of coordination. My mom and I must have had over 10 zoom calls with her throughout the year during which she had super detailed and structured agendas to make sure we were covering everything. She thought of all the little details you would never think of that make ALL the difference and she offered extremely valuable design input as we made decisions with vendors. The month leading up to the wedding, she made sure to contact all of our vendors, confirm timelines, and make sure we knew who was bringing every little thing. In full transparency, I had a lot of requests and last minute mind-changes, so we were definitely not the simplest or easiest couple to plan for, but she took it in complete stride. She gave input when asked or when needed but never took too much control - I always felt like my vision was being built upon and brought to life, never changed or forced. On top of all the logistical pieces, she was kind, comforting, and just a JOY to work with.
On the day of, Kara was an absolute star. She brought the perfect blend of friendliness and firmness when it came to making sure everyone was where they needed to be. In every interaction I had with her that day, she was calm, smiling, and totally composed even when things were crazy. Not to mention, the day went basically perfectly which was a huge credit to her work. I couldn’t be more thankful to have had Kara as my go-to gal throughout the WHOLE process. She was truly a blessing!
I could not recommend Kara more! She was attentive and amazing on my big day. She helped everything run smoothly and never missed a beat when asked to do something. She put togethe...

ills were amazing, and she helped us plan every detail — especially those I would never think of! She is so great at figuring out your style, too! On our wedding day, she was perfect and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was waiting for us at the end of the aisle with our signature drinks in hand. She knew exactly what to do and we didn't have to worry about a thing! It was a dream come true, and we are so grateful to Kara and her team for being there for us on the most special day! We highly recommend Kara, not only for planning/coordinating, but also for floral and DJ services! Her team was truly incredible and decorated everything so beautifully! They are PROFESSIONALS! I can't say enough good things about Kara. Thank you so much!!! And if you're looking for a wedding day coordinator, planner, florals, DJ Services, etc., this is your sign to hire Kara! I loved working with her and if anything went wrong on our wedding day, honestly I never heard about it! She helped make our day so special and run very smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great planner!

Kara did a phenomenal job with vendor searches and the day-of coordination. The entire day ran so smoothly and felt very organized. My husband and I were able to enjoy the entire day with each other and our families without worrying about small nuances. Our families cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for us.
tldr; hiring Kara and the Weddings by Weaver team was the best decision we could've made! We highly recommend her team!

red quite a few hiccups that was out of our control and we most definitely could not have made it through successfully without the help of Kara and her team. The groom is allergic to gluten and Kara was even double checking with the catering staff that his dinner was gluten free. Which turns out, what he was originally going to be served was not gluten free so we are very grateful for her thoughtfulness. We even had to jump to our rain plan but Kara ensured that the ceremony was still going to be beautiful. Thank you Weddings by Weaver for being a big part of the best day of our lives!
Kara and all at Weddings by Weaver are so lovely and wonderful! At the beginning of my wedding planning journey, I felt like I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I realized I...
had NO IDEA how many decisions I would need to make. I hired Weddings by Weaver for Coordination + Partial Planning, and I am SO glad I had Kara there for me with every step.
Kara was always calm and positive (even when the weather forecast took a turn for the worse after I had canceled the rain plan tent). She was a great communicator throughout the entire process, as well as with all of the vendors. Multiple vendors let me know that Kara was the best they had ever worked with! My wedding was at a private residence, and Kara helped me think of everything so that I was able to relax on the big day. I felt zero stress on my wedding day, which was my ultimate goal!
Weddings by Weaver took care of my florals and DJ/ceremony music. My guests were incredibly impressed with the ceremony musicians, and Kara did a beautiful job with the florals. Everything was so beautiful and perfect, and I can't thank Kara and team enough. I recommend Weddings by Weaver to anyone getting married - they think of everything!

by myself, as time past things started to get more difficult and this is when I reached out to Weddings by Weaver. I got to choose which package I wanted and they explained how things were going to go. I am so glad I choose a coordinator because the day of my wedding everything went smoothly, I did not have to worry about a thing. Kara visit me the day of my wedding and explained if I needed anything I can contact her. My coordinator was Katelyn and she was as sweet as she can be. She made sure everything was perfect and created timelines of what was to be expected and also during our consults she created little homework(s) that I needed to make sure I do before the next meeting. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and I am so glad that there are sweet, kind people like Weddings by Weaver because they make sure that you know they are there for you and will help you in any kind of way necessary.

elmed and Tina and Alex were hugely helpful in relieving our stress. They answered every question we had very promptly and patiently (I had a lot of questions). Because of Alex and Tina our wedding day went so smoothly. My husband and I could really relax and enjoy the day since we knew they were taking care of everything. Thank you Tina and Alex! We loved our wedding day and could not have done it without you!

wedding day and that was such a relief! She has a process that ensures important details don't slip through the cracks. She is also really good about reaching out to vendors, and helped us so much in the communication/coordination process. We actually ended up switching our wedding venue 3 weeks before our wedding and Kara suggested a venue that was perfect. She was so supportive with all of the last minute changes that we made and communicated with our new vendors. When we met with the coordinator of our new venue, she took charge and had a list of questions to ask, which helped me to feel like I didn't have to figure everything out myself. She also is up to date on COVID related restrictions and was able to help us navigate the new circumstances. We feel like she went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful.

and at ease. Alex was on top of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g, from the moment we started planning to the end of my big day. She was sweet, caring, and intentional--while also could handle the negotiations and difficult vendors. She made planning (and re-planning) a wedding during covid a simple and stress-free process. I am endlessly thankful for all her hard work.
Additionally, their DJ package was great. DJ Jacob was awesome and everyone loved him. He did an amazing job and made our day so much fun!
Lastly, my mom worked with Kara for my bridal shower and it was beyond beautiful. It was a perfect day with the most stunning florals.
All and all, these are exactly the kind of people you want taking care of your wedding plans. They genuinely care about their clients and their work, and they do an incredible job!
I cannot say enough good things about Weddings by Weaver, especially Alex! She was incredibly helpful and made the last 30 days before our wedding as stress free as possible. I ...

I loved working with Kara for our flowers! She was so responsive, kind, and supportive through a stressful planning process. She gave great guidance when I did not know what all I ...
wanted aside for a few main flowers and greenery. She worked with me to pick some cheaper options to stay inside my budget. I made lots of changes as we went along and she was so kind and patient with me. She created beautiful and memorable bouquets that I’m still obsessed with.

't know how we'd have pulled everything off. She knew exactly how to carry out my vision, and even when things did not go exactly to plan, she knew the best way to adapt. I hardly had to lift a finger on the day of, and I didn't have to stress about the little things and simply just got to enjoy my day as a bride. We were hesitant at first about getting a coordinator, but now looking back it was the best thing we could've done. Alex was very professional, patient, and kind. I cannot say enough good things about her, and Kara too! Kara did an amazing job helping us with our initial questions and our floral needs. I highly recommend this company. Worth absolutely every penny!

ra was SO worth it. She made the day run smoothly and kept everyone's stress level low. She helped set up the venue exactly as I envisioned and she made sure tear down went well. She kept us on our timeline, helped with the little things we didn't know we needed help with, and coordinated between so many different people (the venue, vendors, guests, family, last minute changes, etc. etc.) She is so organized and great at her job- you will not regret hiring her! Plus, she has a great energy and attitude!

the entire process smooth and we never felt stressed out. They did an amazing job of bringing my wedding vision to life! My husband and I agree that hiring Weddings By Weaver was the best wedding planning decision we made. It brought us so much peace of mind on our wedding day knowing that everything was in their hands and being taken care of.
I wish I could give Kara 10 stars. I hired her as my month-of coordinator after debating as to whether or not I could handle things myself and I can confidently say that my wedding...
would not have run NEARLY as smoothly as it did if I didn't have her. She gracefully handled vendor communications and caught a few almost disasters before they could come to fruition. The way she moved me throughout my day made me feel like I could actually focus on the good that was happening, not the scheduling or crisis management that I would've had to do otherwise. Seriously, if you're reading this and wondering if you want her as your planner or if you want a planner at all, take the leap and reach out. She's become a wonderful friend that my husband and I love far beyond the role she played in our day!

Where do I even begin?! Kara and her team were absolutely incredible. I was a very type A, do it herself bride, and didn’t think I would ever need a day of coordinator. As the days...
went on and our wedding date got closer, I had so many little thoughts of “who will handle this” and “who will take care of that” and I started to get so stressed out and overwhelmed. I was so particular about every detail of my wedding that I was truly nervous to bring in a day of planner, but honestly it was the BEST decision I made during the whole wedding process.
On my first call will Kara, rather in the first 5 minutes of the call, she reassured me that they could take care of every detail I had been stressing out about for months. There wasn’t anything I asked Kara for that she couldn’t or wouldn’t handle for me - and I’m a VERY PARTICULAR person. Kara was not even phased one bit.
On our wedding day, Kara and her team FLAWLESSLY took care if every little detail and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing (if you knew me, you’d know I worry about pretty much everything). I was able to enjoy the best day of my life knowing that Kara was on top of everything - she even bustled my dress!!
Kara, thank you so much for being there and helping make our day so perfect. I couldn’t have imagined anything better and couldn’t imagine it without you there, literally guiding us seamlessly through the night. Thank you thank you thank you!!

She has great communication, is extremely organized, thinks of all the details, and played such a calming force for me through the process. Because she also offers decor rentals, she was able to save the day and provide last minute items I had forgot about.
She turned my floral vision to life and gave me multiple options to help me stay within my budget... this included her getting creative with the decor and repurposing bouquets, and garland from ceremony to reception.
I also received compliments from my other vendors on how prepared and on top of everything Kara was with them. She is priced competitively, she loves what she does ( and it shows), and she is just the sweetest person! Look no further and hire Kara and her team!

ghly recommend Weddings by Weaver for your planning needs. I worked with Kara and Alex for the first time this August and was so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and timeliness in all communication. They handled the logistics of the wedding day with ease and I felt at peace knowing they had things in order! Alex was always on top of things and ready for the next part of the day, with a big smile on her face. These ladies were absolute rockstars in serving the bride and groom however they could, and it was such a joy to work alongside their team to help the couple and their friends and family truly enjoy the day!

highly recommend Kara with WxW!
Kara was a top-notch find out of the 30+ florists we interviewed, and I would encourage every couple to discuss their vision with her. First, she was absolutely on board with our b...
udget from the very beginning, offering creative solutions for decorating well past flowers themselves. She also was able to “get” our vision (several times, as it kept changing) with very little effort on our end. Despite the fact that we were fairly non-traditional, she’d easily pick up an idea and give us one better. We had more than a florist— we had a design partner, and we couldn’t be more grateful for it!
Y'all. Kara is THE BEST!!!! My husband and I can certainly say that Kara was probably the best and greatest investment we made for the day of our wedding! I can't fully explain how...
helpful and amazing her services were--she alleviated so much stress from me, my husband, and our families, that we were actually able to enjoy our one and only wedding day!! She has the most amazing customer service, and truly wants you to be happy on your special day. I cannot emphasize enough how much you will THANK YOURSELF the day before, the day of, and the day after your wedding for hiring WXW! You will not regret it, and I would totally recommend Kara and her team in a heartbeat to anyone I know getting married! Thank you, Kara!!!
