With a long time passion for event planning, I got my start in 2018 when I switched career paths from the healthcare industry to the wedding industry. I began working weekends as a day-of coordinator's assistant while weekdays consisted of online courses to become "International Event and Wedding Professional" certified. Soon after, I was working full time as a wedding specialist at venues across the Chicagoland suburbs. Nikilett was a lifesaver to have as our coordinator for our wedding. She went above and beyond on wedding day and our day went so smoothly it shocked myself and my new husband. She’s incredible and we both highly recommend her to anyone in need of a day of coordinator!

Nikilett started off as our original venue coordinator. Her amazing personality and characteristics is what really drew us into choosing our venue. We just knew she'd be amazing to work with and you can just see she had a true passion for what she does. Sad on our end, she ended up leaving the venue to start her own amazing journey. Luckily to find out we were coincidentally basically neighbors, we kept in touch and we decided to hire her for our decor set up. She went above and beyond, from me advice to suggestions to actually doing the decor, she's been nothing but amazing!!! I was so blessed to have her part of our day. I can tell anyone if you choose Nikilett, you will 100% not regret a single thing!

We were a Covid wedding couple and were blessed to work with Nikilett for two weddings (a very small intimate wedding in 2020 and large summer 2021 wedding). The weddings were very different from each other, but both perfect thanks to the help of Nikilett. She was prompt with responses to all of my questions, professional, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. I felt confident going into both weddings knowing that Nikilett had all details planned out. I highly recommend Nikilett to any and all future wedding couples!

Nikilett absolutely made wedding planning so much easier! Nothing was a problem for her, and she was very prompt in her communication. Our bridal party felt comfortable working with her on our big day, and put us all at ease. Most importantly, she spoke with both myself and my now husband - this was something that we didn't realize was so rare in the wedding industry until we were planning! My husbands wants and needs were taken just as seriously as mine, and he even looked forward to our meetings! I am beyond grateful that we got to work with her, you won't be disappointed! Nikilett exuded calmness the day of our wedding. On top of everything, she helped put out some last-minute fires (like my veil that would not stay on!!) as if it was as simple as grabbing me a glass of water. She made planning, designing, and the day-off exceed my expectations. I would recommend her over & over again!

Nikilett was amazing in assisting us with our daughter’s wedding. This was our first time with planning a wedding and Nikilett was always available and answered our calls and e-mails promptly. She was extremely helpful in giving us various ideas and options. We met with her several times and each time she made sure we were good with our decisions. She is organized, thorough, and task oriented. Our daughter’s wedding was a perfect day thanks in large part to Nikilett implementing the plan flawlessly. Without hesitation I would highly recommend her. Thank you Nikilett for all of your efforts.

Nikilett was incredible to work with. She was timely with her responses to emails, she was extremely organized, and she made my family and I feel comfortable and at ease as we planned our wedding. Nikilett kept us informed, had great ideas on the layout of the room and for our timeline, she is extremely knowledgeable, and was kind throughout the entire process. We worked with Nikilett for our small wedding in 2020 and also our larger rescheduled wedding in 2021. She is absolutely amazing! She helped create two perfect days for us. She is so responsive and goes above and beyond what you can ever hope for in a wedding planner. She takes her job so seriously and pays attention to every single detail. I’ll never forget a silly request I made before our first wedding and thinking it was nothing she even had control to fix, but she made it happen.
