Laoise is the definition of “petite but mighty”, she kept our day running like clockwork. I’m very Type A and super comfortable with research, contracts, logistics, and planning, ...

so I took on planning pretty much everything myself — at a museum venue, no less, which is definitely not the easiest to plan or for someone to coordinate. As the final weeks approached, I was… let’s just say, a little cuckoo. 😂 From the very beginning, Laoise was incredibly supportive, responsive, and open to all of my (very detailed and sometimes wildly pedantic) questions. Then at the 6-week mark, she came in like an absolute champ with an organized intake form that captured every detail I had planned, helping with timeline & layout. She caught logistical things we hadn’t thought of, like moving florals post ceremony etc. I was immensely more relaxed at that point knowing that we had her. On the day of, she and her assistant went above and beyond — helping with our personal decor, helping me through nature trails in my dress for our first look and photos, and managing everything with total professionalism. She had her headset on, game face, all the things— making sure the timeline stayed on track and everything flowed. Our photographer even commented that it was one of the smoothest wedding days he’s ever experienced. He appreciated how Laoise had notes prepared for family portraits, including who could be dismissed at certain points. Super helpful since we had a lot of family portrait combos. We didn’t rehearse since our family members were coming out of town with young children, but she was able to give a quick rundown right before the ceremony. She even discreetly checked in with me during a lengthy speech about timing — ready to step in if needed. In hindsight, I should’ve warned her that speaker tends to go long, but even with the longer-than-expected speech we still felt we had plenty of time to celebrate and mingle since she incorporated buffer time. I am so incredibly grateful for her! She brought calm, structure, and execution to a day that could have easily felt overwhelming. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and truly has your back, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our day was completely seamless because of her and our family and friends were able to just completely enjoy the day. She also had the great idea of leaving patio heaters out of the reception area and in the cocktail hour area until it actually got cooler/windier later in evening, which let us get nice photos of all the details while still ensuring guest comfort later on. 10/10, highly recommend.

ry step of the way. We opted for the most basic package since we had a micro wedding and a courthouse marriage. However, basic is far from the service we received. Our small but mighty leader Laoise was present at the courthouse to help us wrangle our chaotic family and patiently helped me take photos throughout the courthouse with our wedding photographer. She even did behind the scenes video of the photoshoot that I greatly cherish. The following day was our “happily ever after party” and she helped ensure the vendors were all tipped and given adequate direction. I’m so pleased with her service and understanding throughout this stressful process. It was sad to say goodbye the day of the wedding party after countless meetings and having worked on this project that was mine and my husband’s wedding, but I know she has many more amazing weddings ahead of her and will be a priceless asset to another bride’s special day. From our very first conversation, we knew we wanted her as our coordinator. Laoise was incredibly sweet, detail-oriented, and organized — everything we’re not! She took the time to communicate with all our vendors, no matter how big or small the task, and she always kept us in the loop every step of the way. What we appreciated most was how proactive and supportive she was. She set up regular meetings, so we were always on the same page and encouraged us to share any ideas we had — then worked so hard to bring our vision to life. Whenever we felt overwhelmed, she never brushed it off. She’d calmly help us talk through what was stressing us out and always found a solution. She truly made the wedding planning process enjoyable instead of stressful. Since we were planning from out of town, she also helped us find reliable vendors and stay within budget. On the wedding day, she kept reminding us that it was our day and that everything would go according to our schedule — and it did! Our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how kind, professional, and genuinely wonderful she was, and how smoothly everything ran. Laoise also had an assistant with her on the wedding day, and she was absolutely wonderful as well. Together, they were such a calm, kind, and efficient team — handling every detail behind the scenes so that we could just relax and truly enjoy our day. Laoise truly made our wedding day — and the months leading up to it — so much easier, calmer, and more joyful. We’re forever grateful for her and couldn’t imagine our wedding without her.
