Brian Borgia hands down was the absolute best choice for our officiant at our wedding. Brian is warm, friendly and gives such a calm and paternal vibe to the ceremony. He is a true...
professional in that we never had to ask him to step out of the way for the first kiss (he knew) and he was inredibly prompt to timeline on sending over the ceremony (beautifully written), getting to know us to customize the ceremony and submitting the paperwork. Additionally, he made sure to meet us ahead of time to run through ceremony together when we weren't able to make the rehearsal work for both of us. Absolutely would recommend!!
We were incredibly fortunate to have Brian as the officiant for our Monterey wedding, and our ceremony exceeded all expectations. Opting for a custom ceremony added a personal touc...
h without the pressure of personal vows. Brian's meticulous approach, from the detailed form to the draft review process, ensured our ceremony truly reflected us. His warm demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience a joy, and we felt genuinely supported throughout. We can't thank Brian enough for the beautiful memories he helped create. If you want an officiant who goes the extra mile, Brian is the perfect choice.
Brian is absolutely wonderful. Prior to our wedding he was communicative, responsive and answered all of our questions. He was one of the easiest vendors to work with throughout th...
e wedding process - he’s extremely competent yet relaxed.
We thought our ceremony was perfect. People even asked us if he was a family member because it felt so natural. His sense of calm helped both of us feel relaxed and at ease during the rehearsal and ceremony. Would recommend Brian to anyone!
We hired Brian to be our officiant and he was the absolute best to work with! He walked us through every stage of the planning from creating our vows to getting our license turned ...
in. We did not want personal vows but wanted the experience to be special and he created just that. Our friends and family came up to us after the ceremony to tell us how much they enjoyed it and that they loved his energy. He made the whole process effortless and easy. Definitely a must for your wedding!
We couldn't have asked for a better team than Brian and Heidi for our ceremony at Stewart's Cove in Carmel. My husband and I highly recommend Weddings in Monterey for all your wedd...
ing planning and photography needs! Brian and Heidi were incredibly attentive and organized throughout the entire process, and made us feel at ease knowing that they had accounted for even the tiniest of details. We decided to have my father-in-law officiate, and Brian was incredibly kind and helpful, and made to answer any question he had along the way. Heidi was amazing to work with as well, incredibly organized, and made sure to get all the shots and groupings we requested.
Thank you, Brian, Heidi, and team!! We honestly could not have dreamed up a more perfect day!!

modating. They were also the most affordable option I could find for our needs in the Big Sur area. Highly recommend!!
If you’re thinking about a wedding in the Monterey or Carmel area, you need to contact Brian! I had contacted Wedgewood and Asilomar as well but they never got back to me, I am soo...
oo glad I ended up going with this small business instead. My wedding was last week and let me tell you Brian was the only person willing to help me plan and navigate this process through COVID. We connected in July 2020 and by July 2021 I was married. From dealing with the permits to helpful suggestions and keeping me updated with all of the changes Brian was amazing. He and his wife work as a team and are absolutely perfect! Brian is literally the quintessential Officiant, always smiling and looking pleasant in the back of pictures. He is genuine and loves what he does. My husband and also became a huge fan of Brian on wedding day bonding with him while waiting for me. I cannot thank Weddings in Monterey enough for making my day perfect.
