nderful sense of humor and he had heart & soul. When Don opens his mouth to speak he captures your attention as well as your heart. We loved what Don offered to be a part of our marriage ceremony. We added, a memorial tribute, Sea glass,a ring warming, a little Bob Marley and both of our parents spoke on behalf of each of us. After I met Don I told all of our family and friends-"just wait until you meet our officiant and see our ceremony". Don, true to form showed up in his flip flops and officiant wardrobe and captured our guest attention with every word he spoke. We wanted a relaxed ceremony and Don gave us just that. We had our serious moments as well as our laughter and love. While Don united our love, he too created a love in that room. Now, lets not forget Kat- Don's wife..... Kat was our photographer and boy did she come through. I am usually the photographer for everyone so it was hard for me to relinquish my role for the day. Cell phones, cameras and lots of people can make it difficult to photograph. Kat did a fabulous job and I am in awe of her work. Don dibbled in the photography behind her and his artistic photos are breathtaking as well. In closing, our ceremony was epic and honestly will forever be remembered by all that attended our ceremony- not just because they loved us- but because that's how good this husband and wife team are!

d and I. I could go on and on describing how wonderful the ceremony was, not to mentioned the gorgeous photography they did. Very experienced couple, warm, funny, sweet. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day feel so special. On your weeding day, you want your officiants to be more than just business, and that is how we feel about Don and Kat. They made our weeding perfect, Don said the most beautiful and perfect words. I highly recommend this couple for your wedding day. The best decision you can made.

ugh it was absolutely frigid out. We chose to do a Non-traditional ceremony for our morning wedding and Don made it magical. He made us laugh the whole time while still being heartwarming and sincere. I had so many complements on how well they did. They also did our photography and they did such an amazing job. I cannot wait to tell everyone we meet about them!

and and I renew our vows every year on our anniversary, so we've worked with a lot of officiants over the years, and Don was definitely up there with our absolute favorites. A real stand-out. They are a great team I would not hesitate to recommend most highly!

Fast forward a couple years later, and we ended up booking and putting a deposit down at a large venue; but I still kept going back to Weddings With a Heart's website. My fiancé (now husband) said to go with my 1st. choice, and he was in agreement on having a small, intimate wedding - we had 32 guests in attendance. So I contacted Don and Kathy, and from that very 1st. email I knew we made the right choice. They were so prompt and responsive, whether it was via email, in person, text, or phone, they were always available and SO nice. They are very funny and easygoing which made the whole process stress-free! The day of our wedding I accidentally left my bouquet at home (yes, that's right, and yes, I was in a panic). My best friend's and mom went to get my bouquet, so Don and Kat suggested we take some photos while we wait. It was such a great idea!!! It took some of the normal nervousness away, and gave us time alone before the ceremony. The ceremony itself was perfect!!! Don made us all laugh, cry, (in a good way) and reflect on love and marriage. My family and friends are still talking about our ceremony! His words were perfect for us. The photographs they took are SPECTACULAR. They are both extremely talented. They took hundreds, some of them we weren't even aware of! They also do photo art, which turns the photo almost in a painting - gorgeous!!! For the price of an officiant and 2 photographers, you CANNOT beat Weddings With a Heart. We are so glad we chose Don and Kat to help make our wedding day perfect. I am so glad that instead of a big, expensive, overpriced wedding, I listened to my heart and went with Weddings With a Heart!!!

ur time and day. But Don was very responsive, happened to be available, and helpful with everything, we instantly felt relieved and relaxed again. We wanted something low key and intimate, we only had less than 20 people! He had a beautiful collection of vows he wrote himself on his website to choose from and was super accommodating about intermixing a few of them that we liked into our ceremony for us. Communication was great leading up to it! Showed up before anyone else made the whole experience comfortable and just all around perfect! I asked Don if he could put something together for the kids (we have 3) so we could tell our vows to them also, he delivered perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better officient and highly recommend to any love birds : ) he made us all laugh, made us cry (happy cry of course) and pulled us aside after and gave us some marriage advice we will never forget that some people raising families simply don’t think about doing on a day to day basis but turkey means a lot. THANK YOU DON! For making our ceremony special : ) Will be calling you again when we renew our vows for sure.

how comfortable I felt about how amazing this day was going to be. It rained all day until 6:30 in the evening Lol, and it started raining again right after everything was done, it was perfect. All we really wanted from this day was us, our four kids, beautiful picture so we can always look back, our promise to each other and our kids and we feel as we received it and so much more! We are grateful to you Don and Kathy for being so patient, understanding and for two old farts they are AMAZING! I spoke with Don must, only met Kathy the day of. Don was very good at responding and getting back to me with any questions or concerned that I might have. I would and will recommend Don and Kathy for your wedding, I PROMISE you from one very pick person to the next you will not be disappointed.
