Greetings and thank you for visiting my page! I support engaged couples in their quest to begin their lifelong union on the right foot - with a unique and heartfelt wedding ceremony. If you are looking for a professional who feels like family, you've come to the right place. I am an Ordained Minister and Irreverent Reverend for all couples. At the first wedding ceremony I officiated a rainbow lit up the sky and the big tough DJ needed a box of tissues. It is my honor to serve you as you cross this sacred threshold.
Couples who love working with me often have their own spiritual path, they are Yogis or have an eclectic family background and religious roots, sometimes they are couples moving into second marriages with blended families - but most of all they are couples who know their wedding ceremony is the most important part of their wedding day.
Many wedding magazines tell you how you can save money on your wedding budget by simply getting a friend or family member to marry you - I recommend that you hire a professional. Let your auntie be your aunt at your wedding. Include her in the ceremony and ritual. Don't place the responsibility of this big moment on her shoulders. I can list a dozen horror stories about family friends freezing in front of 90 guests, saying the wrong name of the groom (ex-boyfriend), opening a book saying welcome and then skipping to "you may kiss the bride." Even if they do a bang-up job, they will often share afterward how stressed out they were for months leading up to the wedding. Thank you for knowing this moment is sacred and important. Let your family and friends simply be your family and friends at your wedding. Invest in a professional - you will be so glad you did.
There are SO many officiants - so why Rev. Jenn?
Many officiants show up at your wedding and 'read' their ceremony. I believe in collaboration and co-creation and bring decades of professional experience as a visual, performing and collaborative artist to the table. I also have 19 years of experience as a Somatic Healer and Yogi - I bring my toolbox of meditation and relaxation techniques to keep everyone calm and grounded on your wedding day. I am both a writer and a speaker. You will do so much more than choose a poem to add to a pre-written ceremony, you will go on a journey with me to create your dream ceremony - even if you have no idea yet what that might be.
I will help you not only craft your own wedding vows but work on practicing them so you feel confident and at ease on your wedding day speaking them slowly, clearly, with love and presence to your partner.
I will write your love story as the main narrative of your ceremony. Together, we will co-create a wedding ceremony that includes and honors everyone. with us for a few months prior to the wedding, having us fill out a detailed questionnaire and having thoughtful conversations about our lives and relationship. Jenn then seamlessly wove our unique story into a beautiful, personalized ceremony that was both meaningful and uplifting for us and all of our guests.. in fact, our guests raved about her and the ceremony in general. We had several guests tell us they would never forget it and how unique it was. The quality of Jenn's work was thoroughly professional, innovative, and intentional - she clearly put a lot of care and preparation into making our wedding day special. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through our vows and make our ceremony so memorable.

ances, she had to cancel 34 days before our wedding date. My then fiancée and I were in a place of worry, not just to find someone else in time, but someone we connected well with in such a short period of time. Our officiant recommended Jennifer to us, and she was available for our date. Even though we were in a time crunch, we had to make sure we vibes well before we decided on her, so we set up a meeting.
We instantly fell in love with Jennifer! Her energy was amazing and her presence felt open and welcoming. Our ceremony had some traditional parts to it but mostly consisted on non-conventional pieces, and Jennifer was fully onboard with everything. We felt very comfortable sharing our vision with her and never felt judged about our unique ideas. All of her suggestions and additions brought so much life to what we were envisioning. Our ceremony was absolutely PERFECT! It was exactly what we wanted and completely- US. She even led us in a grounding moment pre-ceremony and then shared in a fun dance with us at our reception! We would 1000 % recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to have a one of a kind ceremony.
The only bummer- is now that our wedding is over, we don’t get the pleasure of speaking with her weekly anymore! She was more than an officiant, she felt like a friend.

recommend a meditation session with her beforehand, especially grooms that may be nervous or not accustomed to speaking in front of people. She is very patient and considerate, so feel free to tell her your likes and dislikes. There is no strict format with Jenn, so your day will feel unique and genuine. Her open heart and free spirit goes a long way when you are organizing your thoughts. Your special day can be hectic or busy, but she helps you soak up the moment and appreciate the present. I'm happy to say that she made our day that much more special and I would absolutely recommend her.

Putting us at ease with carefully listening as we prepared for the day, and taking charge of the flow of the ceremony at some crucial points , Jenn was a perfect blend of supportive attunement and skillful facilitation.
We designed our own ceremony, and Jenn put in the care, work, and skill to understand and execute it in a way that made our vision come to life beautifully. She also connected to our diverse family and friends in a generous, heartfelt and professional way that made people feel invited and at ease taking part in the unique aspects of our ceremony.
In the end, we may not have originally planned to have Jenn officiate our wedding, but we are so glad she did and looking back, we wouldn't want it any other way!
