Sonya was the most important part of our wedding. From our initial Zoom meeting she was a consummate professional, while adjusting to our quirks. She worked hard to keep us in budget and often found places to cut back or save on. Sonya found us our (hidden gem) venue and stayed in contact constantly. We planned our wedding together for over a year and Sonya was perfect. She took all the pressure of off us and handled everything, while keeping us looped in. I would recommend her to literally anyone wanting an amazing event. I could wax poetic about Sonya for hours. 100/10 - Thank you for the best day ever Sonya!

She did an incredible job coordinating with our venue, officiant, band, photographer, hair and makeup artists, and every other vendor involved. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, everything ran flawlessly. I never had to worry about a thing because Sonya had it all under control.
She remembered every little detail, including my signature cocktails, and the mini espresso martinis were absolutely adorable! As soon as we finished taking photos, I walked into the wedding of my dreams. Every table, every decoration, and every detail was set up perfectly. Our cocktail hour in the aquarium was absolutely magical.
Sonya took so much stress off my plate and allowed me to truly enjoy every moment of our day. One of my favorite moments was when she brought me a drink immediately after the ceremony—it was exactly what I needed! She doesn't miss a beat and is always thinking one step ahead.
She even saved the day when my family accidentally forgot an important item at the hotel. Knowing she was there to handle unexpected situations gave me so much peace of mind.
To top it all off, Sonya surprised us with a beautiful gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful way to memorialize our venue. It is something we will always treasure and a reminder of such a perfect day.
I cannot recommend Sonya enough. I never imagined having such a beautiful, seamless wedding or such an incredible coordinator. She exceeded every expectation and absolutely blew me away. If you're looking for someone who is organized, creative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your wedding perfect, Sonya is the one!

She let no detail go missed and was on top of organization from the beginning! On the day of the wedding, she ran every transition and change smoothly. My wedding had to be moved inside 1 hour before it started, and she made sure it was still the most beautiful ceremony for me! She truly takes charge and makes sure your day is exactly what you want. lly just looking for a week-of/day-of coordinator, and from the start, everything aligned perfectly.
In the final month leading up to the wedding, Sonya went above and beyond. She offered help in any way she could, checked in with my husband and me multiple times to make sure we were on track, and took over communication with our vendors the week of, which was such a huge weight off our shoulders. Several of our vendors even told us ahead of time how amazing she is, which instantly put us at ease.
On the wedding day, Sonya was nothing short of incredible. Every question or request I had was handled quickly and seamlessly, and I later found out she was just as supportive behind the scenes, helping my husband and stepping in for the bridal party in ways I didn’t even realize at the time. That alone speaks volumes.
My biggest goal for the day was to truly be present, celebrate, and not worry about a single detail, and Sonya made that possible. After spending so much time planning, it meant everything to be able to fully enjoy the day, knowing everything was in the best hands.
I cannot recommend Sonya enough. She is organized, thoughtful, calm, and truly cares about her couples. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would trust her not just as a week of coordinator, but to plan the entire wedding.

Sonya was so on top of helping with the vendors and meetings ahead of time and just making sure she was as prepared as possible for the day and I really appreciated it. Sonya was the true hero and MVP of our wedding weekend! We hired her for day-of coordination for our reception (we had already legally gotten married), but she went above and beyon...
d in the weeks leading up to our event, calling vendors and taking on tasks that I had assumed my husband and I would need to deal with. We worked with many vendors as our venue was mostly DIY and Sonya perfectly coordinated all of them. There were many aspects of our event that were logistically complicated or non-traditional, and every time I tried to say "it's okay if this isn't possible..." during planning calls, Sonya adamantly assured me that she would make it happen. And she did! I gasped when I got out of the car at our venue and saw how beautifully she had set up the space. It was like she had seen exactly what I had imagined and brought it to life.
Sonya made it so that we could be the guests of honor at our reception rather than the hosts. We were completely in the moment every second of our party, and that is because Sonya made sure every detail and last-minute decision was handled for us. We absolutely loved working with her and would HIGHLY recommend her services to any and every engaged couple!

She gave us one of the most thoughtful gifts too! It was 2 champagne glasses with our names & wedding date on them. She also gave us a Lego set to complete together as newly weds. I would recommend her 100%!
