Wedgewood Weddings at The Headquarters

We had such an amazing time and are so happy that wedgewood at headquarters was a part of our special day. It was everything we envisioned and more! Petr went above and beyond for us, from coordinating with my family members, our musicians, to fixing my dress and veil prior to walking down the isle, Brynn was there every step of the way from opening the doors during the ceremony , gathering all the items lost and found and coordinating with the burrito vendors for late night bites. (: Our bartender!!!- I forgot his name but there was NEVER a line at the bar!! Shots were always ready and not once did he bat an eye! We love you guys so much. 100% would do it again!! Literally the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. We are so glad we chose headquarters- I was stressed, but after the rehearsal - I felt so grounded and ready to marry the love of my life.  We really appreciate all your help. Thanks again!! 10/10!!!  Tbh, the other Wedgewood venues have NOTHING on the headquarters!! When we got to visit the presidio venue- we loved the location, but not the venue. - at that moment we knew we chose the right venue. Headquarters is the best location, most convenient for guests with limited mobility and that’s #1 reason we chose headquarters. - my grandma who is 92, grandpa Bennie 90 and cousin Don-Don who is wheelchair bound with down syndrome were all comfortable and safe. I was also amazed by how the outside cocktail area transformed from when we initially toured the venue, we spend a lot of time in nature, some days I was regretting we didn’t have a nature based outdoor wedding (we also didn’t want to worry about the possibility of the weather afffecting our guest experience- it was raining when we toured headquarters), but I was pleased to be able to get fresh air and still have the same vibe outside. Trying to think if there could have been anything that could have done differently..maybe clearing the bridal suite after cocktail hour of the food/drinks?! I was a bit nauseated from the smell of the tuna that was left out, but as soon as we asked the staff - it was cleared and bussed right away. Ohhh also we would have liked to know about the jail cells and exhibit so we could let our guests know to check it out! But we saw it in our own walking around! Two days after the wedding! Soo cool!!  The lobo lighting was so underwhelming, but that was the band and not you guys (they did the right thing and focused on the music vs centering the light 🙃- as they should- they killed ittt) 😭 Of course everything can’t be perfect, but it was imperfectly perfect!!!  Thank you thank you thank you!   Love always, Mr. & Mrs. Enrico 

We had such a wonderful experience working with the Wedgewood Weddings team throughout the entire wedding planning process! From the beginning, Emma and Janae were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process and making everything feel manageable. The planning meetings were organized, informative, and gave us the opportunity to go through all of the details we had planned while following the helpful guidelines and task lists Wedgewood provided. Having that structure made such a huge difference and helped us feel confident that we were staying on track. When it came time for the big day, Petr was absolutely amazing with coordination. He made sure everything came together smoothly and took the time to add those thoughtful little details that made our wedding day feel extra special and personal. It was such a relief to know we could trust the team to handle everything behind the scenes while we enjoyed every moment of our day. We are so grateful to Emma, Janae, Petr, and the entire Wedgewood Weddings team for helping bring our vision to life. Their communication, organization, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us plan and coordinate such an important day!
