Our wedding at Wedgewood HQ was PHENOMENAL. The Wedgewood team made our experience so seamless. They were kind, helpful, and calming every step of the way. Our day was so special. Here are the things I loved about the Wedgewood experience: -Amazing elite package that gives your guests a luxury experience that you don't even have to think about. Top notch bartenders, servers, cocktails, and food. -Love the packages they offer and that you don't have to manage a ton of vendors coming in unless you want extras. This made the process so incredibly easy for us. - I love that this venue is all indoors and you don't have to worry about weather, but that you can also easily walk through Seaport village and see the water. We left during cocktail hour to take photos outside too. - The space is stunning! It is so sophisticated and the art-deco touches feel extra fancy. -The sound system is incredible, which helped make our dance floor absolutely EPIC. Highly recommend paying the extra money for dance floor lighting from the DJ company. -Jasmine, our day of coordinator, was incredible at managing everyone and helping the day go smoothly -Brynn, our banquet captain, did an amazing job running the show at the end of the night. -The whole sales/planning team is knowledgeable and quick to respond to your questions! We will remember this day forever and I'd confidently recommend them to any of my friends and family.

My husband and I are local to San Diego and toured around 15–20 venues before finding Wedgewood Weddings at The Headquarters. We immediately booked a tour and completely fell in love. From the pre-coordination to seeing everything come together on our wedding day, we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Our coordination team — Emma, Nat, and Petr — spent hours with us leading up to the wedding, making sure we understood our options and helping us incorporate the personal touches that mattered most. Our day-of coordinator, Jasmine, was amazing! Although we hadn’t had our previous planning meetings with her, she came into our rehearsal knowing exactly what was on our list and executed everything exactly as we had planned. We never felt like we needed to explain or worry about anything. The handoff to our banquet captain, Brynne, was equally seamless. She made sure our late-night ramen bar came to life and, at the end of the night, led her team in helping our family pack everything up. Our DJ, Mik from DJ Maestro, was even better than we imagined. Multiple guests told us it was one of the best wedding DJ experiences they’d ever had, and the dance floor was incredible all night! We also used Moments in Bloom and True Photography, two of Wedgewood’s partnered vendors. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony arch were exactly what we envisioned, and our photo/video team made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. The venue itself was beautiful, and our guests could not stop talking about how unique it was — especially the downstairs bar! We had around 150 guests and never once felt like the space was cramped or crowded. There was plenty of room to move around, dance, and enjoy the night, so it can absolutely handle a larger crowd. The food was great, and the service was incredibly smooth. Even with friends who know how to enjoy a good open bar, there was never a line! The location was another huge plus. We debated having an outdoor ceremony because outdoor photos were really important to us, but we ended up loving the indoor ceremony space. Our photo team walked with us down to the water afterward, so we still got the sunset photos we had dreamed of. We also booked our hotel block at the Hyatt, and our guests loved how close and convenient everything was. If you are looking for a venue and team that will be there for you throughout the entire planning process and make sure your wedding day comes together exactly as you envisioned, look no further than The Headquarters. My husband went on two deployments while we were wedding planning, so I knew from the beginning that I wanted a venue with a team that would provide a lot of support throughout the process. We truly could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Wedgewood Weddings at The Headquarters. They supported us from the beginning of planning through the very end of our wedding night, and we would choose them all over again.

us, from coordinating with my family members, our musicians, to fixing my dress and veil prior to walking down the isle, Brynn was there every step of the way from opening the doors during the ceremony , gathering all the items lost and found and coordinating with the burrito vendors for late night bites. (: Our bartender!!!- I forgot his name but there was NEVER a line at the bar!! Shots were always ready and not once did he bat an eye! We love you guys so much. 100% would do it again!! Literally the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. We are so glad we chose headquarters- I was stressed, but after the rehearsal - I felt so grounded and ready to marry the love of my life. We really appreciate all your help. Thanks again!! 10/10!!! Tbh, the other Wedgewood venues have NOTHING on the headquarters!! When we got to visit the presidio venue- we loved the location, but not the venue. - at that moment we knew we chose the right venue. Headquarters is the best location, most convenient for guests with limited mobility and that’s #1 reason we chose headquarters. - my grandma who is 92, grandpa Bennie 90 and cousin Don-Don who is wheelchair bound with down syndrome were all comfortable and safe. I was also amazed by how the outside cocktail area transformed from when we initially toured the venue, we spend a lot of time in nature, some days I was regretting we didn’t have a nature based outdoor wedding (we also didn’t want to worry about the possibility of the weather afffecting our guest experience- it was raining when we toured headquarters), but I was pleased to be able to get fresh air and still have the same vibe outside. Trying to think if there could have been anything that could have done differently..maybe clearing the bridal suite after cocktail hour of the food/drinks?! I was a bit nauseated from the smell of the tuna that was left out, but as soon as we asked the staff - it was cleared and bussed right away. Ohhh also we would have liked to know about the jail cells and exhibit so we could let our guests know to check it out! But we saw it in our own walking around! Two days after the wedding! Soo cool!! The lobo lighting was so underwhelming, but that was the band and not you guys (they did the right thing and focused on the music vs centering the light 🙃- as they should- they killed ittt) 😭 Of course everything can’t be perfect, but it was imperfectly perfect!!! The location couldn’t have been more perfect (close to the airport, on the marina, Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott hotels in walking distance. The venue was gorgeous and the team made everything effortlessly easy. They were extremely detailed oriented and accommodating to our schedules (two working professionals in the central time zone). The event went off beautifully and our guests loved the venue. They listened to me every step of the way and their vendors did as well.

Emma was our coordinator and she was simply a gem. From our very first meeting, we knew she would take care of us and she exceeded every expectation. As a vegan bride, I also deeply appreciated how accommodating the entire team was. Nothing was too much to ask. The true one-stop-shop experience means zero stress, and that's exactly what we got. Planning a wedding in 2 months could have been overwhelming (ok of course it was still a little :)), but I was completely present on our wedding day because I had full confidence that Emma and her team had thought of absolutely everything. 10/10, from start to finish!

experience, we wouldn't change a thing! We were blessed to have Janae and Emma from the very beginning and they made the experience of wedding planning so smooth, and effortless. Definitely experienced and knowledgeable! With me and my now wife being ever so indecisive, they were so patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Their feedback and support made our wedding so intimate and special. They definitely went above and beyond to blow our expectations out of the water. From every aspect of planning colors for charger plates and napkins, to our music list, the grand entrance, accommodating food tasting (since we weren't SoCal locals), they were there one text away every step of the way! Even our banquet captain Nat went above and beyond the night of the event to ensure we were both fed, hydrated and even packed us each a bride and groom's meal to enjoy afterwards. The newly renovated venue was nothing less that spectacular as well! Everything looked amazing from the fixtures and furniture that Wedgewood picked out. Everything looked so elegant and a fun space to enjoy. From the courtyard, main bar, separate bride and groom's rooms to get ready, they were absolutely stunning. All of our guests has nothing but great words to share with the experience and venue. it might have been out of our budget but we inquired anyway and thank god we did!!! Janae was an absolute dream to work with! She made me feel so comfortable while everything was being finalized. She listened to every concern, took care of every detail, and was always quick to check in and respond. Truly, she was the cherry on top that made the venue experience even more special. The food was incredible—our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and generous the portions were. Our DJ Kyon completely nailed the music!
