Wedicity - Destination Wedding Planners

ght feel absolutely seamless and effortless. She solved every problem or hiccup before I was even notified that anything had gone wrong. Wedicity is the dream team, and I feel so fortunate that they were a part of my special day.

hance to ask and made sure nothing was ever overlooked. As the MOH at a 200-person wedding, I felt completely supported. They made sure I was prepared for my speech in advance and gave detailed cues to each speaker, so everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. Kristina always appeared at the right moments. When the bride and I slipped away to bustle her dress, Kristina was right there to help—and used that time to check in with the bride. Their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made the entire day seamless. Kristina and her team truly made my best friend Ashley & James's wedding unforgettable. I cannot recommend them enough!

ding weekend when we were completely stretched too thin. We contacted Wedicity and the team was eager to help. They got the ball rolling right away. Kristina from Wedicity was our Day of coordinator and she was out of this world extraordinary. Her calm demeanor and her attention to detail made us feel so much more at ease leading up to our big day. On the day of she was well prepared and well equipped for everything. I could not recommend Wedicity enough. The team there cares and goes above and beyond to make your day (or weekend) the best time of your life.

where to begin. I started looking at inspo and a vision slowly came about. With the help of Giovanna, it was brought to life and then some. Chris and I cannot keep saying how we felt our wedding was that of dreams. It was absolutely perfect and certainly would not have been possible without Wedicity, specifically Giovanna. Because of a last minute week of photo schedule change (addition of extended family photos), we were running a bit behind schedule. Without flinching, Giovanna updated the timeline in real time and helped facilitate an extension of our dance floor with the DJ, InterContinental team, my parents, etc. The Wedicity team made me feel calm, composed and relaxed throughout the entirety of the day. If I were to do it a hundred times over, I'd choose Giovanna a hundred and one times! Thank you to the Wedicity team for making our wedding the absolute best day of our lives. We definitely would not have been able to do it without you :)

g & Fueled Events team at the helm, it was smooth sailing from start to finish. For the second year in a row, Tionna worked closely with our Chicago Style Weddings team to bring our magazine launch party vision to life. Her dedication, creativity, and meticulous planning transformed a logistically complex event into an unforgettable night. From vendor coordination and guest flow across multiple decks to stunning design details and seamless timing, every element was flawlessly executed. Tionna’s calm leadership and intuitive understanding of both brand and audience allowed us to feel confident every step of the way. Her team mirrored her excellence—professional, kind, and completely dialed in. If you want your event in the hands of someone who thrives under pressure, brings beauty to the details, and genuinely cares about your experience, Tionna and Wedicity are it. A+ in every way!

etailed, and incredibly timely. She was the calm in the storm, keeping our entire bridal party organized and our timeline running flawlessly. Every vendor, every moment, every detail, Kristina and her amazing team were behind the scenes making it all happen with grace and precision. Thanks to her, Craig and I were able to be fully present and soak up every second of the day. She helped bring our vision to life and made our wedding dreams come true. We can’t recommend Kristina and the Wedicity team enough. If you’re planning a wedding, this is your sign to work with them. -Julia & Craig

n a planner and more. She’s incredibly friendly, insanely detail-oriented, so calming, and super helpful when it comes to brainstorming and making decisions. I could go on and on! Even though we chose the 3-month coordination package, Kristina started helping us a little earlier (at no extra charge!) just to ensure we felt confident and organized before she took a short break for her own wedding. It was not necessary at all but spoke volumes on how much she truly cared that we felt prepared ahead of our big day! As our wedding day got closer and coordination with our vendors ramped up, Kristina jumped in and took all of it off our plate. It was the biggest relief, and for that alone we were endlessly grateful. On the day itself, Kristina and her team (shoutout to Safiyyah & Victoria) handled everything! The day was flawless—truly the most perfect experience we could have hoped for—and we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment because of her. If you want a seamless, beautiful, stress-free wedding, hire Wedicity—and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to work with the absolute best, Kristina. 😊

ith all the tools you need to have a thoroughly thought through and seamless event, have multiple check ins to help keep your wedding on track, and then their team can bring your vision and perfect day to life! Giovanna was the most organized, kind, detail oriented, and calm person I have ever worked with and executed better than I could’ve ever imagined! Communicating with her was so easy and made the wedding planning process so much simpler, and kept our anxiety and stress low in the last 90 days especially. Every detail was also handled with such care and our vision for the day was truly brought to its full potential. Both mothers also commented throughout our wedding day how any time they had a question or concern before they even had the chance to mention it, Giovanna and the team were already on it. They made the day so stress free for everyone and allow you to focus on really taking in and enjoying your wedding day - which was the goal!! We cannot thank Giovanna and the Wedicity team enough and recommend them to anyone looking to make their dream wedding a reality!

oth and took so much stress out of our planning process. We went into our wedding day with so much confidence that things would go smoothly all because of her. Our wedding was at a large venue with many moving parts and after the day we received so many compliments on how organized everything was. This was all due to Giovanna and her team (shoutout to Safiyyah, Kristina, and Victoria who helped out on the day and were also all amazing!). We cannot recommend Giovanna enough!!

y planning a large wedding in under 9 months! Kristina took my very broad, vague ideas and turned them in to pure beauty. She brought so many resources forward to help provide direction in the planning process. She was essential in keeping me on top of the necessary tasks at hand, to help make sure we wouldn’t be scrambling two weeks before the wedding. Our wedding was absolutely fantastic and I owe it all to Kristina and her team; Kristina, Safiyyah, and Giovanna were all great to work with and I truly would not have been able to create even a fraction of the event that they were able to pull together. I am so grateful for all their support and guidance. Kristina really is a master at her craft and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her and to now get to call her a friend! The Wedicity team made a very stressful process enjoyable and fun and I would do it all over again if I could.

ng, but Tionna’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the start, she truly listened to our vision and immediately understood the aesthetic and vibe we wanted for our big day. Tionna provided full planning support, and her involvement went far beyond the wedding day itself. She was with us the entire weekend, coordinating the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and even arriving early to assist with welcome bags for our guests. Her meticulous organization and thoughtful approach ensured every event felt cohesive, stress-free, and perfectly tailored to us. On the wedding day, Tionna’s incredible designer eye and attention to detail truly shined. I had several dress changes, and she managed everything flawlessly, ensuring I could enjoy the moment without worry. When we decided the day of the wedding to move the reception indoors due to the heat, Tionna handled the transition with ease. She even made a brilliant adjustment to better incorporate our cocktail hour into the timeline, creating a seamless flow that our guests raved about. Tionna’s calm demeanor, quick thinking, and ability to coordinate with the resort team made every aspect of the weekend unforgettable. If you’re considering a destination wedding, look no further—Tionna and Wedicity are the dream team you need. We’re forever grateful for her hard work, creativity, and dedication to making our wedding weekend an absolute dream come true!

ions and finally executing the day - we wouldn't have been able to do it without them. The cost is well worth the peace of mind that comes with knowing that a team is handling everything and that friends and family (and the couple!) can focus on enjoying the day.

n, from simple asks to some out there requests (Champagne lady highly recommended), Kristina provided numerous options enabling us to select the ideal vendor for our vision and budget. Their website also provided a great way to keep everything organized and on track for the big day. Not only did we have a great experience prior to our wedding day, the day-of planning/executing was incredible. The team of 4 were like secret service agents, ear mics and all, keeping everyone and everything on track for an incredible event. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wedding planner in Chicago.

in September, and we could not be more thankful for her hard work. Kristina was detail-oriented, incredibly organized, dedicated, and so professional throughout the whole process, and might be one of the kindest and most patient people we have ever met (especially with us when we had to make tough decisions and meet certain deadlines). She really took the time and care into getting to know the two of us and our personalities, and was a wealth of knowledge for any and all questions we had during the process. Kristina and her team also made the day itself run so smoothly- there was never a point where we ran behind schedule or had to worry about where we needed to be, she even did a fantastic job at handling some completely unexpected hiccups with poise and urgency! All in all, we would recommend Wedicity to any and every couple that is looking to plan their dream wedding- you can really tell that this is a team that is so passionate and genuine in their work. Kristina- you were an absolute JOY to work with!! We truly could not have pulled this off without you and will forever be grateful for everything that you did for us.

ovanna is a true gem - so kind, organized, detail-oriented, and has an amazing eye. Anya also joined Giovanna on the day of and was a fabulous add. The team uses AislePlanner as their tool, which just made everything so easy to coordinate and track, from to-do checklists, to seating charts, to vendor payments - much better than an endless trail of emails and attachments. Giovanna poured her heart into making our day special and stress free - the timeline she created built in buffer time and all the little moments perfectly, so we always had enough time. She tailored the day to be exactly what we wanted it to be. Words won't be enough to express our gratitude!

great communication, great planning, great execution. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and stress free because we hired Wedicity, as my mom said, "I'm so glad you hired them, this takes so much pressure of off me!" Thank you for everything, Giovanna!

more dedicated, thoughtful and organized. On top of being on top of everything - every meeting, email or text was sent with such compassion and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we were calm, while also ensuring that we enjoyed every step. For the day of, the entire team showed up and we had the best day of our lives. We did not have a single worry and they made sure that we got to be in the moment, in love and happier than ever! If you want your dream wedding to be a reality, please work with Wedicity!

ormative about what decisions we needed to make and when. She kept in constant communication, reached out often to ensure we had what we needed, and expertly managed vendor communications. Our wedding day went flawlessly due to Kristina (and her team's) excellent planning, and ability to quickly and efficiently handle any potential issues that popped up throughout the day. Kristina is warm, kind, and incredibly prepared. She was constantly thinking ahead to what me, or my husband, might need throughout the day. I can't say enough good things about our experience with her and Wedicity. Kristina and Wedicity truly care about making sure your wedding day is as special as possible. Highly, highly recommend.

e in the wedding industry. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every event they plan, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and beautifully. Their team is genuinely invested in making each wedding unique and special. Wedicity takes the time to truly understand each of their couples. They ask the right questions to get to know the couple’s personalities, preferences, and vision for their big day. This personalized approach means that every detail is thoughtfully curated to reflect the couple's love story and style. The team at Wedicity is not only professional and organized, but they are also incredibly personable and fun to work with. They create a relaxed and enjoyable planning experience, which is so important during what can often be a stressful time for couples. I wholeheartedly recommend Wedicity to any couple looking for a wedding planning company that is experienced, genuine, and a joy to work with. They will ensure your wedding day is everything you’ve dreamed of and more.

y organized. Communication was easy and reliable. I can truly say there were zero glitches on the day of our wedding thanks to Kristina and her team. Her team set up all of our decorations, collected everything at the end of the night, and returned everything safely and neatly into our house that night while we stayed at the hotel. I had so many guests mention how smoothly the wedding and reception went and actually inquired at the wedding who we used for our planner because it was so perfectly executed. When we got to our hotel room after the ceremony my veil was safe and sound (I thought I left it), and rose pedals were placed all over the room. It was truly a magical weekend thanks to Kristina, Giovanna, Safiyyah, and their team. Could not more highly recommend them! Worth every penny.

ou are feeling stressed with planning. We didn't have to worry about a thing - we felt so reassured that she had everything under control! Kristina honestly made our whole wedding weekend everything we wanted and more. From helping us find suppliers/vendors, to being there on the day, Kristina made the whole experience so enjoyable. All the stress of planning a wedding was taken away and we were able to enjoy the whole process. I cannot thank her enough for bringing our vision to life. She listened to us, was patient, and paid attention to every painstaking detail we wanted in our wedding. We had an unexpected table change request for the reception that I wanted to honor so Kristina and her team took care of it immediately without missing a beat or messing up the aesthetic of the room. It actually made the center table better! We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. I mean she even made sure to brush our velvet reception chairs so they would look smooth and perfect for our guests and the detail shots! I mean who does that?! My planner Kristina at Wedicity that’s who!! She’s a magnificent planner and I’d recommend anyone to hire her and Wedicity immediately!!

or added to the perfect recipe for happy wedding planning! We don't know what we would've done without her! Plus, Giovanna and her team were rockstars on our daughter's wedding day making sure everything went off without a glitch. It was absolute perfection! We couldn't be more grateful for Giovanna and thrilled with our whole Wedicity experience! A top-notch company!

with communication. She has a true talent. She kept us on track with deadlines, scheduled calls with us whenever we needed to, joined us for tastings, was spectacular day of... all with a calm demeanor. We highly recommend!

, provided great vendor recommendations, and designed the most beautiful visuals/decor. Their day-of-coordination was incredible, and they made our day feel stress-free and truly special. Kristina and her team saved us so much time and stress and made our wedding day 100 times better than it otherwise would have been.

g engaged was that we needed a wedding planner. We set up an informational meeting with Tionna and it was so clear within the first few minutes how passionate she is about making everyone's wedding a dream come true. Beyond her passion, her knowledge of the industry blew us away and we just knew that Wedicity was going to be the best fit for us. We were paired up with Giovanna Danno as our wedding planner and she was truly incredible to work with. She was always in communication with us, giving us a list of to-dos with due dates while keeping us up to date on what she was working on. Giovanna was able to take all of my random inspiration pictures and create the absolute wedding of my dreams and then she was able to find all of the vendors we needed in order to make it come to life. She was an amazing thought partner and listened to all of our ideas and provided advice when we had no idea what we should do. I got to the point during planning where I just stopped worrying and fully trusted her and I knew everything would be perfect. Giovanna and her two assistants were available to me all throughout the day of the wedding. She was consistently checking in with my MOH to make sure I was eating and staying hydrated and doing the same with my husband and his best man. Our families were tended to, everyone knew where to be and when, and none of that fell on my shoulders. During the reception, I kept hearing from my guests that I was the calmest bride and it truly was because of Giovanna and the Wedicity team. I could keep writing a dissertation on the millions of reasons why Wedicity and Giovanna were the absolute best decision we made, and how working with them will be the best decision you will ever make, but I will refrain and leave it with this: Wedicity and Giovanna gave us the wedding of our dreams and we will forever shout their praises whenever we are given the chance.

and's demanding work schedules, but I wasn't exactly sure how best to decide which wedding planner was right for us. I received Wedicity's information from my aunt who was working with Chicago Style Weddings Magazine. I met with Tionna and knew it was an amazing fit because of how incredibly organized and responsive she was. I could relate to how type A she was and loved her organizational skills and the Aisle Planner system they work with. I was beyond lucky to be paired with Giovanna. From the beginning, she was so on top of everything and had such amazing ideas regarding design and guest experience enhancements. She was able to pair me with the absolute best vendor team and helped with stuff I didn't even know I wanted! She went above and beyond from a design perspective - she really has such an eye for that! And not only did she help with the wedding, but she also helped my mom and grandmother with the bridal shower which was absolutely stunning.  Everyone kept saying how surprisingly calm I was the day of the wedding - and it was all thanks to Giovanna and the Wedicity team! Everything went perfectly - and if there was a problem I had no idea! Their ability to flawlessly execute on the event and stay to a strict timeline was beyond impressive. Everyone on their team is so genuine, super nice and extremely organized! They went above and beyond.  I am so thankful for Wedicity, especially Giovanna. I can't wait to come up with an excuse to work with them again! Giovanna handled anything that came her way in such a calm and collected manner. She even dealt with me and my mom arguing on planning calls ;). Forever grateful for this amazing team!

about how dinner service can be, and worked along side my team as a partnership with grace and smiles. We will definitely refer them back to the Warwick Allerton to any future couples who are looking for guidance, day-of onsite assistance, and of course, a great hand to hold!!!

m! This is the most difficult but yet easiest review I’ve ever written before. Difficult because it means I will officially no longer be working with the best wedding planner EVER! So easy because our wedding would not have happened EXACTLY how I pictured it without Giovanna Danno. When I first started looking for wedding planners, I knew we wanted to partner with a company that prioritized experience, details, communication and for someone who plans events for work & in my personal life - they fired on all cylinders! I had researched for weeks and nailed the list down from 15-10 to 5 wedding planners I wanted to meet with. Wedicity made the shortlist. At our first meeting, the owner Tionna was so friendly, detailed, enthusiastic but most importantly PASSIONATE. I was overjoyed and excited at the possibility to work with them. Tionna clearly knows what she’s doing when it comes to hiring an amazing team. Even though I primary worked with Giovanna, every team member I encountered the day of was wonderful & so friendly - they were ON POINT. The entire day went off without a hitch and if there was one, I certainly didn’t know about it. I kept getting comments about how I looked so calm and it was because of them. The entire process working with Giovanna was incredible. She was patient, kind, accommodating, thoughtful, incredibly detailed and organized - and really helped me put all the pieces to the puzzle together. Her professionalism was unmatched as I probably had over 15 vendors she had to balance working with on that day and it was PERFECTION. Giovanna is a rockstar and we are grateful for all of her recommendations and grace, while navigating all that was thrown her way. I’m still hearing three weeks later how this was the best and most organized wedding anyone has attended. To summarize, I would absolutely hire Wedicity again I only hope I get to work with them again on our future vow renewals because of how seamless and wonderful our wedding was. 1,000/10!

figured it was worth while to have someone assist in the last 90 days. My wife, Lyndsey and I, interviewed a few people but immediately realized that Tionna and Oviri not only seemed like they cared immensely about making the wedding of our dreams come true, but they instantly had some great ideas for us. Tionna was also so responsive to our initial inquiries (some others were not). Fast forward to actually working with them. Oviri and Tionna were not only responsive, attentive, but were also so caring throughout the process. We threw a handful of curveballs their way and they never seemed annoyed with us. They simply just found a solution every time we needed one and they did so quickly and with care. Their vendors that they recommended were great and they got us to the wedding feeling comfortable and excited for the day. The day of, our videographer (not picked by them but picked by us) was a no call no show. Obviously this was something that would cause the average wedding couple stress. They did not let it become a stressful part of the day for us. Instead, they quickly scrambled and with one hours notice they found us a replacement videographer who was amazing. From the moment they started working with us until the day after the wedding they were the perfect wedding planners. I do not think, actually I know that we could not have pulled off the wedding of our dreams without them. Quite honestly, they are the best money spent on a wedding and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire wedding planners. Thanks again Tionna and Oviri.

ike Chicago, there are a lot of options when it comes to vendors, venues, etc. The last thing we wanted was to be overwhelmed and made decisions based on FOMO, rather than what we wanted. We were referred to Wedicity by a friend an immediately knew they were the right choice. On the initial meeting, Tionna took the time to get to know us as a couple; our story, likes/dislikes and vision. She put together a thoughtful proposal that made us feel like she understood who we were and what we wanted. It didn’t feel generic or cookie cutter template. We began then working with Kristina, who was incredible. Over the last two year, Kristina handled everything from vendor discovery, design proposals, contract review, vendor communication, day-off management/coordination etc. We were always presented with multiple vendor choices and felt they matched what we were looking for. We never felt pressured or swayed to make a decision that wasn’t what we wanted. All the vendors we worked with were amazing and that’s thanks to Kristina. She was always there when we needed her and had amazing communication throughout the process. In general, I am an anxious person, however Kristina kept me calm and reassured throughout the entire planning process, and especially on wedding day. Kristina’s attention to detail is impeccable. She guided us through the entire process with professionalism and transparency. We loved building a connection and friendship with Kristina, during the time working together. As the wedding day came closer the Wedicity team was on top of everything! All the coordination was handle and it felt like we just had to show up. Even at the end of the night, all of our things were back in our hotel room waiting for us. We cannot thank Kristina and Wedicity enough. They are top-tier in everything that they do.

way. We started with very little vision for what we wanted, but she knew all the right questions to ask. She took every little tidbit of information we gave her and put it all together in the most beautiful and incredible way. It was like she read our minds! Kristina did absolutely everything for us throughout the entire process. Even as the bride, I had absolutely zero stress thanks to her. She is thoughtful, creative, and intuitive, not to mention incredibly organized and SO kind! Our happiness was absolutely her top priority. She made this the wedding of our dreams. We are simply obsessed with her and everyone in this company! We cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, do not even think about looking elsewhere!! We would book them a million times over. Kristina, you are the best there is!

a budget and it wasn't until about a year out that I was able to commit to hiring a day of coordinator. It was the best money I spent throughout the entire process. I worked with Kristina and she was phenomenal. Not only did everything I requested go smoothly, but the things that I didn't know to request did too. We had a phenomenal time and a wonderful experience throughout the process - not just the day of our wedding!

She was able to provide us with resources for our officiant, readings to include in our ceremony and MUCH more. She was incredibly detailed, organized and professional. She attended all of our meetings with our vendors and really turned our wedding vision into reality. Kristina- you are AMAZING and Brenden and I are so thankful we got to meet and work with you.

and organized throughout our year and a half engagement. She always kept us on track and gave a ton of recommendations to keep our wedding in-line with our vision and budget. The venue we went with required a lot of outside vendors (we had over 10) and she managed the communication and integration of them all so seamlessly. If you're looking for help planning any event (not limited to weddings!), Wedicity offers different packages and will deliver on all of your needs!

at I wish I could give her a 1000 star rating. We opted for the "90-Days of Details" package, so we planned the wedding ourselves up until 90 days before, and then Giovanna took over the planning coordination at that time. We had several changes occur in the last 1-2 weeks before the wedding and Giovanna handled it all with grace and kindness. The aisleplanner website that is included with the package was so helpful in organizing our budget, creating the seating plan, and keeping all of our contacts and documents in one place. The wedding day itself was incredibly smooth, so much so that we were actually ahead of schedule, and we could include additional photos that we had wanted! Giovanna had two great assistants working with us - Kristina and Dhruvi who were professional, fun to talk to and extremely helpful!

Wedicity team is the best! Our planners, Tionna and Oviri made the process fun and offered great suggestions throughout the planning process. They helped us understand what would make sense to have at our wedding, where to cut costs and were we should splurge. Throughout the process we had multiple calls with Tionna and Oviri who patiently worked with us to create and revise the perfect timeline for our wedding day. If your budget allows, I highly recommend the details & designs package, but no matter what package you go with, you will be taken care of. Tionna and Oviri go above and beyond. For us to best illustrate this we would like to detail the below out. We had planned for an outdoor wedding ceremony and about 4 days out we started to become concerned about the rain. Tionna and Oviri worked with us to form a rain back up plan. Sure enough, it rained 2 hours before our ceremony start time (let it be known we had already had to make the rain call at 9am), but the Wedicity team managed to pull off an outdoor ceremony for us! They worked behind the scenes to make sure every tiny detail for our reception and ceremony was perfect while we were taking photos at our first look. Additionally, the Friday before our wedding was the rehearsal. In all the stress and commotion of getting ready for the rehearsal it became apparent right before I was to walk down the aisle for the rehearsal, I realized I had forgotten my bouquet. As this bouquet was made by my maid of honor with the bows from my bridal shower it meant a lot to have it for this moment. I quickly turned to Oviri and in shock and horror I was like “I forgot the bouquet”. She looked at me and I was like “can I go run for it” and she was like “no, I got it”. This girl RAN all the way back to my room and back for this bouquet (multiple floors). Needless to say, she went above and beyond. Overall, we cannot thank the Wedicity team enough, and we truly hope to work with this team for another event in the future! Thank you, Elizabeth and Nick

on come true! Tionna started us off by helping choose the right vendors for our vision and provided her honest/expert advice. Then, a very unexpected wrench was thrown into our wedding plans and both Tionna and Kristina worked with our vendors to sort out a new wedding date - this took so much stress off us during a difficult time and we are forever grateful to them. Kristina then picked us up and made sure all the details we envisioned for the day of were in place and took care of us until the end of our blissful day. The day after our wedding my exact words were "I want to do that all over again and in the exact same way!" If you are looking for a wedding planner, Wedicity has a wealth of vendor knowledge and pays attention to the details that mean the most to you as well as the details you haven't even thought of!

orked with me alongside a few interns and I can’t express enough how amazing Giovanna was to work with. We originally had our wedding booked in 2020 and we obviously had to reschedule, and not only were they amazing about extending the contract, twice, but they also went above and beyond during the time in between to make sure things were still on schedule. Giovanna was organized, professional, detailed, and a pleasure to work with all around. Even when I had my freak out moments she was there to calm me down. Giovanna is well versed in wedding planning, and she has some great vendor relationships. All in all, I was very pleased with the work from the whole Wed-icity team. My big day felt seamless, and effortless. I am forever grateful for their help and I would 1000% recommend them to anybody looking for a wedding planner in Chicago. Thanks again ladies!

very easy-to-use and helpful planning platform. They helped us select all of our vendors and guided us through all of the decisions and planning tasks along the way. They are very knowledgeable and experienced about the wedding industry in the Chicago area which is a huge advantage. They are professional, personable, organized, and detail-oriented. Would strongly recommend couples to use Wedicity!

ill make. Trust me!! We got married at a hotel downtown with about 160 guests. I don't know what I would have done without Giovanna and the Wedicity team. The first thing we did as soon as we got engaged was hire them! We purchased the "90 Days of Details" package, but we had a multi-year engagement. Even though we bought the 90-days package, they were super helpful from the get-go, not just within 90 days. Giovanna went above and beyond from the outset to offer her advice, expertise, and recommendations throughout the whole planning process. Also, their Aisleplanner software was insanely instrumental in allowing me to effectively communicate with their team, keep my vendor invoices and contracts organized, and keep our guest list and contact information updated. I definitely didn't even take full advantage every tool that was available to me in the software and still found it super helpful. There is NO way I could have gotten through our wedding planning process without Giovanna! It was hands down the best money I spent on our wedding. We did not hire a florist and had a ton of handmade decorations. The Wedicity team really came through for us and allowed me to hire a few extra "day-of" hands from their team to handle set-up/break-down. During the final 2 weeks and the day of, Giovanna was instrumental in making sure our vendors were taken care of and that everything was communicated perfectly with guests and vendors when it came to our timeline. I am sooo sooo happy I hired Giovanna. Our entire weekend was literally perfect and we have her to thank. <3

nd we had zero issues. They made the wedding planning process so easy and enjoyable and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!!!

would have little help in planning this big day. We were nervous about finding a wedding planner that would accommodate our busy schedules as physicians and also be inclusive and experienced in planning same sex weddings. Wedicity and our planner Giovanna exceeded all of our expectations. From the beginning, Tionna the owner met with us to show us the clear timeline they use to make planning such a big day less daunting. Little by little we built all the aspects of the weekend with regular meetings. Our specific planner Giovanna did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life. She accommodated our busy schedules with evening meetings without issue. Giovanna was organized, responsive, and had a great eye for detail. Wedicity gave us good ideas to customize our wedding. They helped our close friend create the script for our wedding ceremony. And they helped us incorporate our dog Little Miss Lu into the ceremony. Their team made the day of the ceremony a time we both spent enjoying the union of our love amongst our family and friends. Our family and friends were overwhelmingly impressed with their work. As an LGBT couple it can feel hard putting yourself out there to create the perfect wedding day for you, but we are very thankful to Wedicity to supporting us through the journey. We're so grateful to have found Wedicity and Giovanna and would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding.

communication was top notch. Taking over communications with our vendors three months before our day was a lifesaver - it allowed me and my husband-to-be to focus on us, enjoy time with family traveling in, and simply get excited. On the day of, every individual onsite with Wedicity was a star. I’ve been in plenty of weddings where the bridal party fears the planner, and I am thrilled to share that we got nothing but rave reviews from our closest friends and family. As an event planner myself, I knew I needed the help and I could not more highly recommend Wedicity for your most important day!

more perfect than our wildest expectations! We mainly worked closely with Kristina, who helped streamline the planning process and helped us tackle the wedding planning to-do list. Our original venue closed five months before the wedding, and Tionna & Kristina went into top gear to assist us through that and found us an even more beautiful wedding venue! We knew we were in good hands when they came to the rescue in that situation. I honestly can say that with their help and detailed coordination, I was a calm bride on my wedding day and I had no worries. The Wedicity team took over the details of the day, and my husband and I were able to just enjoy our day. Wedicity is definitely the go-to for wedding planning, and we will wholeheartedly recommend them when anyone we know is getting married!

Both of them were there to help me get into the dress and help me adjust it all the extra little things. The button on my sleeve came off at one point, it was a small detail but Tionna jumped into action, pulled out her sewing kit and secured it. Kristina ran over to help me into my dress the next day for the reception when the person that was going to help me into the dress was running late. The entire time they were so professional and on top of EVERYTHING. We can't thank them enough for all that they did, we couldn't have done it without them!! You will NOT regret hiring them to handle any and all parts of you wedding!
