However, they're customer service was very bad. I placed my order on 3/14/19 and asked that they be shipped by 6/1/19 (my wedding date is 7/13/19 and I wanted some wiggle room, just in case). On 6/5 I contact the company because I hadn't heard anything from them. I received a response that said "We are working on your order and we´ll be shipping soon." A week later, on 6/12 I emailed again because I still had not received a shipping notification. On 6/13 I called because i had still had not heard back. I finally got an email back on 6/14 saying "I´ll check the status and get back to you. " On 6/17 I still hadn't heard back from anyone so I called, then emailed and continued to call hourly until I finally received an email back 3 hours after my first phone call saying som3one was looking into it. I didn't hear back from them for another 2 hours until I emailed again to follow up. They were not quick in their responses until this point and tried to blame the delay on it being "busy season", which duh, it's wedding season and you're a wedding flower company. They should have been prepared for that.
My product finally shipped 6/19 and arrived 6/24 (I requested they expedite the shipping due to their delay). So i got my flowers less than 3 weeks before my wedding, causing A LOT of undo stress. And more stress is something no bride needs

er. In April, I contacted them to find out the status of my flowers and they told me that it would be a few days because they were waiting on a few flowers. They finally sent me a picture of my bouquet and told me that the rest of the pictures would be coming soon. After several weeks and many unanswered emails and unreturned calls, I still hadn't gotten anything else. They do not answer their phone- it always goes to voicemail. Finally, my dad called and left a voicemail telling them that if I didn't get my flowers he would be contacting an attorney (I had already paid). Then they promptly emailed me my photos. I approved them and again waited and waited for them to be shipped. It took another call from my dad to even get a status update. I finally got my flowers in May right before my wedding.

king sure I was satisfied with my floral arrangements before they were shipped. They sent me pictures of all the bouquets before hand and I was very happy that they were exactly what I wanted. I checked out wedideas. I couldn't tell that my silk flowers were not real (except by the smell, but that's latex...) and they played beautifully for the camera. I didn't have to worry about refrigeration, or the flowers wilting while in the heat for photos, etc. Best part is, I have my bouquet to keep forever!

They specialize in Natural Touch & Specialty faux foliage that look, feel and even smell like the real thing at a fraction of the price. I got married in September and I placed my order in July which they recommend ordering them at least 4 months in advance (these ladies are in high-demand) I went ahead and placed a custom order for a 10" Natural & Specialty bouquet for my self with hydrangeas, peonies, and roses for myself and (5) 7" orange roses with orange peonies for my girls. I also grabbed a few (10) boutonnieres & (2) corsages for the moms for UNDER $400!! They look amazing in real life and even better in photographs! You can easily fool your guests into thinking you spent thousands! I was amazed! My flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL! The best part is you get to keep your bouquet in the same condition for as long as you wish! g to be prepared for is I would say give these ladies some extra time because they are all moms with kids and sometimes it takes a few days for them to get back with emails and phone calls. If you need it last minute, maybe you should go with someone else, but if you're a planner like me TOTALLY go for it!! Be sure to get the pictures beforehand as well. I wanted the regular type, but they almost sent me the natural touch by mistake. They were able to do a quick fix, however, and it turned out perfectly.
