h. My wedding got pushed back 7 months due to COVID, and thankfully she was able to do our new date. My wife and I had women in both of our parties that needed hair and makeup done, and when my wife’s original hire couldn’t do our new wedding date, we went to Chris and used one of her team members, Becky. Everyone was extremely happy with their hair and makeup, me the most. My hair didn’t move all night and I got so many compliments on it. I hardly wear makeup and if I do, it’s usually just some mascara, so I wanted a more natural look, and that’s exactly what I got. It was just so nice to have them come to us and work their magic. I highly recommend Chris and Wedlocks!

b then I wouldn’t be posting at all. In fact, being her niece probably made me even tougher and more critical on the work that she did.
That being said…in order to keep bias out of this review, let me just give the facts.
1. She worked nonstop for 8 hours straight.
2. She did hair and make up for nine people and everyone told me they were extremely happy with the results.
3. She knew the right makeup and and how to do the hair for the hot and humid weather on my wedding day.
4. My guests complimented my hair and makeup all night.
5. She provided me with a touch up kit to ensure that I looked and felt wonderful all night.
I am a detail oriented and sometimes difficult person who couldn’t have been happier with her work ethic and hair/makeup skills. It all turned out perfectly!

ir personalities are infectious (which is so important to have when you are an anxious bride on her wedding day), their prices are fair (although they really deserve more for their fantastic work), they were so flexible in start time and last minute service add ons, and their passion for what they do really shows. They listened to every want that my bridesmaids and I had and were more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure each one of us were 100% happy. You always have at least one bridesmaid that doesn't like their hair or makeup but that was not the case with my wedding. I will recommend Wedlocks to everyone I know and everyone I don't know. I couldn't be a happier bride and I am so grateful for their services on my wedding day. Book them today, I promise you won't be sorry!

ia so it was difficult to find vendors ect since I wasn't familiar with the area. After speaking with her I felt confident booking her. I did my hair/makeup trial 6 days before the wedding and everything was wonderful. Christine was very kind, and I felt that we had really hit it off. The plan was for her to arrive at 1130 to do my hair. Her partner would arrive at 9:30 to do makeup and my bridesmaid hair and the two would finish everyone by 1:45... it was even written in the contract. Her Partner Shey arrived on time, and did a wonderful job on makeup. At 11:40 I started to get nervous as Christine had not arrived yet and I was still waiting on my hair and makeup. Shey told me Christine was running a few minutes late but should be arriving in the next few minutes. After thirty minutes I called Christine, she said she would be there in 5 minutes. She arrived one hour late, pushing my whole morning back, she then rushed through my hair, appologized only once for being late, told my bridesmaids "If you don't like your hair we don't have time to fix it". I got in my wedding dress without my sister because she was the last to get her hair done and we didnt have time to wait because the photgrapher had arrived. Thats a special moment on your wedding day and to be rushed through it and have those closest to you not included was very difficult. The plan was to all be done getting ready one hour and 15 minutes before we had to leave, since she was an hour late we barely had 10 minutes. We also didnt have time to take pictures before as planned.
She did a good job on the hair but if you have a tight schedule like most brides do, I am not sure I would risk it. My whole morning was stressful, and we all felt rushed even thou I had planned to be ready and hour and 15 minutes early.
Everything else was on time accept the one person that was suppose to make me feel like a princess... needless to say, I did not feel like a princess I was stressed about mising my ride, missing my photos and not having time to enjoy the moments of getting dressed and primped with my best friend and sisters.
Timing is everything, and on your wedding day when one thing is late its a domino effect.
Atleast say sorry and mean it, be kind and calm to my bridesmaid, and dont lie to me on the phone.
All in all I had a poor experience and this is the only bad review I have ever written.
I am just being honest, you have one day to be a princess, marry your best friend,share taht time with your friends and family and timing is everything.

The trial was great, I had a very general idea of what I wanted to look like, something along the lines of "pretty and so you can tell I have makeup on, but not so much that I don't still look like me", and she definitely made it happen. I had a better idea of what I wanted for my hair, I brought several pictures with me to the trial and my hair came out so much prettier than I ever thought possible! On the day of my wedding, she came to the hotel and did hair for my four girls and my mother as well as my bridal look. She had everyone done on time, and my girls looked beautiful! Christine keeps her prices really reasonable, I looked around and really no one else came close to her prices. You won't be sorry if you go with Christine!
Christine was the BEST! All my girls were happy, she allowed for changes the day of and I had PERFECT hair. My mom's hair even lasted until brunch the next day! I'd hire her over...

the wedding our hair was done on time and was BEAUTIFUL. Not only was the work done well but it was done well with a photographer pushing to go faster and all sorts of craziness going on in the background. Christine's professionalism is unparalleled and her work is amazing. As one of my friends at the wedding told me my hair was "magic". She made me feel beautiful and helped keep the stress down on one of the most important days of my life...priceless!
