Working with Claire and WedWell was the right choice for our wedding planning process! Claire was extremely organized from the very start which really alleviated stress through the entire process. From her materials at the outset which guided our vendor and venue selection as well as the timeline and budget, all the way through her detailed day-of documents - Claire's organization was outstanding and helped make the planning process straightforward and less stressful. She was prompt to update all the wedding logistics documents and if we had any questions, it was easy to look up the plan in those documents. We knew that Claire was always tracking important information so it didn't have to be on our plates! As we selected vendors and venues, Claire provided helpful insight from her knowledge of the market in New York. She was always available to provide her opinions without being pushy or forceful. On the day of the wedding, Claire and her team made everything so easy! Everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there without us having to think about it. She made sure that the wedding party had all the instructions and did enough rehearsals to ensure that the actual event looked flawless. We really were able to enjoy the day without thinking once about planning or logistics! Claire was always pleasant to deal with and very responsive. My husband and I were married in June and our wedding was an absolute success because of Claire! From putting us all at ease in our first meeting to handling everything that came our way on the day of, I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator/planner. Hire Claire for her expertise in all things organizational -- she will think of the things you won't, and she'll take the pictures at your walk throughs you didn't begin to think you would need, but of course you did. Claire was by far the easiest, calmest, and most organized planner around. She made the wedding planning process feel easy & affordable for a couple who wasn’t from NYC. Her recommendations were perfect for what we wanted and her spreadsheets to help us compare/decide were above and beyond. She was honest with her opinions and helped us stay within a very tight budget for the city - which no other planner felt was possible or was even willing to work with us for. Claire is incredible! She is extremely organized and knowledgeable. She helped us make decisions throughout the planning process using her years of experience and expertise. To that end, she quickly connected with a team of vendors, most of whom she had not worked with before, and responded to our emails in <36 hours, no matter the day of the week. Also, her vendor recommendations were very strong (our photographer and DJ were next level). In the days leading up to the wedding, Claire took over all of the logistics, and handled pretty much every communication with the venue and our various vendors--we barely had to do a thing. More importantly, once the big weekend had actually arrived, everything was easy. It rained much of our wedding day, but Claire helped us adjust our schedule on the fly to take advantage of the good weather for pictures. We even had somebody come to the wedding who we did not invite--and we did not hear a thing about it until after the ceremony, when the guest introduced herself to us. Claire had adjusted the seating and escorted the guest to the appropriate table. In sum, planning a wedding is an endeavor and we feel lucky we had Claire to make it the best party it could be.

I truly don't know what I would've done without Claire for our entire wedding weekend! We booked a one off 2 hour initial consultation with Claire to help orient us to the beginning out planning. She provided useful budget and to-do templates and answered all of our questions. I felt so relieved and more confident to continue our planning journey to our wedding in 2024. Claire was extremely professional, organized, and made sure our day went smoothly. I was back and forth on hiring a planner and in retrospect she was easily the best vendor we hired, and I couldn't imagine our day going as smooth as it did without her!!

We cannot begin to explain how much Claire helped us throughout our wedding planning process. We hired her after we had our venue/date locked down and she helped us with literally every other thing we could think of and especially with the things we couldn't think of. Claire is an extremely calm, chill and cheerful person, which makes talking to her delightful and made the whole process feel easy and more stress-free than we could have imagined. Claire is also extremely organized which is what you want in a person who's helping you pull together the most important day of your life. She immediately set us up with a shared Google drive filled with all the vendor recommendations we could need and various other planning tools and kept files up to date there as the planning progressed. She has amazing relationships with everyone she works with, which makes vendor outreach and initial phone calls incredibly easy -- and having Claire on those calls with us gave us a much greater level of comfort and sense of preparedness going into each one. We honestly could go on and on. There were countless times over the year+ we worked with WedWell that we out loud said to each other "Claire's the best" and it's because she proves time and time again that she is. She doesn't raise crazy alarms if something goes off course, she's assuring about pace/progress throughout the process, but also knows when to nudge you to make sure things are getting done. She gave us amazing guidance when we were weighing options and it always gave us a way to accomplish what we wanted from the day knowing what our priorities and budget were. All of this made us feel excited about our wedding vs. stressed and it's impossible to put into words how much that means, especially now looking back on an experience that was nothing but joyful. So yeah - HIRE CLAIRE! You will lose count of the times you reflect on what an amazing decision it was.

Claire at WedWell made our wedding dreams come true! We started planning in summer 2021 for a wedding in summer 2022. Claire helped us navigate the various factors to consider relating to COVID uncertainty. We weren’t sure what the state of the world would be, and she was fantastic in guiding us through options and contingencies and making sure our vendor contracts were solid. She did tons of site visits with us all over New York and once we picked our venue we felt completely comfortable handing over the reins. Claire was incredibly organized and kept on top of the entire event planning process - she made it so easy, we’d do it again! Claire communicated constantly with all of our vendors to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted and the logistics were perfect. When it came to the actual event, Claire was the most incredible manager, running the show the day of which meant doing everything from adding our finishing touches to each place setting to wrangling guests who showed up early into their proper places, to keeping us on schedule (which she planned for us down to 15 minute increments), to making sure my husband and I took a break from entertaining to eat our dinner. As two people who like to be very much in control of life, we had absolutely no concerns putting our whole event in WedWell’s extremely capable hands. 10/10 recommend!!

Claire went above and beyond in every single aspect of planning/executing our wedding. She was extremely kind, patient, organized, helpful, and had our backs throughout the MANY ups & downs of wedding planning. We had to move our wedding multiple times through the pandemic and she handled it like a pro. Not one single detail fell through the cracks, our wedding was on time, and went off without a hitch. She was able to provide vendor recommendations, contract support, create the most detailed run of show I've ever seen (and I'm in showbiz), and keep a level of calm I aspire to. We got married 3 months from getting engaged during the most popular time of the year. What made that possible - Claire! Claire really loves what she does and that shows in the weddings she has planned and brought to life for her couples. We were referred to Claire by a friend and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We weren't able to move forward with our wedding party as originally planned due to Covid, but she was able to provide support and guidance for our small ceremony. Claire really took the time to listen to us and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her!

We hired Claire as our day-of coordinator. We can truly say she helped make our wedding feel like utter perfection. She’s incredibly organized and thoughtful. She provided the structure and timeline for our entire event. She met with us several times before our big day — on the phone and in person — and put our nerves at ease in the lead-up to our wedding. She then made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to at our reception. So many people told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to — and multiple people commented that the terrific organization stood out for them. We highly, highly recommend her!

Claire really brought our wedding vision to life. We got married in Sept 2019. Our wedding was primarily DIY. When we discussed our plans for our wedding, Claire was always open and accommodating while also being very detail oriented and pragmatic. She even gave some decorating suggestions. I could not believe how well our wedding came together in the end. My favorite memory was how well she put together a memorial table for my family. When I walked into the venue I cried. She thought of every detail before the wedding and during the wedding and things really went smoothly on the day of. I can not recommend her and wedwell enough!

My husband is from Ireland, I'm from California--and we planned a destination wedding to New York City. We needed help! From the very first minute of the very first phone consultation, I knew Claire was the person we needed, and hired WedWell as our Day-Of Coordinator (who was really a Month-of Coordinator!) TL/DR Version: WedWell is money well spent on the most important vendor you'll need aside from food, drinks, and music. Every detail you think you'll worry about and even the ones you never would've thought to worry about, WedWell will take care of. Honestly, we cannot recommend WedWell and Claire enough. The Essay Version: BUDGET During the consultation, you'll get a feel for the cost of WedWell's services--you will find Claire to be very flexible and able to work with your budget. RESOURCES Right off the bat, she offered so many useful resources (e.g. , budget, guest list, vendor folders) in Google Docs which was amazingly helpful. She had great recommendations for where our guests could go between the ceremony and reception, the best places for photographs, etc. IN-PERSON MEETINGS In the month leading up to the wedding, Claire met with us in person once in SF (graciously on her vacation), once virtually, once the week of the wedding, and once at rehearsal. She also helped us get in touch with our church (who was extremely difficult to get ahold of--especially from afar). ON THE DAY OF On the day of, I did not have to worry about a single thing--she was so thorough in understanding our needs, what was important to us, and what needed to get done, my husband and I got the pleasure of focusing on our day together. She set up the musicians (who weren't at rehearsal, and whom we'd never met), helped with organizing the people for our family photo shotlist, organized the ceremony and reception details (e.g. , setting out the flowers, escort cards, guest book, etc. ), and helped the reception timeline move smoothly. I was particularly thankful of her work around directing people who were seated in another room when to stay, when to go, when to come back, etc. I think at one point our DJ played songs on our "No" list and I saw her discreetly head over and get him back on course! I could literally go on and on about more specifics, but you're probably busy planning a wedding.

Besides marrying my husband, hiring Claire to help with our wedding day was the best decision I ever made! At first I was hesitant about hiring someone to help me- I'm a type A control freak, and our wedding was fairly small with about 70 people, so I wasn't sure if I actually needed help, but was feeling very anxious about working out the detailed logistics with the vendors as it was getting closer. I really enjoyed my initial conversation with her- she thoroughly listened to me describe what we had already booked for our wedding, and what we envisioned the day to be like. We were choosing to do things a little different and avoid certain traditions, and she was really supportive and helpful as I described our vision. Claire also sent me a video of a wedding she had worked on, and seeing that sold me! She's very good at what she does, but her personality is very calm, which I enjoyed because the last thing you need on your wedding day is some hyper crazy person, you need Claire - a calm person who will get things done! After I hired her, we had an opportunity to meet at our walk through at our venue, and we spent some time putting together a timeline of the day. She is very detail oriented and thought of so many little things I would never have. Having her reach out and work with all of the vendors was super helpful, and having the timeline to keep everything on track was amazing! On the actual wedding day, I felt so calm and organized because I had my timeline to keep me on track. It seemed like every time I felt like I needed her for something she was magically there. Our venue was set up absolutely perfect, and everything about our day was perfect and we owe that all to Claire. I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself, which is not an easy thing for me to do. Please do yourself a favor and hire Claire for your wedding day- it will be the best decision you make!
