place. From the moment we first visited Weiss Ferments, they showed genuine interest in ensuring that our event exceeded our expectations. They were highly compassionate about the stress involved in wedding planning, and set out to ensure that every detail of our event was taken care of and that we could relax and truly enjoy it. The food was outstanding (we had mouthwatering sourdough bread and pizzas plus a beautifully laid out spread of other bites, dips and salad), and the beer that Erica brews on site is amazing (including low ABV options, perfect for a day-after event)! There are also delicious cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. We were able to serve our leftover wedding desserts, which was a nice touch especially as most couples won't have any time to eat their own dessert at their wedding! This is not your average beer garden - the decor, flowers and firepit create a beautiful ambiance for a wedding event. They also had a killer playlist on (and were happy to play our own music if we preferred). The location is ideal for those that want to host a special, unique and intimate outdoor event. We would highly encourage couples considering Weiss Ferments to visit the property and meet the owners in person - you will fall in love from the moment you cross over the footbridge to enter into this magical oasis. We highly recommend Weiss Ferments!
