Wendi Curtis Photography

ay run smooth and most importantly we LOVED our photos. She got us a 100+ photo preview within 48 hours and full album within 6 weeks. The photos are stunning and I recommend Wendi 100%.

day fun for everyone.

wedding day was taking pictures! Could not have been better!

ect us with poses and make us laugh to create such a fun and memorable day & photos.  The day of Wendi was super flexible with any changes and even recommended us an alternative location at a green house and IT WAS PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL. She really knows what she's doing!  We have only received a few sneak peak photos and they're absolutely beautiful. Would recommend Wendi to everyone having a wedding in the Western Michigan area!

hed professionally, she helped us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Every single photo turned out so amazingly, it has been so hard narrowing down which ones to order prints of!

s been beyond helpful with ideas, understanding our vision and making us feel completely at ease on our big day. She made sure our day ran seamlessly while capturing every precious moment. The photos are not just beautiful, but they perfectly encapsulate the love and happiness of our special day. We can't thank Wendi enough for creating lasting memories that we will cherish forever.

e-  she is very knowledgable. On our wedding day, she was very professional and did a great job at helping all to feel comfortable in front of the camera. We are grateful to have pictures that capture our color scheme and special moments so beautifully. We look forward to working with her in the future!

so

ning behind, but Wendi remained calm and professional the entire time. She knew exactly where to go to get the best pictures and kept us on schedule. She also guided us through poses, which was incredibly helpful since my husband and I are not the most photogenic. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and expertise on our special day. To top it off, we received a preview of our photos the very next day, which was truly amazing! My photos turned out absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend Wendi for any special occasion.

and knowledge of the best spots to shoot made the process so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, she made us feel completely at ease and brought so much positive energy to the day. Her professionalism, creativity, and fun personality made the experience unforgettable. We absolutely love our photos and would recommend Wendi to anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding day!

making sure each session is fun, personal, and perfect. She really knows how to get the whole family laughing for a picture. Thank you, Wendi!!!

re her for my daughter’s wedding. We are absolutely thrilled with the pictures we have seen so far. They are absolutely beautiful. My daughter mentioned that at the reception she would think “oh I should get a picture with that/them.” She no sooner thought it and Wendi appeared ready to get a shot. She has the eye. Thank you, Wendi! We are so grateful!

rned out amazing. 100% recommend for your photos!!!

nd kept us on a good time schedule wedding day to the point where we were able to include family photos we wouldn’t have been able to include otherwise. Wendi went above and beyond for us!!

She had such creative ideas for our rather spontaneous wedding. My husband and I expected the photoshoot to be tedious and uncomfortable, but Wendi has us feeling so at ease and we had FUN. We didn't have much time, but never felt that, as she was able to make things move so smoothly and took time in all the right places, we were always perfectly on schedule. During the wedding she was able to capture beautiful memories and shots of such precious moments (that still have everyone in awe). Again, she had photo-awkward people so relaxed and getting through the family/group pictures was an absolute breeze. Truly a professional - quick with solutions, clear instructions for chaotic crowds while being so friendly -everyone loved her! The results Wendi gave us were STUNNING, but the her support as an overwhelmed couple on our wedding day has us just as grateful!!

l comfortable. Whether you're outgoing, or quiet, Wendi has a special gift in making you feel comfortable. From our engagement pictures, to all of our wedding photos, Wendi made sure everything was “just right.” She is extremely talented, creative, organized, and can keep everyone (and we mean everyone) in line when it comes to large group shots or corralling the wedding party throughout the day. Wendi was there for us every step of the way - and she captured the most amazing moments that we will cherish forever! More than just your photographer, Wendi takes the time to be with you throughout your entire wedding timeline and planning process - this was invaluable because she knew minute by minute where we would be - what we were doing…as well as what everyone else was doing. We are looking forward to using Wendi in the future for other photography needs - but having her with us on the biggest day of our lives will be hard to beat! Thank you!!

g day !

is doing. She coordinated with my other vendors to keep my wedding day running smoothly without me having to worry.

remember. They also go above and beyond that to creatively photograph many of the personal, special moments throughout the day. For this reason, their also photos documented the emotions and treasured interactions that happend on wedding day. Wendi met with us ahead of time and asked questions to get to know the personal details about our wedding event. She clearly puts a high priority on both quality work and personalizing her service when she does photography for a wedding.

Thank you, Wendi!

o fun and stress-free! She did both our engagement and wedding pictures. As a couple who aren't too familiar with how to pose, Wendi did a great job making us feel comfortable during the process! We had such a fun time with our wedding party shoot! All the photos turned out amazing. Wendi is creative, efficient, and has so many spontaneous ideas for the perfect photo setting. If you need a photographer, Wendi is the absolute BEST you can find!

captured our day beautifully and we are forever grateful. Highly recommend to anyone in the Grand Rapids area!

se photos are to a couple and their family. I recommend Wendi Curtis phtotography for weddings, engagement photos and I know she’d be outstanding with families. She took for season engagement photos of my daughter and her now husband. They were amazing. Wendi is great with groups as she took before ceremony and after ceremony photos. She knows weddings. She is kind and extremely professional. We cannot imagine having anyone else take these priceless photos. Four days from the wedding and we already have some pics to view.

have them all yet! She brought an assistant to get multiple angles on every shot, and was amazing corralling the bridal party for photos. She is so creative and makes everyone look beautiful. She also helped us with our timeline and moved us along so that our day went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Wendi for your wedding!

he was always prepared and already had ideas so that she could direct the shoot. It was so nice to have someone who led and made us look amazing without needing step by step guidance, but she also always willing to try anything and listen to ideas and feedback! She was so helpful with day of timeline and ideas. We got so many photos are they turned out beautiful! She is well worth the investment to remember your special day!

ime with group pictures (since there's only so much on your wedding day) and she also took great quality photos. Pictures with her were one of the smoothest and least stressful parts of the day, and we are very happy with the final pictures. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

t so fast and can get a smile out of anyone.

al moments. Coming up to the wedding she helped me organize the day and plan it to me and my husband's desires. The day of she made us feel like we were the most confident people on Earth! We felt so comfortable. My husband is usually shy to the camera and he felt that Wendi's energy was extremely contagious and made the experience so much easier and enjoyable for him. Wendi also made sure that my needs were met, not only when it comes to photography, but if anything came up at the wedding she was there to support! We were so lucky to find her and recommend her to everyone we know and can read this!

en she got engaged the following month, she hired Wendi too! Having less than four months to plan everything, Wendi was incredible at discussing details, going over ideas, checklists, truly hearing our vision and what was important to us. The photos she took during our engagement and wedding mean the world to us and capture us so well (and we hate being photographed!). We used many of the photos already for thank you cards, our Christmas card and gave as gifts. We are using Wendi for new family photos and maternity photos as we have a puppy and are having a baby girl later this year. If Wendi is available for your date, highly recommend locking her in while you can!!

to get a lot of great photos within a set timeframe. She's very good at time management and estimating how long she will need. I thought we weren't going to have enough time for all that we were going to do, but she was spot on with timing and we were in place for our grand entrance ahead of schedule. If she thinks of an idea, just go with it... seriously! Wendi has a great creative eye and you won't regret trusting her advice! We hired her for our wedding and engagement session and we can't wait to have her again when we have a family!

l. And photos amazing - especially outdoors!

ntire process. Originally, we weren't going to do engagement pictures but I am so glad we did! Our pictures turned out amazing! Wendi walked around Chicago with us and made sure we had all of the shots that we wanted and they are perfect! She had a very quick turn around and got our pictures back to us within a few weeks! It was so nice to have someone from home when you're in a new place. She made us feel comfortable! When I had to reschedule my wedding for a second time due to the wedding venue going out of business, Wendi again was so accommodating and changed our date, again. She even went as far as sending us other venues that she's worked at as places for us to look at as well as makeup and hair suggestions when I quickly became desperate. When it came to our wedding, Wendi made sure we had all of the shots we wanted. When it came to ceremony pictures or those big moments, she captured them perfectly without being seen. She makes sure she is out of the way of your guests and made our day go off so smoothly. We got our wedding day preview 2 days after our wedding and our full album 2-3 weeks later! I could not recommend Wendi enough, you will not be disappointed!

turn around, with a preview within days and the full album in less than a month. She truly has a passion for photography and it shows in every aspect of her work!

the center of attention and Wendi eased that worry for us making us feel so comfortable every step of the way. Wendi was so flexible and kind as we worked through postponing our wedding due to covid. Not only was she kind, responsive, and professional but the final product is beautiful!

! She was one of the best hires we made, especially with Covid changes affecting our day and gave us the best photos of our perfect day!

cause I wasnt replying so fast...never a complain or any awkwardness about it. The day of the wedding she made everyone feel comfortable and beautiful, she took amazing pictures and she sent us some right away, the next day. I TOTALLY recommend going with her :)

-have" photos while capturing so many more I never thought to ask. She was great working with all the guests to gather them for family photos, etc. Wendi always responded promptly to emails or questions I had. Wendi checked in regularly to see if I needed anything else from her. She truly made the day/experience! I am so happy I went with her and would recommend her to anyone who asks.

her and use her again.
