amlessly and made sure all of our other vendors were in line. She was incredibly responsive and always handled everything with such a positive, upbeat attitude. Thanks to her, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the details. We would recommend Wendi to all of our friends in a heartbeat!

or to the wedding, sending over the master timeline along with various details pertaining to the day. The entire wedding was seamless thanks to her creative eye, professionalism and care for the couple and fellow vendors. As a full-time wedding photographer who captures 40 plus weddings a year, I could not recommend Wendi enough!

ed. Thanyou both!

ress free. I didn’t feel like I had to worry about anything! She is great at what she does and I would recommend her and her team to anyone!

ions and she actually recommended bunzels to us as well as our Officiant. She also laid out an official timeline down to the minute of what was going to happen and when. She was also very communicative with every one of my vendors and honestly made my whole wedding day a stress free dream. She is a wedding EXPERT and i highly highly highly recommend her and her team.

ce of mind that she knows what she is doing but it was eye-opening in helping me understand what needed to be completed before my wedding. I felt that ONE call was well worth the money but obviously, over the course of the planning process, she provided much more exceptional services. She was truly a ROCKSTAR! She couldn’t have been more helpful in setting up the timeline, planning the processional, and just ensuring that the day was going to flow and go perfectly- which it did! She made sure she knew who everyone was and where they needed to be and when. She even helped get the many flower girls (including babies) down the aisle with no issues. She stayed the entire day of the wedding and I don’t know how she did it, but she was always there when I needed her! She is always on and always ready to go- and if you need a calming presence at any point- she has your back! I could not recommend her enough! I would get married again just to have her services!

s such as initial timeline planning, reminders and intro calls. However, Wendi herself was working a different wedding so we were paired with Tia. Put simply, hiring Tia was the best wedding decision we made. She was extremely organized and available to meet/email during planning, and was a joy just to chat with. On the day of, she flawlessly executed our vision and made sure we were sticking to the timeline without ever making us feel rushed. Her calm demeanor and joyful personality were an added bonus - we received many compliments about her from our guests! I highly recommend booking Wendi, Tia and their team if you’re looking for a coordinator - they go above and beyond and are well worth it. Thanks, Tia & Wendi!

meetings ahead of the big day to make sure we had everything in order. She was incredibly communicative and easy to work with and is SO good at what she does. Everything went super smoothly and she kept all vendors and decor needs organized. I would trust her with any future event planning needs!

lly put us at ease on our wedding. I didn’t have to worry about anything, all the vendors had no issues that I know of and she did an amazing job with the set up of our decor and placement. We also had bakery items from a place that wasn’t really anywhere near the venue and we were able to get those without a problem (thank you Krista!) She made everything easy! Wendi is very organized, asked all the right questions, made sure we were on track and was always there to help, even further than a month out. She was always there if we needed her.

nation and wedding day execution. Tia made sure our wedding day was the best day ever. She provided wonderful communication and flexibility. I highly recommend this team. 10/10

ng. We met with Wendi multiple times throughout the process and were so impressed by all of the questions she had for us - she thinks of every little detail. She would email us as we hit the final weeks with different tasks we should be working on and details like how to get our marriage license. The day of, WOW, she went above and beyond for us. I truly never had to worry about a single detail. Wendi kept us on schedule, and she made sure we were well taken care of. If I wanted to tweak things here and there, “absolutely, no problem” was her response! Our items were packed up and ready to be taken from the venue practically the exact way I had packed them up before the wedding, and she even dismantled some of our signage to make it easier for us to carry out. Wendi’s assistant for the day, Christa was also phenomenal and went above and beyond for us as well, making sure we had a drink in hand as soon as the ceremony ended, and worked so hard to figure out my complicated dress bustle! None of our wedding day would have been possible without her. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, DO IT and hire Wendi!

he planning process much smoother. Although we did hire another vendor for design assistance, which naturally overlapped with some coordination tasks, Wendi remained a vital part of our team. She was consistently helpful, particularly from the venue standpoint, and played a key role in bringing our day to life. We highly recommend Wendi.

had. She welcomed any questions, feedback, or ideas, and worked all of them into the day. She has top-tier organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and is dedicated to ensure that our day ran smoothly. It was everything we dreamed of! Wendi was professional, punctual, and helped me coordinate/plan everything the month of the wedding. No detail was overlooked. Her and her team set up everything so beautifully and exactly how I envisioned. Wendi offered valuable suggestions and advice at each meeting I had with her. She truly went above and beyond, reminded calm in every communication even if I was nervous or concerned about something. Her services were worth every penny, and offered me a peace of mind and seamless execution the day of. Our wedding day was unforgettable and perfect, and Wendi was a huge part of making that possible for us. We received numerous compliments on the wedding day for how beautifully coordinated and organized the event was. Thank you, Wendi!

highly organized and easy to engage with throughout the day. High recommend!

n to me when I say... you NEED a month of coordinator. The month of my wedding my mind was at ease and I was able to sit back and enjoy the final weeks before the wedding with my fiancé, which is so important. She seamlessly handled all communication with my vendors, created our timeline, and was 100% hands on day of with her assistant to ensure everything ran smoothly and my fiancé and I had everything we needed. I would recommend her again and again! Very professional and knowledgeable. Our day went off without a hitch and without any additional or unnecessary stress.

got married in WI - she helped immensely with meeting in person or virtually whenever there was a need and always checked in to see how she could help us. She was such an asset to the wedding planning process and not only kept me calm, but was also able to help filter any and all the additional questions my mother and mother in law had. One of the first things my husband said the day after our wedding was was "thank GOD we had Wendi!" She was always 2 steps ahead of everything and really made sure we enjoyed our day. We're forever grateful she was a part of our wedding day and the planning process.

kee wedding industry inside-and-out. She always made herself available to me for a quick call and gave sage advice when I asked for it. If you are questioning whether or not you need a day-of wedding coordinator, I would urge you to view hiring Wendi as a gift to yourself and your future spouse. There are so many little details that need to be addressed for a wedding to go off without a major hitch, and it's very easy a bride is overlook them when you're knee deep in making 63487263489 decisions. Also, Wendi's set up/tear down saved my parents/brother HOURS of hassle and allowed them to enjoy the wedding day too. A wedding coordinator is absolutely invaluable, and Wendi, with her years of professional experience, is the right choice for a Milwaukee wedding.

endi promptly and thoroughly answered them. She made an amazing timeline that she sent out to all my vendors. She set up my venue day of, sweetheart table, centerpieces and so much more. Anytime a problem came up, Wendi handled it gracefully. It rained on my wedding day, Wendi quickly transitioned things inside. We had a shuttle problem, Wendi called and fixed it. I never had to worry about anything. We are so incredibly grateful for all of her help and guidance throughout the wedding planning process. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone!

ndi did! We met with her a few times in the planning stages and she helped us with our day of timeline and other logistics for the wedding day. She was very nice and knowledgeable and made the wedding day stress free knowing she and her assistant would be taking care of everything from setup, checking in with vendors, helping make sure timeline was running smoothly, and cleanup. Only thing that I noticed is a few of our handmade marquee letters were broken the next day due to how the decor and everything was packed into the Uhaul - which was disappointing as my dad and I built them together. However they weren’t professionally made by any means and are fixable, but would have been nice to have a heads up about that instead of finding that out the next day when opening our uhaul. A few people also told me she was a bit snippy with them at the end of the night, not sure what that was about. Overall great experience!

took care of everything in the background. Wendi also helped us throughout the entire planning process and was always available for any and all questions. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough! 10/10.

ncerns I had, I was able to reach out to Wendi and be given a response and my worries went away. Day of could not have gone more seamlessly than it did because of her and for that I’m so grateful.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and there is no way we could have pulled it off without her!

with her roughly a year before our wedding and met several times in between. All meetings were very productive and a breeze! Wendi and her assistant Tia were a dream the day of the wedding. I, as the bride, had to worry about absolutely nothing! They were on top of everything and I am forever grateful that I was able to soak up my wedding day with no stress. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Wendi for your wedding!!

Every time we left a call or meeting with her, my husband I were SO excited for our big day, she instilled so much confidence in us in the planning process. At the rehearsal and wedding day, everything went off without a hitch. Wendi and her assistant Carolyn were punctual, visible, and so supportive throughout the entire day. If something went wrong, we didn't know it - and that's exactly what we wanted. We are so thankful we hired Wendi and cannot recommend her highly enough!

rought to life. In addition to day of coordination she was available anytime I had a question or needed recommendations and attended my final walk through and rehearsal at the venue. She also created our day of schedule which was sent to vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct times. She has several vendor connections and was the main point of contact for all of our vendors on the day of so no one was bombarding myself or my bridal party with questions while getting ready in the morning! Lastly, on the day of she also had an assist that helped in keeping all of the moving parts going on schedule! At the end of the night they packed up everything from our bridal suite and venue and loaded it into our cars. I am beyond grateful for everything she did to ensure we felt comfortable leading up to the wedding, and on the day of she completely hit it out of the park! I had the best time at my wedding and was completely stress free because I knew I was in excellent hands working with Wendi!

of the wedding because I knew I was in such good hands. Wendi handled everything and every detail that might have needed taken care of. She was always so relaxed, which helped all of us. I cant rave enough about her and I was sad when the night was over because we had nothing more to plan with her! If I ever need help with another event, Wendi would be the one we”d call!

and had every detail planned out for me. She helped run our rehearsal and set up and took down all our decor the day of the wedding. She even loaded up our cars for us. I can’t recommend her enough! Best decision we made hiring her!!!

ne take care of all the vendors, set-up, clean up, and more was a huge weight off our shoulders on our wedding day! We had a guest that had a little too much fun at our reception... and Wendi handled the situation effortlessly without us even noticing! Though we only hired her as a day of coordinator, Wendi was more than available leading up to our wedding for advice, recommendations, and additional meetings. Look no further for planning services if you are getting married in the Milwaukee area!

sin. Wendi is the best!

e is organized, experienced, well priced, reliable, and so knowledgeable. Wendi helped us stay on track with planning, gave advice on tipping other vendors, gave us names of vendors when we were in a bind for a few services, and did all the setup and takedown for the day of. She is such an excellent planner and coordinator and knows exactly what she’s doing. I would hire her in a heartbeat again, and will absolutely recommend her to anyone even considering getting a coordinator for their wedding. She is a gem.

asked us questions that we had no idea we would even need to know or do! Wendi was always available for any questions we had leading up to our wedding. Once our wedding was about 1-2 months away, Wendi was a tremendous help and really ensured we had everything set for our big day. She handled all of our vendor communications and timelines, which I cannot describe how big of a help this was. It was so great to know we did not even have to worry about that, as Wendi had it covered. On the day of, I had no worries in the world about our decor and vendor arrivals - I truly trusted Wendi 100%. We even had a slight hiccup on our day when our venue told us we could not have open flamed candles, and our whole centerpiece was candles! But Wendi assured me she had it covered and improvised with flameless candles she found at the venue. She truly saved the day and no one knew any different about our centerpieces. I would recommend Wendi to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She was so knowledgeable, from the first meeting we knew we were in great hands with her. Wendi and her team were AMAZING.

went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized and ready to rock and roll well before our special day- from building a day of timeline, providing suggestions and insights on vendors, and help setting up and tearing down! She was always available for us and worked seamlessly with our vendors (which was very helpful considering we live out of state!) She kept our special day running smooth and on time and even helped with some DIY decor! We would absolutely recommend her for your wedding (or any event!)! Thanks again for everything, Wendi! You are awesome.

hat we would ask friends/family to help and/or do everything ourselves. After postponing our wedding due to COVID-19, we decided to add on day-of coordination with Wendi and as we reflect on the wedding, there's no doubt in our minds that adding day-of coordination with Wendi was overall THE BEST wedding decision we could have made. She did so much more than make sure things went smoothly day-of, and really was there for us every step of the way in the months leading up to the wedding, including day-of. Our wedding simply would not have been the same without her. Leading up to the day, she was available anytime - meeting with me three times in person and basically being in constant e-mail communication with me. During our pre-wedding meetings, she brought ideas to light that hadn't even crossed my mind, designed multiple floor plan options, created a full event timeline and coordinated with all vendors. On wedding weekend, she facilitated our rehearsal, set-up for the ceremony and reception, oversaw all vendor logistics, kept things on schedule while making everything fun and special, and managed clean-up after the event. Outside of her organization skills, she is also extremely personable, professional, patient and an all around joy to be around which is exactly what you want in someone playing such a big part in your day.

e, we picked our venue and prayed for the best. Much to our surprise, Wendi offered coordination services and it was 100% worth it. She had contacts and recommendations for every vendor change we needed. Plant No 4. is a stunning venue and she knows it inside and out. She has a calming energy which is beyond ideal for any bride. Her organization, attention to detail, and speedy email reponse rate put us at ease. Day of - she handled everything. Meeting the vendors in the morning for set up, putting decor/supplies where they needed to be. Assisting with the room flip from ceremony to reception. Transitioning guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. At the end of the evening, she handled tips and took care of cleaning up and packing our decor for the next day of pick-up. From our initial meeting to the Sunday morning tear-down, we couldn't have done it without her! She is a no brainer! Thank you for everything Wendi!

and she kept us calm as Covid started to change our plans! The day of we did not have to worry about one single detail Wendi had everything covered! She kept the day going like clock work!! I really do not know what we would have done with out her!! She truly is amazing at her job!!

wedding so much less stressful than I had anticipated. I got married during COVID (which is stressful in itself) and she made everything so much easier than it should have been. We ended up having to reschedule to a new date twice, and she ended up not being available on the new finalized date. Rather than having me find a new planner or dumping everything onto someone else, she stuck with me until the end and just brought on a second planner (at no additional cost). She filled the second planner in and they both worked with me until the day of my wedding, where Wendi went her separate way to her other event, and the second planner (who had been filled in on everything) came to mine. It could not have turned out better and I will forever be grateful for their help!!

, and cards were sent home with parents. I would recommend her to anyone!

can't imagine what it would have been like without Wendi. She asked all the right questions, was never pushy - always straightforward, efficient, and offered advice for everything we needed. She was proactive in reminding us to touch base at key times to stay on track, and was instrumental to coordinating with our vendors in Wisconsin - especially since we live in Chicago. I can't even count all the ways that she helped us . . . everyone needs a Wendi for their wedding! She's super easy to work with, and friendly but never overbearing - and her years of experience really shows. We only wish we would have other opportunities to work with her!

comfortable with the day. She brought up so many pointers that we didn’t even factor. She has so much experience that she can predict problems before they even happen. My mom, fiancé, and I had the best day ever because we knew our day was in good hands, and we no longer had to worry or plan. I cannot say enough. It rained on our day and Wendi stayed to make sure our outdoor COVID wedding still looked beautiful. (I still feel badly about this, and I am so grateful). Hiring a day of coordinator allows you to enjoy your day and Wendi will make sure that you are able to sit back and relax and take it all in.
