She would email us as we hit the final weeks with different tasks we should be working on and details like how to get our marriage license. The day of, WOW, she went above and beyond for us. I truly never had to worry about a single detail. Wendi kept us on schedule, and she made sure we were well taken care of. If I wanted to tweak things here and there, “absolutely, no problem” was her response! Our items were packed up and ready to be taken from the venue practically the exact way I had packed them up before the wedding, and she even dismantled some of our signage to make it easier for us to carry out. Wendi’s assistant for the day, Christa was also phenomenal and went above and beyond for us as well, making sure we had a drink in hand as soon as the ceremony ended, and worked so hard to figure out my complicated dress bustle! None of our wedding day would have been possible without her. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, DO IT and hire Wendi!

The month of my wedding my mind was at ease and I was able to sit back and enjoy the final weeks before the wedding with my fiancé, which is so important. She seamlessly handled all communication with my vendors, created our timeline, and was 100% hands on day of with her assistant to ensure everything ran smoothly and my fiancé and I had everything we needed. I would recommend her again and again! Very professional and knowledgeable. Our day went off without a hitch and without any additional or unnecessary stress.

Anytime a problem came up, Wendi handled it gracefully. It rained on my wedding day, Wendi quickly transitioned things inside. We had a shuttle problem, Wendi called and fixed it. I never had to worry about anything. We are so incredibly grateful for all of her help and guidance throughout the wedding planning process. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone!

She was very nice and knowledgeable and made the wedding day stress free knowing she and her assistant would be taking care of everything from setup, checking in with vendors, helping make sure timeline was running smoothly, and cleanup. Only thing that I noticed is a few of our handmade marquee letters were broken the next day due to how the decor and everything was packed into the Uhaul - which was disappointing as my dad and I built them together. However they weren’t professionally made by any means and are fixable, but would have been nice to have a heads up about that instead of finding that out the next day when opening our uhaul. A few people also told me she was a bit snippy with them at the end of the night, not sure what that was about. Overall great experience!

I am beyond grateful for everything she did to ensure we felt comfortable leading up to the wedding, and on the day of she completely hit it out of the park! I had the best time at my wedding and was completely stress free because I knew I was in excellent hands working with Wendi!

I would hire her in a heartbeat again, and will absolutely recommend her to anyone even considering getting a coordinator for their wedding. She is a gem.

Once our wedding was about 1-2 months away, Wendi was a tremendous help and really ensured we had everything set for our big day. On the day of, I had no worries in the world about our decor and vendor arrivals - I truly trusted Wendi 100%. We even had a slight hiccup on our day when our venue told us we could not have open flamed candles, and our whole centerpiece was candles! But Wendi assured me she had it covered and improvised with flameless candles she found at the venue. She truly saved the day and no one knew any different about our centerpieces. I would recommend Wendi to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She was so knowledgeable, from the first meeting we knew we were in great hands with her. Wendi and her team were AMAZING.

After postponing our wedding due to COVID-19, we decided to add on day-of coordination with Wendi and as we reflect on the wedding, there's no doubt in our minds that adding day-of coordination with Wendi was overall THE BEST wedding decision we could have made. She did so much more than make sure things went smoothly day-of, and really was there for us every step of the way in the months leading up to the wedding, including day-of. Our wedding simply would not have been the same without her. Leading up to the day, she was available anytime - meeting with me three times in person and basically being in constant e-mail communication with me. During our pre-wedding meetings, she brought ideas to light that hadn't even crossed my mind, designed multiple floor plan options, created a full event timeline and coordinated with all vendors. On wedding weekend, she facilitated our rehearsal, set-up for the ceremony and reception, oversaw all vendor logistics, kept things on schedule while making everything fun and special, and managed clean-up after the event. Outside of her organization skills, she is also extremely personable, professional, patient and an all around joy to be around which is exactly what you want in someone playing such a big part in your day.

She had contacts and recommendations for every vendor change we needed. Plant No 4. is a stunning venue and she knows it inside and out. She has a calming energy which is beyond ideal for any bride. Her organization, attention to detail, and speedy email reponse rate put us at ease. Day of - she handled everything. Meeting the vendors in the morning for set up, putting decor/supplies where they needed to be. Assisting with the room flip from ceremony to reception. Transitioning guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. At the end of the evening, she handled tips and took care of cleaning up and packing our decor for the next day of pick-up. From our initial meeting to the Sunday morning tear-down, we couldn't have done it without her! She is a no brainer! Thank you for everything Wendi!

wedding so much less stressful than I had anticipated. I got married during COVID (which is stressful in itself) and she made everything so much easier than it should have been. We ended up having to reschedule to a new date twice, and she ended up not being available on the new finalized date. Rather than having me find a new planner or dumping everything onto someone else, she stuck with me until the end and just brought on a second planner (at no additional cost). She filled the second planner in and they both worked with me until the day of my wedding, where Wendi went her separate way to her other event, and the second planner (who had been filled in on everything) came to mine. It could not have turned out better and I will forever be grateful for their help!!
