Wendy's Weddings & Events LLC

y detail seamlessly, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any stress. Her calm presence and dedication made such a difference, and it honestly felt like having a friend by our side throughout the entire process. We are beyond grateful for everything she did and could not recommend her more highly. Thank you, Wendy, for making our wedding so special and unforgettable!

didn't know how she'd get everything done on the day of, including creating the wedding arch, but she did. She kept all of our vendors in line, and made the day of smooth and effortless. We couldn't have done it without her!

h the ball when we threw it to her, and didn’t miss a beat when it came to the details. Because of her planning and execution, we were truly able to enjoy the day and not worry. We highly recommend her to others!

oordinated all our vendors, ensured all our decor was in place, moved the florals around from the ceremony to the reception, and made sure we had no worries and just enjoyed the day! We also hired her for our morning after brunch and again, we slept well after our wedding knowing Wendy had it all covered to make our post wedding brunch run smoothly. I would highly recommend hiring Wendy for your event. She is thorough, professional, helpful and kind.

We only had to meet once for her to understand my vision, and she was always available for any and all questions I had. She was also super accommodating to any last minute changes we had and she made them happen. Thank you so much, Wendy!

the time to understand our expectations and preferences. I highly recommend her to any future married couple!! :) she’s super kind and wonderful!

ely capable of making any wedding vision come to life. She is the reason why my wedding vision came true, and I felt from the moment I booked her to the moment we waved goodbye at our wedding exit that we were in good hands (and even during clean up). She has a wonderful personality and is very professional, and you’ll love working with her! I also have worked with Wendy in the industry as I am also a professional wedding photographer of 10+ years. She is so easy to work with, and the number 1 planner/day of coordinator that I’ve ever worked with. She is my top reference for this part of wedding planning. 10/10, 5 stars, two thumbs up, and can’t recommend her enough. Email her now.

way to ceremony! Worst nightmare it ripped and had tire track mark all on back. Wendy was calm got me to be calm and she did her magic. Bustled the dress then used chalk pens to get tire marks off! Genius and you really couldn’t tell at all. Just it had to be bustled but ground was wet so no one thought anything! I would definitely recommend Wendy!

packages and pricing, it was an easy decision to go with Wendy just based on what she offered compared to everyone else. At the point where we started working with her and had our first calls and face-to-face meetings, we knew we had made the right choice. She asked all the right questions which we might not have even considered, and she made sure we were organized and had every detail accounted for, while still making sure the day felt special and exactly how we wanted it to. Every time we talked to her, we felt less stress and more like things would go to plan. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch because Wendy was coordinating everything behind the scenes, so we could truly just enjoy being in the moment. I had so much fun at my wedding, I always knew where I needed to be at any given time, and I felt very little stress. Aside from being the point person for all of our vendors and keeping everything running smoothly, the little things that she did to help also stand out, like doing the bustle on my dress before the reception, helping to make sure we had food and drink when we needed it, and finding my husband some ibuprofen to take when his back started hurting. I think hiring Wendy was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day, and I would absolutely recommend anyone else to do the same.

in the area was invaluable to this Texas Momma. Wendy made herself available when I traveled to Georgia and always responded to our emails and text in a timely manner. Her organizational skills, attention to detail and overall fun nature made our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding journey fun. Having Wendy be a point of contact with the vendors, coordinate all the decor details and keep the timeline intact on the wedding day allowed my family to enjoy one of the most precious and memorable days in our lives without concern. The day flowed seamlessly and we truly appreciate Wendy’s expertise. It was a pleasure to work with Wendy. I highly recommend Wendy’s Wedding and Events.

thing happen behind the scenes.

ncredibly responsive, kind, and organized. She made planning our wedding so much more relaxing and enjoyable! We felt like we were working with a trusted friend. We ended up getting Covid the week of our wedding. Wendy to the rescue!! She coordinated with our venue and got us a new date within 24 hours of being notified. With her help, all our vendors found another date they were available and we were able to have our dream wedding. Wendy was truly our wedding fairy godmother. We cannot thank or recommend her highly enough. We had many out of town guests and about 100 people at our wedding. A lot of guests mentioned how impressed they were with her and the coordination of our wedding weekend. Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

estions. I found out after the wedding there were issues with our cake delivery, and she made sure that I never knew! She knew our venue and our other vendors well and wrangled our large families seamlessly. We can't recommend her enough!!

in the wedding industry meant she thought of everything! I never worried about missing something for forgetting something in the planning process, because Wendy either already thought of it and took care of it or she brought it up to me. Ladies- Wendy kept me calm when the planning got maddening and she had a solution to every crisis. Day of wedding day, her and her assistant, Becky, were flawless. I truly mean it when I say I wasn't stressed on my wedding day, and that's because Wendy took care of everything for me! As a florist, Wendy truly blew us away. I knew my vision wasn't the most specific-kind, and I didn't have an exact pinterest of what I wanted, but she brought my vision to life. My florals were the perfect combination of simple and elegant, truly timeless. I can't recommend Wendy enough!

hank you, Ladies, our daughter's wedding was wonderful! You only get one chance, and they knocked it out of the park!

usband plan a wonderful wedding! Highly recommend!

razy process that wedding planning is. She was always SO incredibly easy to talk to, and she knew exactly what to say/do in the hiccups we encountered (including a venue change less than two months before our big day!). She goes above and beyond to make your wedding process as seamless as possible, and she ensures that you will have the most perfect wedding day!

orking 50-70 hours a week at work prior to the wedding and had little time and she helped everything go wonderfully smooth and never missed a beat. Even when we had the chaos of multiple last minute changes and wedding party absences, she handled it all with grace and control. She’s so talented, that when we told our venue and caterer we hired her, they even gushed with joy about how wonderful she is to work with! Do not miss out by choosing anyone else.

to help us!

n care of for the wedding day. This started with detailed calls and emails leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was accounted for. She did an amazing job leading the rehearsal and wedding day. It was a stress free weekend for me, and I'm so thankful I could trust her and relax on the happiest day of my life! She's so sweet and kind too, and very easy to get along with. My vendors, family and friends all spoke highly of Wendy too. If you need a coordinator for your wedding - I HIGHLY recommend her! Thanks again for everything!

She knew the venue we picked very well. She set up a timeline for the day of the wedding and made sure the vendors knew when to arrive. I would recommend Wendy and her team for any event.

! I highly recommend Wendy Weddings & Events LLC for all your planning needs!!!

fore I even knew I needed to think about it. She answered all my questions, communicated with our vendors when needed and all I had to do on my wedding day was show up! She is professional, yet personable and kept me calm throughout the whole wedding planning process. I would recommend Wendy to any of my friends!

e had to bunch of helpful tips. Day of the wedding she kept things moving along and coordinated everything with the other vendors.

s above and beyond what she promises in her contract. Nothing "ruffles her feathers" as she has seen it all before and is ready to handle "hiccups" at a moments notice. Of all the decisions we made for my daughter's wedding, this was one of the best. As the groom said, "I like Wendy because she is short on words and effective in production". That about sums it up. This review only allows for a 5 star review. But, if I could, it would be a 10 star review!

ig day!

ly followed through on that. She assisted us throughout the planning process, toured the venue with us, and made recommendations for how to make the day run smoothly. When the wedding day arrived, Wendy was at the venue long before anyone else meeting vendors and setting up decor and she remained hard at work right up until the wedding. I am amazed by her energy. Not only is she very committed to helping her brides' visions come to life, she is also a calming presence on wedding day. Nothing phases or flusters her and that is exactly what you need as a bride when your mind is racing with last minute considerations. She is sure of herself, competent, and on top of everything. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone who wants to take some of the stress out of their wedding planning & wedding day.

nd chaos that would have been without her and her team. I felt very comfortable with Wendy from day one. She was extremely knowledgeable, and she provided the structure I didn’t know that I needed. There is so much that goes into planning a wedding, and Wendy knows her stuff! I will always let everyone know to call Wendy’s Weddings & Events! I am very appreciative of her and her staff, especially Amber Anderson! They each are exceptionally phenomenal! My day went off without a hitch, with extraordinary patience from Amber. We are all appreciative of everything that Wendy and Amber handled for us. They are above and beyond.

or the calming soul when you need to remember to breathe lol I would 100% recommend her to anyone, she made our wedding day run so smooth and at the end she felt more like a friend than a vendor!

leading up to and the wedding day without stress. You will not go wrong with hiring Wendy!!! Best money ever spent!

does. She was timely, and has her job down to a science. As my first (and only) time getting married, Wendy helped me make decisions on things I wouldn't have even thought about otherwise. She is so kind and I could not recommend her more!

ning a wedding and have to make some decisions quickly! And on my daughter's wedding day, she truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had a stress-free and wonderful wedding experience! For example, she stitched up a tear in my daughter's dress (and told me to go be with my guests while she took care of it); she noticed my wine glass was empty during the toasts and brought me a glass of wine; and she handled an unexpected cake delivery from a relative in the most kind, professional way, without even having to confer with me...it's the little details that sometimes make the biggest impact! She takes care of everything and she loves what she does, and it shows!!! Wendy truly had a big impact on how wonderful our wedding day was! We highly recommend her!!

e booked our venue in December and after the holidays she contacted me and we had our first meeting. She is very organized with lists, spreadsheets and notes from every meeting. She stays on top of everything she has going on and responds to emails or texts very quickly. She has a lot of recommendations for different things such as wedding favors, limo service and other things of that nature. Wedding rehearsal went smooth and the night before she sends out a spreadsheet of when everyone from caterer to grandparents should arrive and as a list person myself, I greatly appreciated that. Day of she handled the decorating and coordinating everyone to where they should be. The vision of my wedding day and venue came to life because of her. I would highly recommend her for your upcoming wedding.

n our special day!

ls and even made sure the details that I didn't even know about were covered! Wendy truly went above and beyond and is so incredibly sweet! The day of the wedding went absolutely flawlessly because of her. Without any hesitation I recommend Wendy!

s. Always prompt and prepared for our meetings. She listened closely and helped make all our wants and ideas a reality. Our wedding day went off better than expected. From ceremony to reception, it was better than we could have hoped for and we owe a lot of credit to Wendy's Wedding & Events. Thank you!

ng with rescheduling vendors due to COVID. She is accommodating and professional, and offers great recommendations from her experience as well as wedding decor ideas. I would highly recommend Wendy to help ensure you have a special and stress-free day!

and bridal party without worrying about what was going on downstairs, this truly meant the world to me! From dealing with vendors to EVERY small detail, Wendy had it all covered! She made sure we all stayed on schedule, she was kind, courteous and firm when needed. If you are skeptical about hiring a wedding planner, I will say to you...HIRE A PLANNER! It is money well spent and you will be so glad you did! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WENDY STEPHENS, she is the best and I will be forever grateful that she made sure everything was just as Courtney & Drew had envisioned! It was a pleasure working with her & I'm so thankful she was part of our very special day!

e had time to orchestrate all the vendors, guests, decorations, etc., by myself on the day of the wedding. My mom even commented, "what a great asset she was to the event". She allowed myself and Morgan to trust she would make sure all we envisioned would happen and more would be accomplished while we took pictures, enjoyed guest, and didn't worry over any details that day. Wendy's expertise and passion in what she does surpassed what she told us she would do! I have three daughters and I will definitely consider her again when needed.

t want your mom or whoever is helping you (or as a bride) to feel stressed out, right?!?! As a bride and anyone who is related to the bride should be able to enjoy the wedding, and by hiring Wendy there was zero stress. I had a small space to work with because it poured during my ceremony and I was beginning to worry that there wouldn't be enough room, but Wendy came in and set up the space, and my wedding felt like a dream. My caterer was late and Wendy took care of it. She was on the ball. Wendy responds quickly to questions, was organized and has ideas you never would have thought of. There was no stress in the process. You will not be disappointed Wendy is awesome!

nt is on top of things and helping along the way. We had several meetings before my wedding day where she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted so she could make it happen! She is great with people and knows exactly how to get someone in line without making them upset. My wedding flowed so smooth and Wendy was such a large part of that. She is EXACTLY what you need for your big day!!!!
