Kendra and her WBTSCC team did an amazing job with planning and executing our wedding day. She was so well-organized from the day we signed our contract until the evening of our reception. She was easy to communicate with, fun to work with, and always available when we needed her. Working with her and WBTSCC helped take an immense amount of pressure off of my wife and I, and that is one of the most priceless gifts a couple can get on their wedding day. We cannot recommend Kendra and her staff enough to any couple looking to get married in the NH Seacoast area!
We got married at Wentworth by the Sea Country Club this past summer, and it was the best day of our lives! Beautiful venue, staff were very professional, everything was organized and on time. Jenna, our wedding coordinator/event sales manager, was our “go to” for everything- she was extremely responsive, organized, and helped us plan our entire day. She was always on top of things we needed to get done, helped us communicate with outside vendors, and gave us great recommendations. We could not have done it without her! We had the most perfect New England Wedding- we can not say enough good things about this venue and staff!
Jenna and her team were amazing to work with! We could not have been happier. There was clear communication the entire time leading up to the wedding and our wedding day was executed perfectly. Jenna went the extra mile and was more than accommodating with any and all requests. The food and beverages were incredible. The venue itself is stunning and I cannot get over the photos we have. All in all, an amazing venue and planners to work with. We would highly recommend working with Jenna and her team at the Wentworth!

Our day was everything we could have imagined and more! My now husband and I live in Colorado but originally being from New England I knew I wanted to get married on the coast. The Wentworth Country Club had everything we were looking for in a venue and trust me we did a LOT of searching. From the beautiful views, incredible rain plan and amazing venue coordinating staff we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. From our very first meeting, Jenna made us feel so comfortable and though I'm type-A and had millions of questions, she had an answer for everything and made me feel at ease all the way through our wedding day. The Wentworth made everything so fun from an incredible tasting, communication while living afar, in-person meetings while in NH and a flawless walkthrough. When it came to the actual wedding, we had the most beautiful day and Jenna made sure we did not have to worry about a single thing. Our guests are still raving about the food and drinks as well as how picturesque everything from the day was. We are beyond happy with our choice in Wentworth by the Sea Country Club as our wedding venue and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a coastal New England wedding with a great party and beautiful scenery! We had the wedding of our dreams at Wentworth by the Sea Country Club! Kendra and the entire team at the venue went above and beyond. It rained on our big day, but the staff members were right at the tent entrance to provide the guests with umbrellas if they wanted to step outside. All of my guests were under the impression that Kendra was a personal wedding planner because of how helpful and perfect she was! Also, I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the food was. Everything from the apps to the entree was AMAZING. I cannot think of a better place to have our big day. Thank you x1 million!!!
Our wedding at Wentworth by the Sea Country Club was everything we could have hoped for, and more! Jenna and her team went above and beyond to ensure we had the most magical day, and worked effortlessly with our planner and vendors to ensure everything went smoothly. Despite bad weather requiring us to relocate from the outdoor venue to their indoor pavilion, the space worked beautifully and our vision still came to life thanks to the retractable doors and beautiful fall foliage backdrop. The food was great, everything was on time, and the staff couldn't have been lovelier! Can't recommend this venue enough for a gorgeous wedding!

We loved having Wentworth by the Sea Country Club as our wedding venue. We were married there on October 1, 2022, and everything turned out perfectly! The venue is amazing - on a golf course with a beautiful ocean view! Our guests raved about the location, the delicious food, and service!
We worked with Jenna initially and then Kendra as our venue coordinator. Kendra was only a few months in to working at the Wentworth but was so knowledgeable and confident in helping us put all the final details into place. She jumped on many calls with us leading up to the wedding and answered all of our questions! She volunteered details that made our day more unique like adding in apple cider for our refreshment stand for our ceremony since we had a fall wedding and adding in fun touches to our His & Hers cocktails (spicy margarita & mojito)! Day of, she completely ran our timeline and ensured that all of our vendors were taken care of and that we were happy with how the wedding was going step by step! If there were any questions that came up, Kendra was quick to take care of it!
Our family met Kendra at the rehearsal and also raved about her expertise and professionalism! She and the team at the Wentworth made our wedding vision happen!

Wentworth by the Sea Country Club was the perfect setting for a wedding. Jenna the wedding coordinator was fantastic. She worked with us every step of the way. This was a destination wedding so it made things more complicated,but Jenna was amazing and made the process as easy as possible. We had two coordinators on the day of the wedding which was amazing . Jenna and her partner worked well and seamlessly together. The food was incredible . We highly recommend this venue .

Jenna & the team Wentworth by the Sea CC were absolutely incredible. Jenna was there every step of the way from the beginning of planning. Her kindness, organization and clear and quick communication were so helpful during the process. Through out planning, Jenna was calm, flexible and attentive. She gave vendor suggestions, arranged a beautiful food tasting and truly ran the day of our dreams. Jenna helped create a timeline and the day of she was on every little detail. She helped guide us through each step. The team at Wentworth created an amazing layout for the tent, placing all of our items in the perfect spot. The venue, grounds and views were stunning. Our wedding at the Wentworth Country Club was amazing! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, the picturesque views were everything we hoped for and more, and all of the staff at the club were so kind and helpful to us and our guests. Jenna, the wedding coordinator, was so wonderful to work with. As a couple that needed to postpone our wedding due to COVID, it was so nice to have Jenna's calming touch throughout our planning. She started working at the Wentworth right at the beginning of the pandemic, but you never would have guessed it based on how knowledgable and confident she is. She really made the whole planning process and our big day go as smoothly as possible. We would highly recommend this venue!
If you're questioning whether this is the venue for you, IT IS. It was an absolute dream to have our wedding here - the grounds are immaculate, the views are incredible, and the service team is flawless. Jenna is a joy to work with - she was a calming force in the stress of wedding planning and helped us navigate any questions we had. I knew that on the day of the wedding I wouldn't have to worry about a thing because she would be there. They were extremely flexible and accommodating in any way they could be and I didn't want or need for anything the whole night. We truly felt like royalty with staff getting us anything we needed, and even holding our meal so it would be hot for us to eat. If I could do it all again I wouldn't change a single thing. Truly could not have been more happy with our wedding day at Wentworth by the Sea! The views are absolutely stunning and Jenna the wedding coordinator was truly amazing. She made sure everything ran smoothly and that everything was happening where and when it needed to be! The tent for the reception was gorgeous and the food was awesome. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was and how great everything turned out. Could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our day!
The folks at WBTS were wonderful to work with. Beyond the beautiful venue, all the staff delivered white glove service every step of the way. They were thoughtful and attentive, taking away the stress and allowing us to truly enjoy our day despite of the COVID-19 pandemic. What a wonderful memory we have of our time there. We highly recommend.
We cannot say enough about Wentworth by The Sea Country Club, we absolutely LOVE it!! This was the first and last venue we looked at! We were married here on September 18th, 2020. Jenna was AMAZING!!! We had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19 and Jenna did such an incredible job keeping us calm and ensuring everything would work out, sure enough it ended up being the most beautiful and perfect day!! We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and kindness! Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing the venue, the food, the service was at our wedding - BEST venue ever!!

We were complete newbies to the ins and outs of planning a wedding and she was patient, detail-oriented, and relaxed from the tour to the day of - she has years of experience and is well known and respected in the industry! The venue is stunning and it was such a relief to have our ceremony and reception in close proximity as it allowed us to maximize our time with family and friends. We can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Holly. From the first day we met her when we went to tour Wentworth By The Sea Country Club until our wedding night, Holly was unbelievable. She was so easy going and calm and was able to answer every single one of our questions. She was always so quick to respond which made the wedding planning process so stress free, and I was actually able to enjoy planning our wedding because of Holly!!! She was so accommodating to our families. She even gave attention to little things we didn’t think about, like bringing tape for our Polaroid guest book. The night of our wedding all the staff members at Wentworth we’re so friendly and made sure my NOW husband and I always had water and packed our cake up for us when we were too busy dancing. Recently got married at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club and I was absolutely amazed. Was the most perfect and magical wedding I’ve ever been privileged to experience. My guests were blown away by the beautiful venue, meal, and service. Staff were incredibly attentive and made my day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Holly the event coordinator is the heart of the country club and was a godsend for us while planning our big day. Would recommend the country club over and over for anyone looking for a fairytale wedding enveloped in elegance. Thanks to all!

My husband and I had our reception at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club in May, and it was absolutely amazing! Holly and the team at WCC were always available for questions, and made the wedding planning process efficient and painless. Food and service was exceptional, and of course the views are unbeatable!
This past year my husband and I got married at Wentworth By the Sea. We got engaged Xmas Eve 2017 and decided to set the date for April 2018! We had just over 3 months to plan the wedding of our dreams. We called Laura at Wentworth By the Sea and she helped us get through it! Through the whole planning process Laura and her team were super helpful and patient with us. We decided to do a station dinner and this was the best decision. Our guest all enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Laura’s staff the day of couldn’t have been better. All were very friendly and accommodating. I can not recommend this venue enough.
Absolutely amazing! The second we started looking at venues we knew the WCC was special and breath taking and was exactly what we wanted for our special day and close to home for us showing family where we live and why we love it! We worked with Pauline when we first chose to do our ceremony and reception here. Shortly after Pauline left but Holly came on and was so wonderful to work with. I feel like Holly got everything I said when I was confused and stressed and would help talk me through it and made me feel relaxed and knowing that everything will come together and can trust her and that is just so true. Our day was perfect and everything went so smoothly the food, the staff, Holly and just the venue in total was amazing and so kind and attentive to any of ours or our guests needs. We cannot say enough about how special and amazing our day was and it truly was because of this spectacular venue and equally as wonderful staff mainly Holly to work with. We cannot thank everyone enough and would encourage anyone to make the decision to get married here I promise you it is something you not only won't regret but will be SO happy you did with how easy they make it feel!

Our wedding at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club could not have been more beautiful and picture-perfect! We had an amazing day! Our only issue was at times poor communication, whether that was not replying to an email in a timely fashion, but moreso not relaying key aspects to us. For example, we were informed less than a week before our wedding that guests could not have a drink of any kind on the dance floor (Not being from NH, we were unaware this was a law). Beyond that, we had a terrific time, and the day of went very smoothly!

Pauline Gaffney was a pleasure to work with and made sure our big day was a big success. The venue is absolutely beautiful and both our ceremony and reception were set up and designed with so much personal touch. Pauline seamlessly processed our numerous design requests and did such a great job making everything the way we envisioned it would be. We received so many complements on the venue and our guests to this day remind us how much fun they had. Our wedding will be a day we never forget and Wentworth helped make it a beautiful memory.
Picking a venue can be stressful process, not always knowing exactly how it will all come together and having to visualize a lot in your mind. Pauline Gaffney heard my vision, listened, gave advice and produced more than I could imagine. She was patient, kind, welcoming and so much more. What a pleasure it was to work with her and I really cannot thank her enough. She made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, desserts placed at our seats, food covered to stay warm as we walked around, sunset photos, etc. The venue itself is beautiful beyond words but I left my wedding on July 29th feeling so grateful for Pauline. She truly made our wedding day so special.
Had a terrible experience as a wedding guest. I was carded at the start of cocktail hour (I'm 28) and didn't have my ID on me because I was carrying a small clutch. Although I was able to produce digital photos of both my passport and driver's license, I was forced to go back to my hotel (35 mins round trip) to get my ID. When I came back, I showed my ID to the manager but was still carded several more times throughout the evening. I get that the venue has to abide by the law, but I don't get why I was the only one carded or targeted in such a way when I returned. The staff seems confused and evidently unable to communicate with one another.

We are sorry that this was an inconvenience but law dictates that we see an actual copy of an ID and not an electronic version. Losing our liquor license would not only impact the venue but every couple who booked a wedding here.
The wentworth by the sea country club is an absolutely beautiful venue!! Caitlin, our coordinator, was great and I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. She went out of her way to make sure we were aware of all that was offered to us including suggestions of fun non-traditional items we could add to help us meet the minimum F&B. The view of the ocean was amazing and provided a nice breeze. I highly recommend this venue.
The movement by husband and I pulled up to WBTS CC we knew we'd found our wedding venue. The scenery is jaw dropping and the venue is exceptionally beautiful. An additionally plus is the amazing staff. Caitlin Sims coached us through every detail of the wedding day, helpful us understand all of the piece of the puzzle. She was a joy to work with - easy going, responsive, friendly, kind and genuine. We are totally obsessed with Caitlin :) Once we met Katie we were in love with her two. The both of them help create a day you will never forget and it goes seamlessly due to their exceptional planning. Everything about our day was perfect thanks to everything and everyone at WBTS CC.
Words cannot describe how happy I am that we chose Wentworth by the Sea Country Club as our ceremony and reception location. My husband and I could not have dreamed of a more perfect spot for our September wedding! It is a stunning location and all of our photos were so beautiful. Caitlin and her team were incredibly supportive, helpful, fun and an absolute delight to work with from day one! I didn't experience any of the rumored "wedding stress" during the planning process or the day of because I knew that the team had everything under control and I was right, they are rockstars! I only wish we could do it all again!

My husband and I didn't have the option to fly back to the US to plan our wedding. I'd be arriving 2 months before the big day, and we knew we had to make some big decisions before then.
Our parents found the WWBTSCC online and took a tour of the facilities on a cold, rainy day. However, even touring the country club on one of the bleakest days in November, they still knew this was their favorite site. After speaking with our parents and talking with the wedding coordinator we knew we had found our venue. The ceremony overlooks the harbor and the reception is just across the road in a beautiful, spacious tent. They even have a back-up tent all ready to go, in case of rain.
Caitlin Sims did a fantastic job contacting us overseas. She helped us every step of the way and made organizing the venue the least stressful part of planning our wedding. From seating arrangements, to incredible food, sparkler send off, to a detailed payment plan, and more - they had us covered. The pictures of the WWBTSCC are gorgeous but it still don't fully capture the beauty of this quaint part of NH.
On the day of wedding we had Amy right by our side to make sure we ate, greeted our guests, cut the cake, and had some alone time for photos along the beach as the sun was setting. We were thrilled with our choice of venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beach front, picturesque wedding.

While I can't review the planning processes (although my family said it was easy) I LOVED my Bridal Shower!! The Country Club is beautiful and the staff friendly. I walked into a room with a gorgeous view across the ocean that was full of my friends/family. There were close to 40 of us but the room was spacious and comfortable. We did a brunch and the food was great, with a wide variety of options. They didn't rush us through anything and let us enjoy ourselves without being too pushy. I would recommend the Wentworth to anyone planning a shower!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue!! As we began our wedding planning process, it was important to us to have an outdoor wedding by the ocean. However, most outdoor venues have tents that hold 250+ people. For our small intimate wedding of 70-80 people, these tents were just too big. The Wentworth By The Sea Country Club offers two tents, one that only holds 100 people. It was perfect! Although our wedding was smaller than crowds they are used to, we felt like absolutely royalty! The entire wait staff was attentive and professional. I received so many compliments on the staff from our guests. Also, the wedding coordinators (Kiersten and Amy) were FANTASTIC! I dealt with Kiersten with all the details prior to the wedding, and she was responsive, flexible, and extremely patient. Amy catered to us during the entire reception and ceremony, and she was incredibly professional and attentive. The entire day was absolutely perfect, and I am so glad we chose to go with this wonderful venue!

Our experience at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club was nothing short of fantastic! The entire staff catered to our every want and need. The setting is beautiful and my husband and I could not have had a more perfect day there.
My husband and I had our reception for 125 guests under the large tent on October 8, 2011. He wanted to have a part of our wedding day outdoors, and this was the perfect way to do it. The staff couldn't have been better -- Sylvia Kiely was our initial contact when we booked the country club and then we worked with Kiersten Mayes as we finalized the planning. Kiersten was so patient with all of my questions and really put me at ease that everything was going to run smoothly and that my husband, families, wedding party, and myself didn't have anything to worry about that day. True to her word, everything went off without a hitch! If you're interested in a beautiful oceanside location with an excellent staff and great food, look no further than the Wentworth CC and make sure to book EARLY. We booked about a year and a half in advance, at the advice of my husband's aunt, and it was well worth it!
My husband and I had our reception on June 26, 2011. This place really does a few things exceptionally well. The wedding coordinators took care of every detail before and during the reception. Everything was customized according to our wishes and we even had our appetizers for cocktail hour that weren't on the menu. The only complaint I can think of is that it is pricy when all is chosen and decorated. All the supplies are brought in and everything is done by the pros, so expect to splurge if you don't want to compromise your dream day.
Wentworth by the Sea CC is the perfect wedding location, we had both our ceremony and reception there. To start the scenery is beautiful- ocean side ceremony and reception held in a beautiful tent with soft lighting and open/airy feel. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional! The staff at Wentworth by the Sea CC is friendly, accommodating and courteous. They were instrumental in making our day a success!
Our wedding at the Wentworth CC was more than I could have ever imagined. Their staff was beyond helpful and took care of all of the day of details which left me the morning to relax and get ready. If something went wrong I never knew about it. They really made our fairytale wedding come to life. It was classy, elegant and the food was amazing!
The country club is a beautiful place to hold a wedding. It even rained on our wedding day but the scenery was stunning and made for great photos as well. The guests all really enjoyed the food and it was presented well. There were some things that were overlooked the day of the wedding, such as where we wanted to hold the ceremony in the event of rain, so I would double check on things like this and keep notes of all your requests to share or compare with the venue coordinator's notes as the day approaches. The tent for the reception is very classy, it is from Sperry tents in Maine which has no tarp-like qualities or metal poles. The floor under the tent is a bit strange, not very pretty but the rest of the view makes up for it. The catering staff were all very nice and they worked hard to try to make the day what we wanted it to be.
