other florists. I really loved the communication in the beginning. Unfortunately, I was never notified that someone else (Dave) would be taking over the details for my wedding. I just think as a professional business for such an important day, it would have been nice to have been contacted under the circumstances. I would have loved to have met with the new wedding consultant. The planning process did become a bit more stressful contacting the other employees who took over for Sue. Emails and phone calls were not returned sometimes for more than a few days, if at all. This made for a VERY stressful few weeks before the wedding trying to tie up loose ends. All and all the flowers were beautiful the day of my wedding. But, as a business, the communication by all needs to be better. If emails, phone numbers, and cell numbers are going to be given to contact the consultant there should be a 24-hour turn around to returning them to the bride. I was very disappointed in that! Luckily, the flowers turned out beautiful, despite the lack of communication.

they changed employees and neglected to tell me that they didn't have all of the notes for my wedding so some of the things they provided on the day of the wedding weren't exactly what I asked for. In the end it was ok, but not the perfect vision that I had discussed at the beginning.
