After spending almost a week trying to get them to send a contract with the correct information after they kept getting it wrong they said they would send us the contract that day, but instead sent a voicemail the next day claiming that the equipment was not available. Thank you DJ for sounding deciefully helpful for a week right up until you rented the equipment you had promised us to someone else at the last minute.

If there is a word better than excellent, I'd use it for West Coast Event Productions -- they are A++! There isn't one item in a long list that wasn't delivered efficiently, on-time and in perfectly clean condition. Sales director Jennifer worked with me from my first call to assure me WCEP could supply every requirement -- and she made it happen on our short notice. The set up on our lawn was flawless, fast, on time and organized -- cadeaux to Rick, Operations Director. We've hired many rental companies from NYC to Houston to Oregon and there is no better than WCEP!
