West Falmouth Market catered our wedding and I cannot rave enough about them! We had an outdoor reception in Falmouth and WFM brought delicious buffet appetizers and dinner as well as a great selection of wine and beer. Their staff we're friendly, professional, and helped us beyond our expectations! They were communicative throughout the whole process and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again!

The West Falmouth Market, more specifically Chef Zachary Knights and team, truly made our wedding experience exceptional with amazing food and delicious drinks. Chef Zach gave us an amazing experience with our cocktail hour appetizers and drinks, dinner, and desserts, that was both specially customized, affordable, and most importantly, delicious! My wife and I worked tirelessly to find the right caterer for our wedding. We collected quotes from many different Massachusetts caterers. Many of the options we considered were too expensive for what they offered, or lacked exactly what we were looking for. Then we met Chef Zach, who guided us through the entire process. After our first phone call with Chef Zach, we felt excited and hopeful. Chef Zach offered us customization, flexibility, and a passion for cuisine. He listened to requests and worked not just as a caterer but as a collaborator and team player, offering us local suggestions and going above and beyond to help make our wedding vision a reality. We had our wedding locally in Falmouth, where the WFM catering team served an amazing selection of starters, salads, breads, mains, sides, coffee bar, custom signature cocktails, and more. Our starters were unique, and outside their menu, which they were completely open to accommodating with no fuss. At cocktail hour, we served Sushi, Oysters, Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, Roasted Shrimp Cocktail Platters, fried mac and cheese balls, accompanied by a grazing table with specialty cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, dips, garnishes, etc. An AMAZING spread, and by the time we finished photography, the food was completely gone, I ordered more than recommended for our number of guests, and I think that speaks for itself. I have never heard so many compliments about the oysters that were served, the size, and the quality. Our guests LOVED them, raved about them, and thankfully, WFM put aside two for us. When guests took their seats, everything looked professional, beautiful, and eloquent. The freshly baked bread, caprese salads, and antipasto salad were already placed by the staff, ready for our guests to dive in. Chef Zach helped navigate a food lover's, allergy/ dietary cognizant, budget-friendly plan by offering us a buffet with multiple main and side options for our guests. They served a pesto tortellini with cream sauce (pine-nut free), Shrimp Scampi (dairy free), Short ribs braised in red wine, and teriyaki chicken, with side options of Broccolini, Miso Carrots, Garlic Parmesan Roasted potatoes, and mac and cheese. Chef Zach also went above and beyond to accommodate our guests, with special children's meals, a pizza for our brother with special needs, and some meals delivered right to the table for some of our older relatives. For the bar, Chef Zach won our business by outbidding our other quote, in hopes of simplifying the number of vendors at the event for our sake and for theirs. We had 3 specialty cocktails, a huckleberry lemonade (that was GONE fast), a frozen triple berry margarita (YUM), and a mountain mule. All three drinks were amazing, and the available selection of beers and wines made sure there was something special for every guest. Chef Zach even had a special whiskey aside for special guests. While at times there were bumps in the road with consistent communication and coordination, Chef Zach and the team truly made our wedding unforgettable. THANK YOU WFM!
