ere electrical and AV hookups were and to speak with us about general guidelines for using the facility. He was incredibly flexible and reasonable about setting up the venue for our event. We were able to provide him with a layout of where we wanted tables and when we arrived to decorate, all tables and chairs had been set up, saving us a ton of time. Another big plus for us was we weren't required to tear down tables and chairs or remove trash from the building when our event was over. The venue, restrooms, and tables and chairs were all clean and in good condition. Before our event, Jake was available to answer any questions we had. He also had staff on hand at our event to make sure the caterer and DJ could get into the building, as well as, help with anything we needed during the event. We were also pleased that though it snowed a lot the night before our wedding, the parking lot of the Community Center was cleaned early in the morning, allowing our vendors to safely enter the building. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the West Liberty Community Center and the service Jake provided to us to make our day perfect!
