Josi was great with me and my bridal party! She was so sweet and you can tell she really loves what she does. She made us all feel so comfortable and beautiful. She was so caring and attentive. She is amazing!💕

West London salon provided me and my wedding party a wonderful services. Every single one of my bridesmaid were very happy with the end results of their hair and makeup. 10 out of 10 recommended. Joise is so down to earth and so sweet a pleasure to work with for event hair and makeup. Tay is very sweet, wonderful and does a beautiful job with make up.

Josi was efficient, friendly and so fun! She created wonderful looks for the bridal party including a few who were nervous about how their hair would turn out. We were all so pleased with the final look and she even finished ahead of schedule!

Josi was absolutely AMAZING! She is such a kind and loving person with amazing professionalism. She was the first person I booked when we started planning our wedding and I am so glad that I did!

Josi was the best. 1. She was fast to respond to any questions or concerns I had. 2. She was efficient but fast. Hair lasted all night (as the bride and all the bridesmaids also stayed all night) 3. She was super sweet. Would recommend!!!

I booked for my wedding a couple of weeks ago. Hair was great, especially for my bridesmaids. Makeup was not. I'm a black woman with dark brown skin. My mother and I both ended up with foundation that was way too dark. My mother asked before she started if she knew how to do makeup for people with her complexion and she said yes. We both had to rush home to wash off and redo our foundation, powder and blush. She also used her fingers, not a brush or sponge when applying. When she applied my eyelashes, my eyes ended up glued shut. That was uncomfortable. When one of my black bridesmaids saw our makeup, she opted to do her own. We paid regardless because we just wanted to correct it asap and stay on schedule. There was a second person scheduled to come but canceled due to illness. Maybe she was more skilled when it came to make up...I wasn't sure if I should post but I think this review will be helpful to any WOC who is interested in a honest review.

I felt very overwhelmed when looking for a hair stylist, but I’m so glad I chose west London salon. Josie was absolutely amazing! We all loved our hair and she was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her and west London salon!

Josie did hair for my October wedding and she was a complete delight! She was so attentive to detail, patient with our younger girls, and efficient with time. My hair looked fantastic as did all of my ladies. When I went to her in home salon for my trial, I was really impressed by her set up as well. She also put my clip in extensions in for me and made them look so natural and beautiful!

Josi did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup! She really listened to what I wanted and I was so happy with the results! My bridesmaids all had their hair done by her as well, and they looked absolutely beautiful! Josi is very kind and friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Josi is phenomenal!! She is extremely talented and very responsive when doing hair styles. My little sister was my MOH, and she was so nervous about getting a hairstyle she liked. Josi listened closely to my sister and kept adjusting the style in little ways until her hair was perfect. This was HUGE to me on my wedding day and I can't thank Josi enough for being so responsive to my sister and all my bridesmaids. When it came to my hair, Josi crushed it!! She created the same exact style we worked out in the trial hair appointment, and the hairstyle lasted all day. That's talent!! A HUGE thank you to Josi on behalf of all of my girls. We looked amazing thanks to her!

Josi is very friendly and so professional. She can handle both the thick asian hairs to airily European hairs. She offered me the trail and she nailed it. On my wedding day, after Josi's work, many bridesmaids ask to do both makeup and hair. She was so flexible and take care of all of them. And she knows White Chimney Estate very well, so she arrived early and standby for us. I highly recommend her.

From the very beginning, Josi was always positive and responsive to all communications even a year prior to the wedding date! I always felt very welcome and open to be creative as well as provide feedback with every single detail. Not only was she professional, her results were amazing! Josi and her makeup artist did an amazing job for our February wedding! I was nervous about our timeline since it was a little crunched, but we were done and beautified in record time! I looked and felt like an actual princess all day. I had also done a trial the month beforehand to figure out exactly what hairstyle I wanted, which was very helpful!

Josi and Taylor were fantastic for on-site wedding hair and makeup! Josi was very friendly and helpful when doing a hair and makeup trial and planning for the day of. Josi and Taylor were very punctual arriving at the venue the morning of the wedding, and they were both very friendly and professional. Josi and Taylor did an amazing job on our hair and makeup for the big day. I was worried that there wasn’t much time for us to get everything finished but they worked their magic and got us out earlier than anticipated!! My hair stayed up all night and my makeup made me feel beautiful. I love that they also provide eyelashes to enhance the look! Definitely recommend!!

Josi and Taylor with West London Salon did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup on my wedding day. They came on-site to my wedding venue and were able to complete 11 updo’s and 10 makeups within 5 hours. We were able to show Josi photos of the updo’s we wanted and she executed them perfectly! Everyone in my bridal party raved at how great both Josi and Taylor were. They were super professional and friendly and I couldn’t have been happier. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable!! Josi and Taylor were FANTASTIC! We had 9 girls who needed their hair done and 8 who needed makeup and we were AHEAD of schedule all morning! They are so talented, too! Our girls brought inspiration pics and Josi could recreate anything they wanted. For those who weren't familiar with makeup, Taylor was great with defining a style and making sure we were all comfortable with our looks. Everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup and all of our girls felt so beautiful! I, too, have never felt more beautiful! I naturally have very thin hair and was worried about maintaining volume all night, but the way Josi styled it and the products she used made it so sturdy, but also soft looking at the same time. And I'm one of those girls who isn't familiar with makeup and had no idea what would look good, but thankfully I was in Taylor's wonderful hands. Thank you, Josi and Taylor, for making our wedding day so great and helping our girls feel like their most beautiful selves!

Josie and her team were incredible. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. They were on point with my daughter's venue and the time line. Finished ahead of schedule and everyone looked fabulous. I can't say enough good things about this salon.

Josie was great to work with! She has such a bubbly personality and was open to numerous hairstyle ideas during my trial. She traveled to my venue on the day of, which was so convenient for my girls! She was able to do my hair, along with 7 other girls, in perfect time. She delivered exactly what my girls wanted from their inspiration photos!

Josi was the perfect fit for my big day. Since first contact she was bubbly and charming and that carried thru to the wedding day. The trial at her in home salon was perfect and I loved getting to meet her little loaf puppies. I really wanted someone who could travel to do hair at our venue, because our wedding was a destination wedding for most of our guests, she was on time, prompt and even got done a little early! Having her come in saved time, coordination and so much sanity. We had such a good time getting ready and she made it all so easy! I highly recommend her to any bride who needs a bubbly, professional hairdresser in the Lancaster area.

Janell is incredible at doing hair! Myself and the bridal party danced all night long and our hair did not fall out at all! Elizabeth did our make up and she made everyone look gorgeous but natural. They perfectly matched our "inspo" pictures. They are very friendly and were very quick and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about her and the booking process with West London Salon. Josi (who helped us book) was super responsive and east to reach.

This salon was recommended by my venue. I came in contact with Josi very early on in my planning process and we would mainly speak through text. On more than one occasion, Josi addressed me by the wrong name and misspoke details about my day. I corrected her every time and it still continued. When I met Josi at her home for my trial, she was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, her services were not well. I ended up doing my hair myself at which point she took a photo as her own work to guide for my wedding day. My make up aged me many years and my hair was a mess. My lipstick was very sticky & when I asked about the ceremony & getting it all over my fiancé she replied “oh well, he’ll have to get over it” My maid of honors hair was in a knot. When we arrived home after only a 20 minute drive, both of our hair came out, we had extensions that were half way out of our head. My makeup came off in complete lines on my face after crying a few tears. I spoke up as much as I could but did not seem to be getting to an end result. The total for this trial ended up being $160 a piece. I ended up scrambling to find another vendor 4 months before my wedding and had to pay for an additional trial with another salon. Josi was contacted about all of this and said a refund would not be issued. As much as I don't want to, a review needed to be written to hopefully save another bride from spending more money than what was budgeted

Josie and her team were absolutely fantastic! My trial was a breeze and so much fun with her puppies. She came to my venue the morning of and did three hairs and nine makeups in a snap. She exactly matched the style/reference images I showed her and the lipstick she used for me (bride) was the most perfect color I have ever seen on myself. I actually purchased the lipstick to use to special occasions because it was the One haha. Really appreciated the ease of payment as well since I was able to pay the balance day of through Venmo. Absolutely cannot recommend WLS enough!

Josi and Taylor were amazing! Everyone loved their makeup and hair, and they were super quick, yet precise with everything! We had 7 of us getting hair and makeup and it went by so fast everyone looked amazing!! All the makeup and hair looked fabulous in the pictures. I am so happy I hired Josi and Taylor for our wedding day. They came to my wedding location in the morning (Linwood estate) and made me, my mom, and all of my bridesmaids absolutely drop dead gorgeous in the blink of an eye. This woman knows how to do hair and makeup. She was super fun to hang out with in the morning, and kept us right on schedule (in fact, we were done early and we had time for a mimosa before our photographer arrived!). My makeup was flawless and lasted all day. Hair was perfect – exactly what I envisioned looking like on my big day. West London Salon will not disappoint!

Josi and Taylor did such a great job on hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. They were super fast and had us ready with plenty of time to spare. Josi was easy to communicate with and always available. The only minor thing was that the curls in my hair were no match for the heat and humidity of the day, but I'm not sure if an entire can of hairspray would even hold my baby hair in curls, but my makeup held all night as did all my girls' hair and makeup. Overall, would recommend West London Salon!

Josi and her crew did an amazing job on our wedding hair and makeup, when we had to change the time to an hour earlier the night before our wedding, she did not hesitate to say yes. Our looks were absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend West London Salon for your big day! 11/10 ♡

Josi and Taylor did a great job with me and my bridesmaids hair and make-up for our wedding reception. They are a little expensive, but they were so friendly and efficient. All 6 of us were done in about 3 hours!

Josi was amazing! She did hair for 6 and makeup for 1- all in a few hours (when we had to adapt the timeline the week of). My hair and makeup stayed in place all day (9am-9pm) and everyone loved it! When one hair wasn't quite the look we wanted, she redid it. Book her- she is amazing!

Josi does great work & is such a sweetheart! She was also very flexible to work with when things had to change due to covid. Highly recommend her as a hair stylist for just hair cuts or wedding updos & makeup!

You can’t go wrong picking Josi as your hair stylist for your wedding she is absolutely fabulous. I went to her salon for my hair trial, The salon is so cute and Josi made me feel at ease and really listened to what I was looking for! She did hair on location for my wedding which was an hour away from her for 7 ladies and I could not have been more impressed. She was very professional and really worked with each girl as to what style would work best for their hair type. Even my sister in law commented that she liked her hair better on my wedding day then her own! I only wish I lived closer so Josi could be my regular hairstylist!

Josi did my hair for my engagement shoot. I found her through Instagram. I took my photos near Lancaster, PA and I was coming from New Jersey so I didn’t have a set hair stylist. Josi came right to my hotel the morning of my shoot arrived on time and started my hair immediately. She did a beautiful job with my hair and she got it done so quickly too! It actually took her less amount of time then I expected. I highly recommend her, my experience was wonderful!

Josie was amazing! The trial was a great experience. She walked me through two different hairstyles that I was interested in so I could see what it looked like. Going in to my wedding day, I knew exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. The day of, she arrived on time and fully prepared to complete the hair for me and my three bridesmaids (our daughters). Josi was amazing! There was lots of shuffling around and changes and Josi was calm and rolled with everything! My hair and all the other girls looked amazing!!! My mom never has make up and Josi was able to give her just the right amount to make her look gorgeous and keep her comfortable. I loved my make up as well!! Only good things to say!

Josi and Katelyn were an amazing team, did a beautiful job, and made the beginning of my wedding day so fun! We went to the salon to get ready and we were able to bring food, and Josi also allowed us to bring our own makeup so that my mom could do my wedding day makeup. The salon is so cute, and it is surrounded by the best shops with cupcakes, candy, food, etc. They made us feel right at home, and although we started early in the morning everyone's hair and makeup stayed throughout the entire night! Katelyn also put fake eyelashes on one of my bridesmaids, which looked so natural four more decided to get them! Everyone looked so beautiful, I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, for wedding and everyday!

Some of us weren't even going to get our hair done, but once we saw her work, we jumped in line to get our hair done. Josi also did makeup quickly, but beautifully. This salon is so cute and so cozy. They. Are. Amazing. When have you ever heard of a bridal party being on time? WE WERE DONE EARLY. 8 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and a bride. All done in no time flat. And everyone looked amazing. Josi and Sophia were the most efficient team I have ever encountered. Most importantly, no one looked the same. Everyone looked like an A+ version of themselves. Even checking in during the make-up process to see that they were comfortable. Josi did an amazing job on my hair. We did an entire trial and the morning of, my hair decided that it didn't want to go that way. So we hustled into the bathroom and worked together to make it perfect. A true testament to the great job she did: not a hair was out of place after my dad stepped on my veil at the church. Really can't say enough about them. They truly did an efficient, unique, and beautiful job.

I would definitely recommend! Josi was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. We had Cindy on location for my wedding day, and she was not only early, but got all 6 of my girls AND me ready on time. I loved my look!

I enjoyed working with Josi and had a great trial for hair/makeup. I asked that my bridesmaids have their hair done and makeup was optional. The day of the wedding the hair stylist was great and all the girls loved their hair. The makeup artist did great work as well, but she seemed almost unhappy to be there and didn't smile once. She also seemed a bit rushed to leave the venue. Overall, cheaper than most salons (some wanted up to $500 just to do my hair and makeup) and they did solid work. However, would have liked better service the day of the wedding.

I hired West London Salon to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and also to do hair for 6 other girls, including my mom and the mother of the groom. Josi was so sweet to work with and made us all feel beautiful! She was so flexible and gave each of us exactly what we wanted. I wasn't going to have professional hair and makeup done because I thought I couldn't afford it, but West London Salon does such great work for a reasonable price!

West London Salon is so cute and great and I would highly recommend Josi for anything! For the first time ever, I got my hair done by a professional and I loved it! Josi is so talented and can work impressively quickly. She really listened to us regarding what we wanted for our hair and makeup and was totally accepting if we didn't like something or wanted it tweaked. She was also so sweet and affordable to boot! The salon uses Aveda makeup which isn't the same as MAC or airbrushing but she does a good job for an affordable price. And she is just amazing with hair. If you are getting married at Stoltzfus Homestead she is literally a minute away and will come with no travel fee. Go Josi!

My experience with Josi at West London Salon was impeccable. I got a balayage done by her a couple months before my wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. She did my bridal hair and makeup trials shortly after and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Some of the other stylists out there will try to make you look great to their personal taste, but Josi listened and helped me achieve the exact look I wanted. The day of the wedding she came to the house and did my hair along with my bridesmaids and everyone was so happy with it. We had an amazing experience with Josi and would highly recommend her to anyone needing hair and make up for a special event. Our group was all from out of town so we needed to communicate with Josi via email leading up to the event and she was always quick to respond and answer the multitude of questions/requests we had. Our entire group was very happy with Josi's work, she gave each of us exactly what we had wanted. Josi was relaxed and a pleasure to be around on the day of the wedding, she set a very relaxed tone in the room despite the craziness going on everywhere else. I was concerned about setting up a hair and make up for our group of five with someone I didn't know from half way across the country. Josi made the whole process very easy and did great work as well which is why I would highly recommend her!

I had such a hard time finding an affordable makeup artist and hair stylist to come on site to my wedding venue- that is until I found Josi. She has such an energetic and welcoming personality. She is organized and responds promptly to your communications. I highly recommend having a trial done before your wedding, to make sure you are happy with the hair style and makeup. One of Josi's assistants, Chantel, actually completed my hair and makeup, as Josi was already booked on my wedding day. I felt I could be honest and open with her about likes and dislikes, and she was more than happy to tweak my style until it was perfect! My curls stayed in all night, even after dancing, and my makeup stayed perfectly all night long. 5 stars!

Josi was amazing! I was married July 9, 2016 in Lititz, and Josi traveled to the nearby Inn at Leola Village for hair for me, my mom, 2 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and the sister of the groom. She arrived right on time, and set-up in an area that was probably less than ideal for what she needed. Josi never let on, and commenced in making all of us absolutely beautiful! I was thrilled with my hair, which was a little different from what we had done at my trial a few months back at my request. The styles she gave to my mom, the bridesmaids, and flower girls were beautiful, and resulted in a look that was unique for each person, and collectively complementary. I could not have been happier and would recommend Josi in a heartbeat!

Josi came to my location and was able to do hair and makeup for myself, my 4 bridesmaids and my mom in just 4 hours. She was amazing and was able to look at a picture and create the look. She was so easy to work with and she was so wonderful! I would recommend Josi to anyone who needs hair and makeup!

Josi did a great job on my hair, as well as 3 other bridesmaids at my best friends wedding! She used the inspiration picture I showed her and then made the hairstyle her own. She was friendly and promptly on time! I definitely recommend Josi!

Josi is fantastic. I had my trial at her salon, and used extensions. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and she was terrific at trying different styles until we found one that I loved. She took photos so she would remember on the day-of. On my wedding day she came to my hotel room to style my hair and 5 others of my bridal party. She was incredibly quick! I had a little meltdown and she was very patient and worked with me until I had the style I wanted. Now seeing our professional photos, my hair was EXACTLY the way I envisioned it and it stayed almost the whole night through (8+ hours). I recommend Josi for your special day - she will deliver!
