ade every single one of the girls feel special and beautiful. All the hair and makeup held up so well throughout the day. I was a bit worried because there were 10 of us needing hair and makeup but they were extremely efficient even with every girl getting to pick her own hair style. Communicating with the team at West Oak was super simple and I loved having the ability to do a trial of both my hair and makeup. Jessica did my bridal hair and she was amazing. After sending her some pictures we selected a style for my trial but ended up changing everything the day of the wedding. After just describing what I wanted she went to work and it was perfect! I am so thankful that I decided to book with Emily and Jessica and their associate Kate!

I literally told her to do what she thought I would look good with and it was beyond what I expected! She is so personable too so you truly feel special getting ready on your day!!! BRIDES BEWARE!! This was not a reliable salon. We had the trial hair day 3 weeks before the wedding and had the bridal party set for hair and makeup on the day of the wedding. The ...
stylist sent a text and canceled as we were leaving for the trial hair appointment and then did not get back to reschedule. The salon was not helpful in reaching out or trying to reset the appointment for trial and we were completely left hanging for hair and make up for the wedding day. All of this was scheduled MONTHS in advance! 3 weeks before a wedding is last minute to make arrangements for a bridal party for hair and makeup. This is extra stress that is not needed by a bride and could have been avoided.

nt. My bridesmaids chose what they wanted to look like with makeup and hair so that they felt their very best standing there beside me. Jessica, Emily, and Kate were completely professional and amazing at their jobs. Jessica did majority of the hair styles while Emily and Kate did majority of the makeup. Emily did my hair and makeup herself. As far as wedding days go mine was relaxed and fun. I never felt stressed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are thinking of booking them DO IT! I had 100% confidence in their capabilities and was beyond extatic with the results. Thank you ladies for making my day that much more blessed!
