West Oaks Farm Market & Event Venue

Levi is a champ!!! He worked with us from afar while we were in Texas trying to select wedding venues. He gave my mother, mother-in-law, and officiant a tour of the facilities and they all reported great things. He then answered my one million questions about the venue very promptly. He is so easy to work with and really goes the extra mile. The venue is beautiful and very well-maintained. It truly has everything you are looking for - getting ready suites, a large indoor space, an outdoor space, rain back-up location, and fireplace. The farm is so scenic and it feels perfectly removed from the business of the city - but is only 10-15 minutes away from downtown Winchester! If all that still doesn’t convince you to choose the West Oaks Farm Market, they have delicious food to offer as well! Local produce, fresh ingredients and more! You can order lunch while you’re getting ready and they cater weddings as well. Finally, Levi worked with us through all the COVID19 craziness. He listened to our concerns and helped us with postponing our wedding and sorting out all the other details. I HIGHLY recommend Levi and the West Oaks venue to all brides and grooms.

West Oaks is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking!! The staff is super friendly and attentive. Levi and the crew helped me so much with prepping for my big day. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! My wedding day was perfect!

West Oaks was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had looked at a handful of other local venues but there was always something that wasn’t right, or it was too expensive, or couldn’t accommodate our guest list, etc. It sounds dramatic but when we walked into West Oaks I actually got the chills and grabbed my husband and said “this is the one!” We loved that it was so close to our home and also that it was a newer venue and not somewhere people had attended weddings at dozens of times before. We thought it would be expensive given that it was brand new, but the price was extremely reasonable. We even included some extras such as having our rehearsal dinner there, bartenders at our reception, and an arbor to get married under and even with those the price was less than half of a lot of other venues. The view is beautiful and the sunset on the property was amazing! We had our ceremony on the patio outside and our reception inside, which was also beautiful. We were wedding planning on a pretty strict budget and one of the things we loved so much about West Oaks was that because it is so beautiful on the inside and outside, we didn’t feel the need to really buy any decorations other than our floral arrangements. The venue had everything we needed- a prep kitchen for our caterers, a spacious bridal suite with full bathroom, a separate place for the groomsmen to get ready...even an extra steamer we could use. They also provided all of our tables and chairs for both the ceremony and reception. ALSO big bonus- all of the wedding party ate a delicious lunch right from their café while we were getting ready. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Some of the girls that worked there even helped my husband and the groomsmen decorate the arbor. We worked closely with Levi and he was so nice and very responsive. He is kind and professional and you can tell he really cares. He had many helpful suggestions and we felt so comfortable and confident our wedding would go smoothly because of him. We loved that it is a local, family-owned business whose passion is apparent in all that they do. I can not recommend West Oaks enough!
