Hill Memorial Chapel - Our beautiful, historic chapel perfect for wedding ceremonies and other occasions! (Max Capacity - 125) * NOTICE: The Joseph A. Hill Memorial Chapel will be closed for renovations beginning July 13, 2023. It will be unavailable for booking until renovations are completed (Approx. April 24, 2024). If you have any questions, or would like more information about our other venues, please feel free to let us know! Legacy Hall @ The Jack B. Kelley Student Center - Our newest event venue, Legacy Hall, offers a large gathering space with modern amenities that are sure to make any event a special one! Great for ceremonies, receptions, or both! (Max Capacity - 400) The Alumni Banquet Facility - The Alumni Banquet Facility houses 3 venues: The Alumni Banquet Hall, The Buffalo Room, and The Isley Terrace. The Alumni Banquet Hall (Max Capacity - 350) provides for a traditional banquet hall that is perfect for receptions, formals, quinceañeras, or any other kind of event! The Buffalo Room and Isley Terrace (Max Capacity - 110) come as a package deal! Together, they provide an intimate indoor space and a gorgeous outdoor oasis that is perfect for any gathering. In addition to our beautiful venues, we offer a variety of additional services to help make your special occasion a success! Thank you for allowing us to have my daughter's wedding reception in the Legacy Hall. It was absolutely the best experience, the staff was so helpful and easy to work with in making this her special day. It was so much fun and held all our family and friends. She told me it turned out better than she could have imagined :)

I cannot say enough great things about our venue and working with WTAMU. They helped make my wedding easy to plan and provided all the answers to my questions. I would highly recommend this place. We used the Alumni Hall for our wedding reception and it provided an open space that was used for eating, gathering and dancing. They helped me live out my dream wedding reception!!

The chapel is perfect for a small wedding. It could held around 120 guests. Buffalo room was absolutely perfect for our wedding reception. It just few minutes away from the chapel and the cater did their job professionally. All the event staff are easy to reach out through e-mail. Will recommend it to friends.

Everything was so easy to set up, schedule, and accommodations were made as necessary. Legacy Hall was a perfect place for our reception and the chapel on campus was absolutely stunning for us!

We had our ceremony at the Joseph A. Hill Memorial Chapel on West Texas A&M University's campus and it was perfect since my husband and I met on that campus. There were a few things that were a bit irritating, such as we assumed that the grass would be mowed since we were having the ceremony outside of the chapel, but since it wasn't the bugs were horrible. The bathrooms inside also hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. I understand that this chapel isn't used on a weekly basis, but I do wish that they would have checked it and prepared for us to be there using it since we did pay for it. I was able to overlook all of these things and I had an incredible and beautiful ceremony with shade due to the big trees and all my closest friends and family to watch Jake and I swear to love and cherish each other for the rest of our lives.

The Joseph A. Hill Memorial Chapel was exactly what I wanted! It was beautiful and quaint with stained glass and beautiful arches. However, the university themselves was not pleasant to work with at all! Reserving and using this venue was the most frustrating part of my whole wedding!
