My coordinator helped us book with Westbank, so overall I feel they were easy to work with in large part due to my coordinator being the main contact during planning. The initial contact I worked with put together a quote with a discount for paying in cash, which allowed me to stay within budget. They were respectful of my preferences and the wedding turned out really beautiful. I will say that who we had worked with is no longer with the company, and when we had our mock-up meeting there was a lot of back and forth and confusion before I was able to pay the final balance after adding a couple rentals. If I had been the primary contact with them, I think I would have become a bit frustrated. But despite this, they were prompt and did execute everything correctly. I am really happy with how everything turned out and would still recommend their services.

We used Westbank Flower Market to provide all the flower arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres for our wedding, and we could not have been happier. They were very receptive to our ideas to make sure that we had everything we needed and just how we wanted it. We did a trial for the centerpieces, and I’m so glad we did because we gave some feedback on wanting the color balance to be different and they pulled off exactly what we described with no issue. Everything was beautiful, and we thank the whole team at Westbank for helping us bring our vision to fruition without completely breaking the bank!

We were beyond pleased with the beautiful arrangements created by Westbank Flower Market for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the wedding reception! Tyler listened carefully to what we wanted and came through with everything we asked for and more. I highly recommend them for any occasion!

We love Westbank! They made my wedding look so beautiful. My husband has also been ordering me flowers from Westbank for years, and I'm always blown away by how beautiful their arrangments are. They're the best florist in Austin.

Keith at Westbank Flower Market nailed the vision my daughter had for her wedding flowers. I am not from Austin so I only got to meet him once to give him the vision we had for the wedding. Walking in and seeing the flowers set up literally brought me to tears. Breath taking and stunning!!

Westbank Flower Market perfectly executed my vision for my wedding florals! I wanted whites, greens, and creams, and they made it even better than imagined. The flower arrangements were varied, creative, and received many compliments from guests. They also smelled amazing! Tyler is excellent to work with and ensures that you are happy. You receive a discount if paying fully in cash. They deliver a floral arrangement about a month before the wedding to make sure that you like the look of them. Overall, we could not have been more impressed!

Tyler at Westbank perfectly executed my vision for my wedding. He was so easy (and fun) to work with, knows what he's talking about, and made me feel so comfortable that I told him my must haves-and then left everything else in his capable hands. And it was perfect. Our bouquets were stunning and the reception florals including a head table hanging garland were gorgeous. I've used Westbank for other events and will always continue to as they really do a fabulous job-no matter what size event.

It is not an understatement that there is not another floral designer anyone should use in Austin other than Tyler with Westbank Flower Market. This weekend he made magic happen, a dream came to life and the vision for my daughter's wedding left us all breathless. From the spectacular bouquets, to the huge urns larger than anything we imagined to an enormous floral ceiling installation, the florals transformed our venue. Only a couple of floral designers in Austin could have pulled this off and, by far, I know we got the best value for all of these items! Thank you, Tyler, for working tirelessly with your whole professional crew from 9am until our ceremony at 7pm. You went above and beyond and I wish I could give you a million stars and not only the five I'm allowed here!

My family and I have been using Westbank Flower Market for over two decades and on my special day, I knew I could trust no one else to create a faerie wonderland for my wedding. Keith and his team are creative geniuses and he brought to life to unreal levels my multi-colored palette with stunning arrangements and all of my favorite flowers. I am so happy that I had a florist who had vision and who got me and my dream wedding.

Keith did such a magnificent job on our flowers! We only needed to meet once in person to go over our needs and vision for the flowers and he completely understood what we wanted and executed it perfectly! It was obvious that a) he's very knowledgeable about his craft and b) he genuinely loves and adores it. I would highly recommend Westbank Flower Market; Keith made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free for us!

Honestly, flowers were my lowest priority. I was planning from way out of town, and Westbank was one of two that I talked to on my trip to Austin about 3 months prior to the wedding. They worked well within our budget and offered a discount for paying cash in full up front. I really gave very little instruction and the flowers were beautiful.

My mom worked with the florist so I wasn't entirely sure what the flowers would look like. When I walked into both the church and the reception, the flowers took my breath away. We worked with Keith and he did a phenomenal job. He was easy to work with and the results were absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about how gorgeous our reception flowers were. When I walked into the reception, I was absolutely stunned at the floral displays. They were more than I could have ever dreamt of, and the flowers smelled heavenly!

Westbank is SUCH a talented group of florists. Not only did they do our wedding, but I have also seen their work at numerous friends' weddings. They are seriously one of the best in town! Amazing work!

We worked with Tyler and he was great! He was very on top with things and even worked with my coordinator to help get things together without me having to tell him or anything. The flowers were very pretty and he was easy going and flexible with my ideas. I asked him to do a "mock-up" of the flowers for the tables and he made a little one which was great. I will say I was disappointed because they ended up using a different vase than we had talked about due to the weight of my flowers, which I understand, but it would have been nice to be told that. Also the centerpieces that were tall were very underwhelming compared to what I thought we had talked about and what I wanted. Overall they were great and very well priced. I would use them again, but just make it more clear what I wanted I suppose.

Westbank provided stunning flowers for a party celebrating our son's wedding over Memorial Day weekend. My husband and I are avid gardeners and beautiful flowers were important to us. Keith and his team at Westbank completely understood our vision and the flowers were exactly what we wanted for our party. They were gorgeous, imaginative, and helped make the party a complete success. Kudos to Westbank!

I was extremely blessed to work with Keith and Connie at Westbank Flower Market. They not only work with me for months on ideas for flowers, but they went above and beyond and put together some of the prettiest flower arrangments I have seen. They work with any budget and give you the most bang for your buck. They make the process so easy. I didn't have a wedding coordinator, but I pulled it off because I had incredible vendors that I trusted to do the job, like Westbank Flower Market. The entire night everyone kept asking who did my flowers and that the colors were perfect! They were a joy to work with and delivered the most beautiful flowers any bride could ask for. Thank you Westbank!

I had such a good experience with Westbank Flower Market. To be honest, I was pretty picky when it came to choosing a florist for my wedding, but the first meeting that I had with Keith was all it took! The pictures of his previous work reveal how gifted he is at crafting beautiful, eye-catching, and unique flower arrangements. He quickly caught on to my vision for our wedding flowers, and he gave me a few new ideas to think about that excellently complimented what my husband and I already had in mind. I felt completely confident in Keith leading up to the wedding, and it was such a joy to get to our venue on the wedding day and see the incredible arrangements! The actual product was even better than I imagined it would be, and I am thrilled with Westbank Flower Market.

After cancelling with my original flower vendor (who could not understand the look I wanted) I contacted Westbank a month before my wedding. Not only were they eager to help but they created BEAUTIFUL arrangements. I gave them several images and that was all they need to turn my vision into a reality. I highly recommend using Keith and his crew at Westbank Flower Market...I can't praise them enough!

All I can say is that Keith Burnham is the best of the best...so creative, fun and reasonable...I'd never use anyone else when I need flowers. He transformed the Blanton Art Museum into a magicala night.

I ordered my bridal bouquet from here and Loved it! I simply told them ideas I had an put my trust in their hands. They listened and delivered. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and were still alive and waiting when I returned from my honeymoon!

Our wedding was really small (25 guests), so I only needed a bouquet, boutonniere, and hair flower. They were booked up when I called, but Connie arranged to fit us in since we only needed a few items and agreed to pick up the flower instead of having them delivered. The bouquet and bout were perfect, but the hair flower was way, way too big. I tried trimming it down, but eventually just clipped out a stephanopolis from my bouquet to wear. The medium sized bouquet was $150, bout $15, orchid $15.
