start with a big thank you to Mary. From the moment we met her for a tour, we knew we were in good hands. She was a wealth of knowledge and helped us throughout the entire process. Sandra was also phenomenal in helping is prepare for the day of, coordinating every last detail. Joaquin was our maître d' and Claudia and Rosy were our bridal attendants. WOW. They absolutely MADE our night!!! They thought of things that never even crossed our minds. They made sure our night was truly about us, and put us first for everything. Not only did they take care of us, but truly cared about the details that mattered to us. You could feel the love and pride they have in making sure our wedding was truly as perfect as it could get. Everything was set up how we imagined. The food was incredible (so many people stopped us throughout the night to compliment the food). The staff wrapped all of our stuff at the end of the night, packed it up and made sure all of our belongings made it on the shuttle with us. When I say we didn't have to worry about anything, I truly mean it. There was no stress knowing my husband and I picked the most amazing venue. We were even lucky enough to have multiple Poppy appearances! It was the best day of our lives, and Westbury Manor is a very big reason for that.

ng at venues and figured I would settle with one of the venues I found. Well, I am so happy I listened to my husband because we fell in love with Westbury manor! From the moment we entered we truly felt like Westbury manor was an extension of our home. Every member of their staff serves with love for their craft of hosting events. From a waitress serving food during cocktail hour to Jerry the owner, every single person we met always had a smile on their face and truly made the biggest effort to make us happy. Jerry, the owner was the reason we had our wedding on a Thursday after he shared his story about his own wedding. I give Jerry so much credit because you can tell he truly loves his venue. There is very few venues on Long Island where the owner is present everyday for every event and Westbury manor is one of those places. Shout out to you Jerry for creating a venue that has become an extension of our home that we never want to let go out. We booked our date with Ian and he was always available answering all my emails and questions with the year and half leading to our wedding. As we got closer we worked with Sandra and she helped me organize and answer any last minute details and questions I may have had. Our bridal assistant Claudia was amazing the day of our wedding, she was always at my serve making sure my husband and I were fed and had drinks and was there to help me with everything I needed help with. Our maitre d Joaquin was so hands on and made sure our event ran so smoothly. I had a list of decor and items I did not want to be missed and Westbury manor made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. I could not find one flaw. The food and drinks were amazing. We haven’t heard one single complaint about our event. If you want to have the best day ever have your wedding at Westbury manor. I’m searching for a reason to have another party at Westbury manor so I could experience their love and hospitality all over again. Thank you Jerry and Westbury manor family for helping make our day so full of love. We are forever grateful for you all!!!!!

eat, and the venue was gorgeous with plenty of photo opportunities outside during our first look with the bridge, koi pond, and water fountain as unique backdrops.  We enjoyed working with our banquet manager, Mary, and both Maitre d Sandra, and Bridal Assistant Susan on our wedding day were fantastic. We had a smaller wedding of about 60 people, and the space outdoors for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and indoors for our reception were just right.  Thank you to Westbury Manor for providing an outstanding venue for what became our dream wedding that had our guests showering us with compliments!

d requests always handled swiftly. I’m so glad I used their services. Mary initially helped us book and Sandra took over after. On the day of the wedding, it was like a movie. Phil and Claudia were PERFECT! I didn’t do a first look so they ensured the groom wouldn’t see me before. They were speaking into their walkie-talkies/ radio, maneuvering me like an action movie. It was awesome! Phil and Claudia were hands on and made sure my husband and I ate and were hydrated so we could keep up with the day. I accidentally lost my phone and they were both on their hands and knees helping me search for it. I was in awe! Rodolfo set up the decor and flowers so beautifully. Food was good too; my husband enjoyed the steak and I enjoyed the oxtail. Honestly, I would recommend Westbury manor to everyone. You can’t go wrong!

With that said, our wedding night could not and would not have been as absolutely PERFECT as it was without our maitre’d and bridal attendant. PHIL AND CLAUDIA!!!!! Omg there are not enough words to thank them for everything they did for us. They provided absolutely top notch service from the second we arrived to the second we left. We always had a drink in our hands, not a single detail went unnoticed, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Claudia got on her HANDS AND KNEES to first bustle my dress, and then later on to put on my reception sneakers and tie them. But more than all of that, they were two of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They were both so funny and personable, and made us feel 100% at ease the second we met them. Their entire team was attentive, kind, generous, and professional. Our night was beautiful, emotional, and more than we ever dreamed of. ing. I was casually collecting a list of venues I wanted to visit for our wedding. Finally we started making appointments. Westbury Manor was the first venue we actually booked for a tour. We did attend a bridal showcase at a different venue, but weren't impressed with it. I saw an ad for WM pricing guide and requested one. I was contacted to schedule a tour and we did, after twice rescheduling. We met with Jenn O'Brien and took a tour of the gorgeous grounds, the elegant rooms, and extensive menus. Jenn was so helpful answering all of our questions and even said they had our date (9/28/25) available! My FH looked at me, asked if I loved it, I said I did, and we booked it on the spot! The price was right, the menus looked phenomenal, the venue is gorgeous...what else is there to see somewhere else?! We have 4 kids between us and work full-time, which means busy schedules all around. There was no need to delay these plans any longer. We feel we are in safe hands with Jenn. I even contacted her to book a corporate event for my job after telling my boss how much I loved it! I will update this review after our wedding, but I imagine I'll only want to add stars to this review!

We cannot emphasize this enough. Planning a wedding from another state has challenges but everyone at Westbury Manor was amazing with communication thus making the process enjoyable. Phil and Claudia went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. We felt like the guests of honor we were supposed to be. Moreover, they treated our parents and bridal party with the highest of respect, care, and love. Any ounce of nerves or worries we had were eliminated. They ensured that our priorities were kept in mind but that every detail of the wedding was executed, perfectly. We truly cannot wait to return to Westbury Manor for future anniversaries and important events. Without Phil, Claudia, and the rest of the staff, we would not have been able to have the wedding of our dreams.

ly wanted to get married in the Hudson Valley, but it was much easier for all our local and out of state guests to get to LI, so we were looking for a mansion venue with a beautiful outdoor area. WM ticked those boxes. We couldn’t help but be slightly concerned over the next year that maybe we had been drawn in by salesmanship and the level of service at our wedding wouldn’t match. We were NOT disappointed. I could go on about a million little things they did right, but I’ll make this relatively brief. Our salesperson was Ian, Sandra helped plan the event, and on the day, Phil (maitre d’) and Claudia (bridal attendant) executed our vision better than we could have imagined while taking care of us. They had everything set up beautifully, and went above and beyond to fix things and find little things we were missing. They kept us and our parties on an impeccable schedule that actually allowed us to start and finish the ceremony early and minutes before the sky opened up. The cocktail hour was seamlessly moved indoors, but it meant everything to us to get our photos in the gardens and the ceremony finished outside. We had some weird asks that I won’t share because I would hate for WM to have to replicate them, although I am sure they would. They delivered on every request. One thing I might mention is that I was slightly concerned sometimes with how easily they agreed to things by saying they were “sure” it “wouldn’t be a problem.” I thought when the time came, surely some of these things would be a problem. None were, and they came through across the board. It was an amazing evening with delicious food and drink, beautiful photos and service, and our party was a banger. Our wedding had more moving parts than most and it exceeded expectations. 10/10 would do it again at WM.

A peacock even made an appearance during the first look outdoors! The grounds are absolutely stunning (especially in late Spring) and provide so many opportunities for amazing photos (fountain, bridge, stairs, courtyard). The venue itself is beautiful and spacious. The Victorian aesthetic enhances the beauty and romantic charm. The dance floor was a great size and the room fit our ~120 guests very comfortably. The reception room is beautifully decorated, as well as the tables. The windows (with option to close curtains) provide great natural light you are having a daytime wedding. The service at Westbury Manor was outstanding from the day 1. All of our guests raved about the food at cocktail hour and could not believe they could choose among seven options for dinner. People kept saying how this was the best food they have had at a wedding and we can attest to this. Westbury Manor and their amazing staff helped make our day perfect and unforgettable. We highly recommend having your wedding here without reservation!

I did a lot of decorations on my own and was worried about things not being set up the way I wanted but when the day came everything was PERFECT. We had Phil as our maitre’d and Claudia as our bridal attendant and they were both incredible. Phil made sure the night ran as smooth as possible while Claudia made sure we ate, drank, and had the best time. Phil and Claudia made it the wedding of our dreams and more. We literally could not have asked for a more perfect day.

honest. This is important when picking a venue as you want to work with people who care about the couple and not just the money. The staff obviously values their couples and their job. It is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with staff who have been there years, which is a good sign! I will next start with my experience visiting venues. I searched all over Jersey, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Other venues offered little, the food I could tell would not be quality, the places were cookie cutter looking, and overpriced. The WBM offers what they do not. It's all about the money with most places. When we got to the WBM, I initially was drawn by their professionalism, honesty, and the beauty of the venue. Two men dressed in butler style attire opened the doors for us. There was a live piano player at the bar to the left. The venue is a Victorian Mansion with wood and decoration and paintings. There are old school phone booths to the right. The waiters are also dressed elegantly. I truly stepped back in time! I love the Victorian era. You are not in a typical catering hall here. This might seem minor, but at other places, the bathrooms look like you're at the airport. Not here. The bathrooms were very elegant too. Your guests will be impressed with the fine quality of everything they see as soon as they enter. The manager took us into the garden. It was spectacular. Fountains, greenery, flowers, little ponds, rocks with waterfalls, peacocks, quaint bridges. You just have to see it for yourself. Now, another thing I noticed at other places was if it is raining, there is no beautiful place for cocktail hour. This is important. The WBM has a gorgeous indoor library and also a sunroom with antique, stained glass windows. So do not worry about bad weather, because the cocktail hour will be gorgeous, not in some corner room like I've seen at other weddings with everyone cramped together. One of the most important things about a wedding is the food. The guests said the food was excellent. The recipes are passed down through generations, so it isn't commercial food. Just eat at the restaurant on a day when it is open, and you'll see how excellent the food is. There was so much good food at the cocktail hour, my guests were blown away. They offer many options and stations which is hard to find now. Our wedding was outside in the garden area on a nice, warm day, which made it stunning as well. The experience was out of a movie. My niece thought she was in the Secret Garden and playing. As for the party, it was a lot of fun, the food was raved about, the service was quality, and there were many options for dinner, not just three. That is also a huge plus. Much is included. The cordial bar was fantastic; guests can get cappuccino and other drinks, not just regular coffee like at most places, and the drinks were good too. You can get different desserts. My Maitre'D Phil, and Bridal Attendant, Claudia, were professional and helped us a lot. He helped decorate the cake with my aunt and make the place look beautiful. I would not pass this place up as the quality is hard to find. Also Sandra worked with us towards the end and is the most patient, kind and helpful person. Everyone was great. Thanks Westbury Manor and Jerry for having us!

We worked along side of Mary and Sandra who both were amazing and so response every step of the way. Anything we needed to make our special day the was we wanted they made sure it happened. The day of our wedding we had Phil as our maître d' and Kelly as my bridal attendant both are exceptional at what they do for a living. Many of our guests were surprised at how much food was offered and are still raving about it all - from cocktail hour to dessert. My only regret is that I didn't have time to eat more but everything was delicious. During my venue search, I worried about having to sacrifice my dream wedding just because we were keeping it small. Most traditional venues had 100+ guest minimum but from our initial meeting with Mary, Westbury Manor offered everything a couple could dream of for their special day. We had a smaller event with 60 guests in the upstairs Hill room and could not be happier with how it turned out. The manor has such a warmth and elegance to it that is beyond compare. The rain stopped just in time for us to get our photos throughout the beautiful gardens. Phil went above and beyond to bring my DIY vision to life and handled things with such care and professionalism. No matter what happened, he never missed a beat and put me at ease so that I could actually enjoy the day. Evelyn always kept a drink in my hand, made sure I was okay, helped with my dress, flowers, etc. I am still over the moon and can't wait to go back for future events. The standard decor they do for the winter was perfect for our wedding. We took some pictures outside in the cold but it was so worth it for the gardens.

like royalty. I had the honor of having the most AMAZING maitre d, Phil and my attendant Teresa. They were a dynamic duo. Freaking impeccable team!!!! Where ever I turned they were there. They completely understood the assignment. I never had to lift a finger or ask a question. They just knew what to do and it’s like they were psychic and read my mind the whole duration of my wedding. Wow. Literally blown away by the 5 star service. It was elegant and Hollywood just how I wanted!!! Execution was perfect. Everything was unbelievable. A total dream.
