I could not have asked for a better venue! Not only was it incredibly beautiful, but the wedding coordinator and all of the other staff we worked with were so unbelievable helpful. From the moment I inquired about the space to beyond our wedding day, we have been met with thoughtfulness, expertise, kindness, and urgency.
The venue was so beautiful and provided lots of space for us to entertain all of our wedding guests. The tables and chairs are such great quality that they elevated the wedding. The giant windows filled the room with natural light and made the room glow during golden hour. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants an absolutely gorgeous wedding!
My husband and I recently had our wedding at Westclox Event Center, and we truly could not have chosen a better venue. From the beautiful historic building to the incredible staff, everything exceeded our expectations.
We had 315 guests, and the venue accommodated everyone comfortably while still feeling warm and inviting. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the space was. The bridal suite was also wonderful and gave us the perfect place to get ready and relax throughout the day.
The biggest reason our day was so successful, however, was our wedding coordinator, Ava. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Throughout the entire day, she continuously checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and somehow always appeared right when we needed her. She truly made us feel like her top priority.
What impressed me most was how she handled unexpected challenges. During our reception, an issue arose with the bar inventory that could have become a major problem for an event of our size. Instead of allowing it to impact our guests or our experience, Ava immediately jumped into action, found solutions, coordinated replacements, and resolved everything incredibly quickly. Most importantly, she handled it all behind the scenes so that my husband and I never had to worry about it or spend a single minute of our wedding day dealing with it.
That level of professionalism is priceless. Anyone can manage an event when everything goes perfectly. The true test is how problems are handled when they arise, and Ava exceeded every expectation. She was organized, proactive, communicative, and genuinely cared about making our day special.
Looking back, I can honestly say that choosing Westclox Event Center was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. The venue is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredible, and the staff truly care about giving couples an amazing experience. We are so grateful to Ava and the entire Westclox team for making our wedding day absolutely perfect.
