We booked Western Motorcoach for our wedding which was originally scheduled for 4/2020. They were very accommodating and allowed us to postpone their services twice, due to the eve...
nt postponement during COVID-19 without any fees. We had originally booked 2 buses but our guest count in 3/21 was dramatically reduced and they allowed us to change the contract to one bus. On the day of the event the bus arrived on-time for all scheduled trips. The bus driver was professional and safe. Would definitely use them again!
The booking process was simple and easy. Paying for the invoice was a little more challenging as they charge a high fee for paying with your card so I had to mail them a check, but...
I thought, OK no problem. Our guests arrived on time and the buses were clean. Where they lost me is that the bus driver felt that he should just leave halfway through our wedding and never return! We had 40 guests, myself (bride) and my husband included, that were stranded at our wedding venue for over 2 hours after the wedding was over. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of anyone and when we finally did, they were rude to me! The bride! Can you believe that? Not to mention that they kept telling us a bus would arrive in 20 minutes, which was NOT the case at all. They gave us half of our money back but I wanted a full refund. Even during the call after our wedding to request a refund, they wouldn't let me get a word in to explain how disappointed I was in their service. While I don't think this level of service is standard, it's a horrible memory I have of my wedding day. I do NOT recommend.
