Jodi, Brad, and the whole McKillip family are incredibly talented caterers and they absolutely deliver when it comes to incredibly delicious food at scale! Over the last year, we've worked with them to develop menus for our 50 head rehearsal and 200 head reception dinner. With only a few phone calls, they made adjustments and accommodations for our food restricted guests and responded thoughtfully to nuances we wanted in our menu. They were responsive and listened to our input, but also provided feedback for what's worked in the past. We felt very heard and the conversations felt like a partnership. Our rehearsal was a beef brisket and pulled pork (with beans, slaw, and a quinoa salad side) which were all out of this world: slow cooked to perfection with a delicious spice mixture plus a bevy of hand picked BBQ sauces. It was a hit with our guests who love BBQ, and there were plenty of vegetarian & gluten free options provided as well. Everyone got enough to eat, and there were killer leftovers. During our cocktail hour, WP laid out an artful spread of cheeses, antipasto, and cured meats with crackers & dips - it kept our guests happy and fed until dinner. I unfortunately didn't get to try this because of photos, but it was all gone when we got back, which was a great sign that it was a hit. For our reception dinner, we opted for their salmon (WP is very careful about sourcing) and grilled chicken which were both cooked to PERFECTION and tasted incredible with McKillip's homemade herb & spice mixtures. For sides they threw together elevated versions of known classics: mashed potatoes with gravy (no joke, life changing gravy), garlic green beans, with green & quinoa salads. I have never loaded up a bigger plate of delicious food in my life, and it just so happened to be our wedding meal. Good lord it was delicious, and you could genuinely tell with each bite that Jodi & Brad go above and beyond to source quality ingredients, and when those are combined with their expertise you get to reap the benefit of an excellent meal at an insanely reasonable price from really nice and hardworking people. They also ran NA beverage (ice water, mint lemonade) and coffee service (crucial for the dance floor) for the event as well. We were so overjoyed with everything, the feedback we got from our guests was overwhelmingly positive. We're happy to share to anyone considering WP Catering, that the McKillip family is truly a family of professionals - and you should absolutely hire McKillip's Western Pacific Catering to cater your wedding or any event at that. Best food we could have had at our wedding! They were amazing with communicating their set-up and all of our options. We had a few guests that had dietary restrictions and they were happy to put our minds at ease and make adjustments. Everyone was so impressed by the on-site bbq and they even offered to make up to-go boxes with leftovers for me and my new husband to bring to the hotel for the wedding night (which was perfect after such a long day!) We had bbq chicken, a tri-tip carving station, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, rolls, and salad- every single bite was delicious and full of flavor. Would absolutely recommend them for any event!

Jodi and Brad did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. The food was just so incredible. Everyone was just raving about how delicious the barbecue was. We had tri tip and smoked salmon, mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, spinach salad, french green beans and dinner rolls. They also did a beautiful appetizer selection. Jodi knows her stuff and had great ideas and really helped me as a bride make decisions. The highest reviews for western pacific. We’ll use them next time we have an event!

Oh my gosh! Food to die for! Jodi was a pleasure to communicate with, as well as amazing friendly! The food was over the moon, full of flavor and delicious! We were not able to taste before hand but there is no need too! They know what their doing! We got the Tri-tip and lemon chicken! So juice and perfect! Thank you guys so much for making everyone’s tummy full of delicious food! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone!
