I just had my wedding here on 8/10/24. Westfields golf club has my highest recommendation. 10/10. From the pavilion & ballroom, to the food, service, and coordination; the day was beautiful and seamless thanks to the Westfields staff. Ashley, the event coordinator at Westfields, is one of the best coordinators I have ever worked with. She is phenomenal at her job. In the past year of planning this day with her she has been responsive, kind, and confident in the answers to all of my questions and let me know what typically works best when I needed guidance. I fully trusted her and felt so comfortable knowing I could depend on her to run the show. And that she did. Thank you to Ashley and the Westfields staff for making our day absolutely perfect. Could not recommend a place or person more.

It was a dream to have our wedding reception at Westfields Golf Club. Ashley was phenomenally efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative - she made the planning process and the day-of as easy as could be. Fatima was a huge professional help the day-of, as well. The outdoor pavilion was gorgeous and perfect for cocktail hour, and the banquet hall fit all of our 150 guests comfortably, with our band displayed in front of the incredible windows. The food was excellent, and it was so nice not to have to coordinate an additional vendor with an off-site caterer. All of the staff was friendly & professional, and there was a great flow between indoor & outdoor spaces for our June wedding day.

Westfields Golf Club totally blew us away! Ashley was absolutely incredible every step of the way! She answers emails promptly, knows the answer to any questions, eases any stress you may have around wedding planning, and is just a pleasure to work with. Ashley created a perfect wedding day schedule for us and took care of everything, so we had nothing to worry about on wedding day! She is highly recommended by many vendors as well and is so easy to work with! Fatima was new to Westfields around the time of our wedding, but was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable on the wedding day. The venue is awesome and was the perfect space for our special day! Highly, highly recommend this venue!

I can not say enough great things about Ashley and Juliette. They were so easy to work with while planning our wedding. They accommodated all of our requests and had top of the line communication. The venue is beautiful and well kept. We are so glad we chose this venue to have our wedding. We got quotes from over 10 venues, and after our first introductory conversation with Ashely we knew this was the place for us. The food was very good. That was important to us and we got many compliments on the food. Juliette was crucial the day of, she was our coordinator and helped everything run smoothly. We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding!

Ashley and Juliette were great to work with! Total professionals throughout the entire wedding planning process and promptly answered any questions we had during planning. They were also super helpful the day of! The venue was affordable and perfect for the size we had (about 100 people). Can’t recommend enough!

I have nothing but good things to say about Ashley and Juliette and Westfields as a whole. Our wedding day went perfectly Juliette kept us on schedule and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Ashley was always willing to answer our questions and was very responsive. We had about 170 people for our June wedding and the space ended up being perfect. We had room for the dance floor and all of our tables. I would recommend Westfields to anyone!

The staff as Westfields Golf Club was nothing short but amazing! Ashley was an enormous help with the planning, and the day of coordination! My wife and I had an amazing time and so did our family! Food and beverage options were wonderful. Loved both having to get lots of outside caterers. The scenery was also beautiful in our pictures

OUTSTANDING! Everything was fantastic- food was delicious, bar was wonderful, service team the day of was so helpful. The wedding coordinator, Ashley, was an absolute GODSEND. She treated us like we were her family. She is so knowledgeable about everything-she made really helpful suggestions and just made the process so smooth. Because of Ashley and her team, I (Mother of the bride) was actually able to enjoy myself! She kept the schedule on time, and I didn't have to think about anything but enjoying the evening. Also, the location is gorgeous. We had a November wedding and the trees and golf course, etc. were such a stunning backdrop. The whole vibe was understated elegance.

We got married at Westfields Golf Club and couldn’t have been happier!! The facility is beautiful and feels so welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful and well-kept, providing some gorgeous backdrops for wedding photos….but most of all, Ashley and Juliette went above and beyond to make this day truly special!! Ashley was so amazing throughout the entire planning process and never missed a beat - she kept us on track and provided great recommendations! Ashley and Juiet was amazing they did the set up and break down and made the day flow so easy….. I doesn’t help that this place is beautiful I would get married every weekend if I could that’s have much fun we had the bartender was amazing and the food too.

I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing Westfields Golf Club was as our wedding venue. It is truly the best decision we made for our wedding. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception area are all beautiful. We loved that the ceremony area was under a covered pavilion as we had no worries about heat or rain the day of since the pavilion can accommodate pretty much any weather. The food was amazing and guests loved it! The best part of our experience with the venue was our wedding coordinators Ashley and Juliette! I cannot express enough how amazing they are. They are super professional, organized and calm. Without Ashley and Juliette their on the day of our wedding, things would not have gone as smoothly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute questions and requests. They were so prepared the day of and did an amazing job setting up the decor we provided for the venue with little guidance and no intervention from me. They also packed up our decor at the end of the night. I was entirely comfortable with them coordinating our event. Juliette made sure my husband and I ate the day of the wedding. She even helped my maid of honor bustle my dress! My family could not stop complimenting Ashley and Juliette for their professionalism leading up to the wedding and the day of. They were very cordial and friendly when interacting with our guests. They both really helped make our wedding day extra special and put us at ease on our big day! I truly cannot thank them and Westfields Golf Club enough for their support on one of the biggest days of our lives.

We had our wedding at Westfield in July 2023 and the place is absolutely amazing. They not only know how to throw a great party but also do such a good job in the planning process. Everything was running smoothly and best of all is the staff. Every single person is so great there and I can only recommend that you book your wedding at Westfield.

The indoor space had a lot of natural light, so we didn't feel the need to decorate too much because the scenery outside was beautiful. We paid the $300 coordinator fee and it was so worth it – Julia and Ashley were so wonderful throughout this entire process. Ashley, the lead coordinator, was also really helpful and flexible throughout the entire planning process. One reason that Westfields worked especially well for us is that they allowed outside food from licensed vendors. We really wanted to be able to provide Indian and Filipino food (I'm Filipino and my husband is Indian). The food was amazing! We got Indian food from Jaipur Royal Indian Cuisine and Filipino food from Filipino Global Supermarket.

We cannot say how AMAZING Westfields Golf Club was for our wedding. Easily the best vendor on our entire team. Ashley was beyond fantastic in ensuring all the details were perfect, even through three years of rescheduling due to Covid and military deployment. The grounds are beautiful and the ballroom was the perfect size for our wedding of just under 100 guests. The places to take photos were numerous. The food was SO good and there was A LOT of it. Our guests just couldn't stop raving about the buffet and bar, and even the prime rib which can sometimes be tough to cook for a huge crowd. I accidentally stepped on the back of my dress during our first dance, and I fell on my knee and the zipper seam ripped. Ashley was right there in the back room with my mom making sure I had ice, water, and even helped my mom with getting it sewn together until we could figure out a plan B. She worked with our coordinator to make sure that the timeline adapted and kept moving so my guests had no idea anything was wrong while also making sure I didn't miss out on any special moments of our reception. I cannot recommend Westfields Golf Club and Ashley enough for making our wedding dream come true! Thank you!

Westfields golf club was the perfect venue for our wedding reception, but the whole experience was made stress free and flawless by their director/coordinator Ashley Clarkin. Ashley was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The staff also did an amazing job making our reception an unforgettable experience. On the day of our wedding, the staff completely decorated the venue for us and the product was beyond our expectations. Thanks for making our wedding day so special and letting us have the day to focus on friends and family by seamlessly coordinating a wonderful reception.

Westfields Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. The property is stunning, but what really makes it special are the people. We worked with Ashley Clarkin throughout the process of planning our wedding. She was always extremely responsive, positive, and willing to problem solve with us. When the wedding day arrived, we were able to focus on getting married and being with loved ones because we fully trusted that everything else had been taken care of by the venue's staff. As someone who works in the wedding business, I've seen a lot of venues and met a lot of wedding coordinators. What you get at Westfields is on par (golf course pun intended) with or exceeds any other venue in the area.

Westfield Golf Club was a perfect venue. The place is beautiful and elegant. The staff was friendly, helpful, and organized. Ashley and Juliette did an amazing job coordinating everything from the ceremony to the reception. I had no complaints. The food was delicious and the serving staff was attentive. My husband and I are extremely happy that we chose Westfield. Their pricing was very reasonable, we opted for a Friday wedding which worked out perfect for our intimate wedding. I highly recommend Westfield.

Ashley and Juliette (our day-of coordinators) were super professional. All my decorations were set up perfectly! They kept very good track of the timeline, and made my wedding seamless. We forgot to bring our tea set for the tea ceremony. They immediately pulled out multiple tea cups for me to choose from as replacement, and handled the crisis nicely! Their in-house cater served great food; we received a lot of compliments from our guests. They were also super quick on breakdown; all my stuff were stored and packed very well when we brought it home. The golf course was closed during our wedding, so we had the place to ourselves. Their pavilion offers shades and is surround by trees, which was great for the outdoor ceremony on a hot late summer wedding like ours.

Westfields held our wedding reception and they were so easy to work with from start to finish. Ashley and her staff were extremely responsive, amenable to all of our ideas, paid attention to all the details we provided, and made accommodations for our guests as requested. The staff guided us through the day, attended to our needs, and we were ahead of/on schedule the entire time for our reception. The reception venue was decorated beautifully and the golf course provided scenic backdrops for photos. We highly recommend Westfields for your big day!!

Where to begin! As a professional event manager, I can easily say that my wife and I could not have asked for a better experience from Westfields Golf Club. To start, the venue was not only exceptional (and just the right size for our medium-sized wedding), but Westfields’ wedding package was also an outstanding deal. We cannot overstate how valuable it was to our time and sanity to have multiple critical services centrally managed by Ashley Clarkin and her competent, experienced team. Rather than having to coordinate separate vendors for a reception venue, catering, beverage service, several large décor pieces, linens, and even some small décor, Westfields was able to provide us with all these services (and more), giving us everything we needed (and nothing that we didn’t!). Ashley Clarkin and her team are exceptional. Despite our attempts to avoid doing so and despite our attempts to not be “difficult” clients, inevitably, we found ourselves changing our minds last minute over small (and one or two large!) details, asking random questions, trying to squeeze in a few last-minute guests on the day of the deadline for final guest numbers, etc. Ashley and her team responded to our questions and changes (and there were many!) with grace, poise, and flexibility. She also served as an outstanding point of contact for outside vendors such as our florist, our photographer, our band, and our cake vendor. Beyond being a logistical and organizational genius, she also has an exceptional creative eye…once she had all the pieces together, from the cake to large and small décor to flowers, she arranged the look of the reception into a cohesive, aesthetically stylistic, and visually beautiful whole. We had a vision in our mind with what we wanted our guests to see and feel when they walked into the reception for the first time, but what you imagine vs. what you end up getting doesn’t always align. Ashley managed to take our breath away. And she and her team managed the day-of schedule and timeline perfectly, adapting or re-arranging with great skill if things ran behind schedule; nothing had to be skipped, every special moment we asked for was included, and our guests have been raving to us about the event. My wife was especially moved when Ashley, having noticed that she’d slipped out to the bridal suite during dinner, knocked on the door and helped her fix some stray hairs on her updo. Her care and concern were never clearer than at that moment. Kudos, also, to Ashley’s assistant, Juliette. She graciously kept us supplied with water on the sticky golf cart ride to grab sunset photos, and thoughtfully held on to my wife’s glasses while we posed for photos! Thank you Westfields, Ashley, and company for making our wedding day perfect!

Recommend Westfields to anyone in the greater DC/NoVA region! Ashley and her team are first-rate and make the process easy and straight-forward. In addition, we highly recommend Ashley for the on-site coordination she offers as well; helped everything go smoothly and the decorations she helped us with looked amazing! Beautiful ceremony venue with the outdoor pavilion surrounded by trees (and covered in case of inclement weather), fun cocktail hour on the outdoor deck and reception indoors (excellent balance). Talaat and the food/beverage staff are also super nice to their customers and want to make sure you have a memorable time. Definitely worth your time to visit and meet with them!

We had an amazing wedding at Westfields Golf Club! The venue is beautiful and the price was very reasonable relative to other venues in the area. But most importantly, Ashley from the venue was so amazing to work with. She was super responsive and patient with us, and she was very, very accommodating on our many numerous requests. She made the process so much less stressful for us. I'd highly recommend the venue!

Westfields was the best decision we could've made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Ashley, our wedding coordinator was so amazing to work with. She is so kind, a pro at her job, and helped us with all the details. She is super efficient at getting back in response to any questions or requests, and working with both her and her assistant (also named Ashley) was such a pleasure and breeze. We didn't need to worry about anything on the actual wedding day. They made sure everything flowed perfectly. Our guests loved the venue and they especially commented that it was the best flowing and organized wedding they had ever been to. Thank you SO much for making our day perfect, Ashley and Ashley!!!!

Westfields Gold Club is a beautiful spot to get married! It fit perfectly in our budget and is beautiful! The location is pretty secluded so the outside is quiet, and the ball room has large arched windows that are a show stopper! All my guests really enjoyed the space. Unfortunately it was cold on our wedding day (50 degrees in late May!) and it was drizzling so we had to have cocktail hour inside rather than on the patio which was my dream. But not a single guest complained! Ashley was our point of contact to prepare for our wedding as well as our day of coordinator and she did an amazing job! She was able to accommodate all our hopes and needs. I can’t stress enough how amazing our reception was because of her!

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley Clarkin and her assistant (also named Ashley ) as well as the entire team at Westfields Golf Club. My wedding day was truly the best day ever! My wedding was suppose to be last year, but due to Covid, we decided to postpone. Ashley calmed me down as I cried on the phone, stayed in close contact to make sure we stayed on track with planning- asked important questions to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything and made me feel like royalty the day of my wedding. They had every little detail handled for us so we truly could just enjoy our special day. When asked " what would you change about your wedding day?"- my answer is nothing. Everything was PERFECT!! I'm so happy we chose Westfields Golf Club as our venue for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our guests had a blast and so did we :)

Ashley and her assistant Ashley were amazing. Throughout the whole process from touring the venue until after the wedding they were both extremely responsive to all my questions. The venue itself is reasonably priced with open bar included in the food packages. The ceremony space is a covered pavilion which was great on a hot August day. The best part was that they took care of everything for me! I dropped off all my decorations the day before and they set it all up and packed it all back up afterwards. I wasn't very specific in telling them what I wanted so they took it and ran with it. I couldn't have done it better myself! They also made sure to take care of me and my groom during the reception. Ashley got us a plate of food from the cocktail hour so we could have some when we finished pictures and then we had plates waiting for us at our table to eat while everyone else was getting their food. And the food was sooo good. They made it easy to get married even with COVID and took special precautions. All the staff were wearing masks and they had staff serving the food (even though it was a buffet). I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and we are so glad we picked Westfields.

The ceremony area is absolutely gorgeous and the cocktail hour and reception space had everything we could have ever wanted. The food was delicious and the service was great. Ashley and her team are incredible! We felt confident from the first time walking into the venue and meeting with Ashley that we would be thrilled with having our wedding at Westfields and we were not mistaken. From many questions throughout the planning process and decorating the venue exactly how we wanted, Ashley and her team were so positive and helpful to create our dream day. We received so many compliments on every aspect of the venue throughout the night. I would highly recommend Westfields to anyone having a wedding!

Amazing venue with wonderful staff!! My husband and I came to them three weeks before our wedding date after experiencing complications with our original venue. They were able to accommodate almost every request and provided us with detailed information regarding what amenities and services were included with the venue. They were extremely understanding of every aspect of our vision for the wedding, were very easy to work with, were quick to respond to all of our questions, and were indispensable on the day of the event. Our wedding ended up being an amazing success and we received a lot of compliments from our guests and even our other vendors!! They exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be any happier with our decision to choose them to host our wedding!!

There is not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. Not only is the venue beautiful, the staff is exceptional and the food is outstanding. Everyone raved about all the food from the weekend — the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour appetizers and the dinner. No boring wedding food here. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they made everything easy and painless. They understood it wasn’t an easy decision and wanted to make sure we could do what was best for us. When our wedding day finally arrived, we had a bunch of last minute issues that Ashley handled with the most amazing grace and support. She wanted to make sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect and had solutions for us (even offered to do things we didn’t think were possible). She was there to answer any last minute questions (or random questions months away from the event). She had an answer, solution or suggestion for every situation. On the day of the event, she made everything run smoothly. She was even helping bustle my dress and fixing a hook on it, when we needed it. If you use Westfields, you absolutely need her to handle the day of coordination. Some people think using someone associated with the venue means they will only look out for the venue and not put you first, that is absolutely not true here. The venue absolutely lives up to the Marriott name and quality. But even more importantly, it is prettier than any hotel (and means amazing photos) and they do not nickel and dime you. A lot is included with what you pay for and they are so flexible. They were able to accommodate many dietary restrictions with no issue, egg allergy and celiac (even for a child). There was no additional charge for a signature cocktail and my husband was able to request a special drink. We were able to add options for entrees and add appetizers to our package with very reasonable charges. We toured some many venues and compared and honestly, having the wedding at Westfields made sense financially compare to other full service venues in the area and after the event, I honestly can’t image any venue being better.

I cannot say enough nice things for the reception and the coordinator Ashley! When we came to visit, the setting seemed just the right size for our wedding (around 100, which ended up being closer to 60 day of), and was beautiful! Their packages also are quite reasonable for the area for anyone looking for the all inclusive types of venues. Ashley immediately put me to ease with her knowledge of the location and wedding stuff in general, and never seemed to get tired of my endless (and sometimes repeated) questions over the year between booking and the event. She is worth every penny to have her coordinate!

I could not have picked a better place for our wedding venue. Not only is Westfield's so picturesque but the food and drinks are amazing!! Ashley and her team are also fantastic. I never was stressed or worried about a thing prior to my day. She is unbelievably responsive and literally takes care of every detail you could have forgotten about. I could not have asked for a more perfect day. My husband are I are so grateful.

We had a fantastic experience here for our wedding. Our day-of-coordinator, Ashley, was so nice, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. The venue was clean and lovely looking. There are some really great spots outside for wedding photos. The food was good, but honestly it wasn’t anything special. The pricing packages for catering and rentals were reasonable compared to many of the other venues we considered. My only critical point would be that the room that serves as the bridal suite for getting ready was more like a storage room overfilled with furniture. Not a great place for getting ready or for photos, so I suggest getting ready at home or at a hotel. Overall, we loved having our wedding at Westfields Golf Club and would highly recommend it!

Ashley and the Westfields staff were AMAZING to work with! They went above and beyond both while we were still planning and the night of our reception. Anytime my husband and I had any questions or concerns in the months leading up to our wedding, Ashley was always very friendly, understanding, and very quick with all of her responses! When we came to drop off our supplies and then set up some things, she was incredibly patient and calming while I ran around giving last minute instructions not only to my husband but to her as well. They were accommodating for all of our quirky requests and helped us figure out solutions to problems that we never even thought to consider. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend getting married at Westfields! The venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was perfect. Everyone we met there was accommodating, and they made our decorations look even better than we expected. We had a vision for the day, and they made everything work. Westfield Golf Club was perfect for our wedding venue. It held as advertised the number of guests. Ashley the event coordinator is remarkable. The meetings ahead of time to seek what we wanted, the scheduling of events she was ontop of it all. The venue is beautiful and there was great flow from the ceremony to cocktail area and reception. They are very flexible in terms of food. We were able to bring in our own hors d'oeuvre. The reception food was delicious. I would recommend this to other couples looking to get married. The staff was on point and very flexible.

We felt like the prices were really reasonable compared to other venues in the area in our opinion and we just loved the ease of the entire planning process. They were so accommodating to letting me come by at any point to look at the space, get ideas and run questions by Ashley and her team. I would be remiss if I did not also give a huge shout out to Ashley and her team. She was so quick to respond to any questions we had, was able to help suggest ideas to help bring our vision together and was just such a calm personality to have around day of! She also made the space look like a dream and was able to take the boxes of decorations I brought and truly make the space a wedding wonderland when I had no idea how to tie it all together. I cannot say enough great things about our entire experience and would highly recommend this venue and Ashley to anyone!

Our wedding went perfectly, thanks in part to the people at Westfields. It was all just so easy. We were allowed to bring in all our stuff (decorations, favors, etc) in the week leading up to the wedding, so there was no mad dash morning of. We also were allowed to leave stuff the night of, meaning we all were able to relax after the reception. They and the vendor's worked seamlessly. They were always incredibly helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. Of course, the venue itself is beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. They took very good care of us leading up to and during the entire affair. And for the area we live in, the price was incredibly reasonable.

We've gotten so many compliments on the venue, the great staff and amazing food! Truly words can not explain how great this venue is! I love that they do everything for you so we only had to bring in flowers and the cake. Ashley was our amazing coordinator and took care of everything for us so we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding! They also gave us a military discount so of course this venue was a slam dunk and I'm so glad we picked it!

I had a BEAUTIFUL ceremony and reception here. I had 110 guests and we fit comfortably. The staff was very helpful and helped me personalize the venue exactly how I wanted to. I was able to get outside catering and bring in my own decorations. For a reasonable cost, I would highly recommend this venue for both the ceremony and reception.

If you book here for no other reason, book for Ashley. She went above and beyond to make our day easy and the reception was absolutely beautiful. Everything went off without a hitch and the grounds were lovely. Ashley was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process.

Westfields Gold Club hosted our wedding on October 20th, 2017. I don’t even know where to begin! First, I want to say thank you to Ashley and her team for going above and beyond for us. They were truly outstanding and talented. They made my planning process so much easier and enjoyable. From the very beginning she was always very responsive and professional. Ashley and her team fully decorated the reception area, she took notes and implemented my vision exactly as promised and how I wanted it. Second, big thank you for the venue management. You have an amazing team and staff that work for you. I got lots of compliments from my guests regarding staff, bartenders and Ashley. This venue was perfect for us. Third, the venue itself comfortably fit our 100 guests. Our ceremony was held at the pavilion, even though it was sunny on the day of our wedding, I would have had no worries for the bad weather. Cocktail Hour took place on the little deck that is attached to the main area, and main reception took place in the main building. This Golf Club has very beautiful picture scenes. We took lots of family photos by the big stone stairs and in front of the beautiful small lake in front of the property. They also have the most reasonable prices for Open bar and very nice selection of liquor! I would strongly suggest for any Bride to consider this venue for your wedding, it has everything! Take a tour and you will see for yourself of how beautiful it is. We chose Westfields Golf Club for our ceremony and reception venues. I couldn't be happier with our choice. Jason initially showed us the venue and sold my husband on it when he said that the groom and groomsmen get a free round of golf the day before or morning of the wedding. Ashley worked with my mom and me for the rest of the planning process and I couldn't ask anything more from her. She responded promptly to all my questions and coordinated with the other vendors. I did not notice any hiccups the day of the wedding and Ashley had everything running smoothly!

I don’t even know where to start! Westfields Gold Club was an AMAZING venue to work with!!!! Not only is it gorgeous with amazing scenery (especially in the fall with the leaves changing), the people were so phenomenal to work with! I worked closely with Ashely Clarkin (Wolfe) as my day-of coordinator! Which, I HIGHLY recommend. For the price of the day of coordinator, it is worth every penny for your piece of mind for things to run smoothly on your special day! Ashley was absolutely perfect! I boxed everything up for her with my decorations with directions, and everything came out the way I imagined! She helped keep my on track with when things needed to be completed. On the day of, she was amazing and helped keep everything on time! My day went perfect/smoothly because of her! As for the venue itself, I absolutely LOVED it! I thought it was soooo pretty for a fall wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and I had many people tell me how much they enjoyed their meals. The pricing for Westfields is very reasonable for the high quality food and drinks menu. The layout was great to work with and perfect size for my 150 person wedding! I highly recommend this venue to every and anyone!!!

We fell in love with Westfields after seeing their intro video and seeing it in person was even better. We had out wedding at Westfields September 26 2015. The backdrop is beautiful, the food is delicious (yes, I ate at my wedding), the staff is wonderful, and the onsite coordinators Audrey and Ashley were simply amazing. Audrey really made a big impression on me when we first met, she was so knowledgeable and understanding of the stress of planning such a big event. Our guests keep telling us how amazing our wedding was, the food being amazing and the venue being so beautiful. Friends have even asked for contact information to look at for their weddings. By far the best golf club venue in Northern Virginia and perfect for anyone looking for an outdoor ceremony with the covered pavilion. Book early!

Westfields Golf Club is underrated as a wedding venue in Northern Virginia. It is truly the perfect venue for a smaller wedding and allows everything to be at one location without having it all happen in the same room. We took advantage of that and had the ceremony in the pavilion, the cocktail hour on the big deck, and then the reception in the main clubroom. Aside from that, the golf club is just very pretty. It is set far back from anything else and is a beautiful building from the exterior. The trees were just hitting peak color, so there was several perfect locations for photos before and after the ceremony. Oh, and the wall of windows in the clubroom allow lots of natural light and give a great open feel to the space. Most importantly, I knew I could trust the quality of service to be spectacular, as I have come to expect with the Marriott brand. Don't let the Marriott name fool you though, because this venue does not feel the least bit commercialized, and we selected it for many reasons, including the fact that they only have one wedding a day. Audrey was one of the nicest and most honest people we met with during our search for a wedding venue, and we instantly felt at ease with her. She was extremely flexible with my very inflexible work schedule and was timely in her e-mail responses. She obviously takes great pride in the venue and her job, and it shows from top to bottom. She literally bent over backwards to prove it to us. In fact, she never uttered the word "no" to us during any part of the planning process. For the price, we feel that the value is absolutely there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue in the area. We promise you won't be disappointed!

Everything about our experience with Westfields Golf Club was top of the line A plus. We relied heavily on Audrey at the club for vendor recommendations and whenever we were just unsure about something ..."let's ask Audrey, she will know" and she did! We had the wedding we had always wanted and everything turned out just perfectly. The venue itself is beautiful. The exterior is gorgeous and the interior has tons of natural light coming in and a deck off of the main ballroom area overlooking the golf course. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the outdoor pavilion they have on site and it was BEAUTIFUL. I also coordinated a groomsmen golf outing for my husband the day before the wedding. Again, everything was smooth sailing and the boys had a super fun time. All three of our planned wedding events at the Golf Club were wonderful, but we were truly blown away by the kindness of Audrey and Jason and the entire staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of before during and even after the events. They are simply the best. We cannot say enough nice things about them and will recommend them whenever we can. Thank you Audrey, Jason, and Westfields Golf Club staff for helping make our wedding weekend so fantastic!

This venue was perfect. I had a good sized wedding (160) and this fit everyone very comfortably. It ended up raining on my wedding so choosing the covered pavilion for the ceremony was perfect. The guests even commented that hearing the rain made everything seem peaceful. Audrey was amazing, she was always there when I needed her. Her and her husband Jason worked with us for the rain plan and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone loved the reception site, and one of my favorite parts is the actual built in bar. I think it looks a lot better than just the table. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking in the Clifton/NOVA area.
