She not only provided incredibly helpful insight on the venue, food choices and scheduling, but also took the time to understand our vision and really work with us to customize a package that fit our needs perfectly. We never felt pressured to select specific options and packages, we felt that Ashley tried to understand our vision and made it come to life. To stay say's organized is an understatement. Our guests loved the venue and easy flow of the space. The next morning, Westfields had everything back in boxes for us so it was a breeze to pick up our decorations afterwards.

A day of coordinator is included in the wedding package at a very reasonable rate and really made things easy for us! Food - This is included with the venue and we were very happy with how this turned out. It simplified the planning quite a bit and I felt the quality was as good or better compared to other weddings we'd been to. Pricing - The venue is an incredible value compared to the other similar venues we looked at! They were flexible with us on customizing different aspects of the package.

The outdoor pavilion was gorgeous and perfect for cocktail hour, and the banquet hall fit all of our 150 guests comfortably, with our band displayed in front of the incredible windows. The food was excellent, and it was so nice not to have to coordinate an additional vendor with an off-site caterer. All of the staff was friendly & professional, and there was a great flow between indoor & outdoor spaces for our June wedding day.

We loved that the ceremony area was under a covered pavilion as we had no worries about heat or rain the day of since the pavilion can accommodate pretty much any weather. The food was amazing and guests loved it! The best part of our experience with the venue was our wedding coordinators Ashley and Juliette! I cannot express enough how amazing they are. They are super professional, organized and calm. Without Ashley and Juliette their on the day of our wedding, things would not have gone as smoothly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute questions and requests. They were so prepared the day of and did an amazing job setting up the decor we provided for the venue with little guidance and no intervention from me. They also packed up our decor at the end of the night. I was entirely comfortable with them coordinating our event. Juliette made sure my husband and I ate the day of the wedding. She even helped my maid of honor bustle my dress! My family could not stop complimenting Ashley and Juliette for their professionalism leading up to the wedding and the day of. They were very cordial and friendly when interacting with our guests. They both really helped make our wedding day extra special and put us at ease on our big day! I truly cannot thank them and Westfields Golf Club enough for their support on one of the biggest days of our lives.

so worth it – Julia and Ashley were so wonderful throughout this entire process. Ashley, the lead coordinator, was also really helpful and flexible throughout the entire planning process. One reason that Westfields worked especially well for us is that they allowed outside food from licensed vendors. We really wanted to be able to provide Indian and Filipino food (I'm Filipino and my husband is Indian). The food was amazing! We got Indian food from Jaipur Royal Indian Cuisine and Filipino food from Filipino Global Supermarket.

even through three years of rescheduling due to Covid and military deployment. The grounds are beautiful and the ballroom was the perfect size for our wedding of just under 100 guests. The places to take photos were numerous. The food was SO good and there was A LOT of it. Our guests just couldn't stop raving about the buffet and bar, and even the prime rib which can sometimes be tough to cook for a huge crowd. I accidentally stepped on the back of my dress during our first dance, and I fell on my knee and the zipper seam ripped. Ashley was right there in the back room with my mom making sure I had ice, water, and even helped my mom with getting it sewn together until we could figure out a plan B. She worked with our coordinator to make sure that the timeline adapted and kept moving so my guests had no idea anything was wrong while also making sure I didn't miss out on any special moments of our reception. I cannot recommend Westfields Golf Club and Ashley enough for making our wedding dream come true! Thank you!

less. We forgot to bring our tea set for the tea ceremony. They immediately pulled out multiple tea cups for me to choose from as replacement, and handled the crisis nicely! Their in-house cater served great food; we received a lot of compliments from our guests. They were also super quick on breakdown; all my stuff were stored and packed very well when we brought it home. The golf course was closed during our wedding, so we had the place to ourselves. Their pavilion offers shades and is surround by trees, which was great for the outdoor ceremony on a hot late summer wedding like ours.

s not only exceptional (and just the right size for our medium-sized wedding), but Westfields’ wedding package was also an outstanding deal. We cannot overstate how valuable it was to our time and sanity to have multiple critical services centrally managed by Ashley Clarkin and her competent, experienced team. Rather than having to coordinate separate vendors for a reception venue, catering, beverage service, several large décor pieces, linens, and even some small décor, Westfields was able to provide us with all these services (and more), giving us everything we needed (and nothing that we didn’t!). Ashley Clarkin and her team are exceptional. Despite our attempts to avoid doing so and despite our attempts to not be “difficult” clients, inevitably, we found ourselves changing our minds last minute over small (and one or two large!) details, asking random questions, trying to squeeze in a few last-minute guests on the day of the deadline for final guest numbers, etc. Ashley and her team responded to our questions and changes (and there were many!) with grace, poise, and flexibility. She also served as an outstanding point of contact for outside vendors such as our florist, our photographer, our band, and our cake vendor. Beyond being a logistical and organizational genius, she also has an exceptional creative eye…once she had all the pieces together, from the cake to large and small décor to flowers, she arranged the look of the reception into a cohesive, aesthetically stylistic, and visually beautiful whole. We had a vision in our mind with what we wanted our guests to see and feel when they walked into the reception for the first time, but what you imagine vs. what you end up getting doesn’t always align. Ashley managed to take our breath away. And she and her team managed the day-of schedule and timeline perfectly, adapting or re-arranging with great skill if things ran behind schedule; nothing had to be skipped, every special moment we asked for was included, and our guests have been raving to us about the event. My wife was especially moved when Ashley, having noticed that she’d slipped out to the bridal suite during dinner, knocked on the door and helped her fix some stray hairs on her updo. Her care and concern were never clearer than at that moment. Kudos, also, to Ashley’s assistant, Juliette. She graciously kept us supplied with water on the sticky golf cart ride to grab sunset photos, and thoughtfully held on to my wife’s glasses while we posed for photos! Thank you Westfields, Ashley, and company for making our wedding day perfect!

has large arched windows that are a show stopper! All my guests really enjoyed the space. Unfortunately it was cold on our wedding day (50 degrees in late May!) and it was drizzling so we had to have cocktail hour inside rather than on the patio which was my dream. But not a single guest complained! Ashley was our point of contact to prepare for our wedding as well as our day of coordinator and she did an amazing job! She was able to accommodate all our hopes and needs. I can’t stress enough how amazing our reception was because of her!

I'm so happy we chose Westfields Golf Club as our venue for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our guests had a blast and so did we :)

he venue itself is reasonably priced with open bar included in the food packages. The ceremony space is a covered pavilion which was great on a hot August day. The best part was that they took care of everything for me! I dropped off all my decorations the day before and they set it all up and packed it all back up afterwards. I wasn't very specific in telling them what I wanted so they took it and ran with it. I couldn't have done it better myself! They also made sure to take care of me and my groom during the reception. Ashley got us a plate of food from the cocktail hour so we could have some when we finished pictures and then we had plates waiting for us at our table to eat while everyone else was getting their food. And the food was sooo good. They made it easy to get married even with COVID and took special precautions. All the staff were wearing masks and they had staff serving the food (even though it was a buffet). I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and we are so glad we picked Westfields.

We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they made everything easy and painless. They understood it wasn’t an easy decision and wanted to make sure we could do what was best for us. When our wedding day finally arrived, we had a bunch of last minute issues that Ashley handled with the most amazing grace and support. She wanted to make sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect and had solutions for us (even offered to do things we didn’t think were possible). She was there to answer any last minute questions (or random questions months away from the event). She had an answer, solution or suggestion for every situation. On the day of the event, she made everything run smoothly. She was even helping bustle my dress and fixing a hook on it, when we needed it. If you use Westfields, you absolutely need her to handle the day of coordination. Some people think using someone associated with the venue means they will only look out for the venue and not put you first, that is absolutely not true here. The venue absolutely lives up to the Marriott name and quality. But even more importantly, it is prettier than any hotel (and means amazing photos) and they do not nickel and dime you. A lot is included with what you pay for and they are so flexible. They were able to accommodate many dietary restrictions with no issue, egg allergy and celiac (even for a child). There was no additional charge for a signature cocktail and my husband was able to request a special drink. We were able to add options for entrees and add appetizers to our package with very reasonable charges. We toured some many venues and compared and honestly, having the wedding at Westfields made sense financially compare to other full service venues in the area and after the event, I honestly can’t image any venue being better.
