We also had a last minute change of plans due to weather to do dinner and cocktail hour inside and move the drinks and dancing afterwards out to the courtyard, it was seamless and so much fun! They handled everything so that we didn’t have to think about a thing. I can’t recommend them enough!! If you are thinking about having your wedding at the Westin, you will not be disappointed!!

They went above and beyond in countless ways to make our wedding events seamless and unique, and provided exceptional service that our guests are still raving about. Between the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, bridal party breakfast and luncheon, wedding ceremony, reception, after party, and Sunday brunch (phew) - the team made us feel comfortable, confident, and perhaps most importantly stress-free. Catering Director Robin in particular went above and beyond every step of the way. Thanks to Robin the weekend progressed so smoothly and on schedule that we were able to relax and truly enjoy the magic of it all. Robin did it all – from providing guidance on menu/package decisions, planning an incredible wedding tasting, conducting site visits to our wedding location (the Villa Marianna), coordinating the ever-changing room blocks, recommending and coordinating with local vendors, planning welcome treats for our parents, reserving the Westin shuttle for the first look - to leaving rose petals, sweet treats, and a bottle of champagne in our hotel room for us to find after the ceremony. Not to mention she took the time to clean and ship the reception blankets to hurricane victims post ceremony. Working with the Westin team resulted in a seamless wedding planning experience, but perhaps more importantly was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I couldn't recommend their wedding services highly enough!

Aside from the obviously beautiful location and included features for the event, a large part of our decision to book The Westin was Robin. She worked out the perfect menu, arrangement, and locations based on our budget and worked extremely hard to help us keep it. The day of, our plans for a courtyard ceremony got moved indoors. Thanks to the incredible staff and Robin, the hotel lobby was transformed into our beautiful wedding ceremony! The meal was perfect, the venue is gorgeous, and this staff cares about your wedding just as much as you do and it shows.

ent manager, is wonderful. She kept us calm during Hurricane Matthew and was always so pleasant to deal with and prompt with responses. Every employee was over the top helpful and friendly and helped to make the guests feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was quickly cleaned up to high standards after the hurricane and we were able to have a wonderful weekend just one week later. Special thanks as well to John, Steven and Kitty. Highly recommend for the service and hospitality.
