The wedding team at The Westin O'Hare was wonderful to work with from the start of our planning process until the big day! Jessica P. made the booking process seamless and was so helpful in working out the details of our event contract. Lasandra B. was an incredible asset to us along the way and ensured that our vision came to life! She put so much time and effort into making our day special and we are forever grateful. The Grand Ballroom was a stunning backdrop for all of our friends and family to gather and celebrate with us. During our reception, the service was exceptional and everything came together just as we imagined.

When it came to our wedding weekend, the Westin staff ensured our wedding went off without any issues. They made sure we were taken care of all day from 6:30am until well into the New Year. The food was absolutely wonderful! We received so many compliments from everyone who attended.

The Michigan Ballroom can accommodate up to 120 friends and family members for your lavish or intimate wedding reception. This elegant ballroom also includes ambient lighting, modern decor, and ample space for your food and drinks station. The LaSalle Ballroom comfortably accommodates 225 loved ones for a wedding reception with an abstract ceiling, wall lighting, and smooth carpet floors. If you desire a large celebration, the Grand Ballroom is available for you and up to 600 guests with a tall 23' ceiling height and private pre-function space that also features windows.
