Founder Jeff Hill has been collaborating with couples since 2009. After studying cinematography and post-production at Columbia College, he worked on films and TV shows in Chicago. With a mission of bringing the same degree of quality to wedding videography, he moved to Saint Louis and formed Westview Media. Since then, he has crafted over 200 wedding videos. His experienced team is passionate about capturing each beautiful moment of your wedding day using the best possible equipment. They can adapt to your style, whether you prefer artistic, documentary, dramatic, or modern. Westview Media would be honored to film your wedding rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and after-party. Their wedding films range from 30 to 90 minutes in length so that you can relive the entire day, from your first look to your bittersweet departure as newlyweds. Their wedding packages allow for additional hours of filming and multiple cameras and locations. You will receive your highlight and feature-length videos as digital files following the big day. Jeff Hill

Owner

Jeff Hill is native to St. Louis and has been filming weddings for over nine years. He graduated from Columbia College in 2004 where he studied cinematography and post-production. He then worked for several years on various TV programs and feature films in Chicago. In 2009, Jeff came home to St. Louis to found Westview Media, a videography firm dedicated to producing affordable high-end wedding video. Jeff's vision for his company is to apply the quality and craft of feature movies to make wedding videos worthy of the silver screen. In nine years, Jeff has produced over 200 wedding videos.

Jeff was so easy going and very accommodating. His calm, friendly, relaxed personality was an incredible presence during our wedding day - and your videographer is someone you see a lot of on your wedding day! We personally chose to go with West View was because they have such great options for how much video footage they pass on to their clients - and we are so grateful for the full footage we have of our wedding ceremony, toasts, first dances, and a short and full length video of our wedding day.

We were extremely happy with our wedding videos from Westview Media. We were hesitant to have a videographer because we were worried it would be distracting during the ceremony, but Jeff managed to capture all the most important moments of our wedding and reception discreetly and unobtrusively. We absolutely love the videos and love how Jeff shared several different edits - a highlight reel, the full ceremony, speeches, etc., so it's easy to find exactly what we are looking for. The video quality is great and very professionally shot. We've loved reliving our wedding and sharing with family and friends. We highly recommend Jeff and Westview!

Hiring Westview Media was one of the three best decisions we made in our entire wedding. Jeff and his crew are amazingly talented. More than a few times while watching the videos, we looked at each other and said 'do you remember seeing him filming us?? They were very unobtrusive, but they got some incredible shots. Really, really talented. The finished product(s) were entirely professional. ALL of the edits were clean, there were some transitions between scenes that floored us with how cool they were, and the audio was perfectly mixed. You will not find a better videographer at any price.

We didn’t know if we wanted a videographer right away and it was a last minute decision, and it was the best decision ever to go with Westview media! We got videos of literally everything we could have ever wanted. We had a two hour movie night watching all the videos and it truly felt like we were reliving the best night of our lives! Jeff Hill and Derek were amazing and got footage I didn’t even know I wanted until I saw it on film! Truly amazing!

We had a great experience with Westview Media! Jeff and Derek were easy going and goofy and fun to have following us around all evening. Great communication leading up to the wedding and afterwards, as well. I love the way that the end product, full length video highlights our guests so well so that we will always remember who shared in that special day with us. Jeff and the Westview Media team are ridiculously talented, able to quickly ascertain a couples’ vision, so accommodating, and very timely. Jeff captured so many special moments at our wedding, and we are so grateful that we now have all of the incredible footage to relive the memories. Jeff filmed our wedding at Silver Oaks Chateau on 5/12/18. Hiring a videographer was something I kept going back and forth on. However, I am SO happy that I decided to go with Westview media, they exceeded all of my expectations! I couldn't have been happier with my video from Westview Media. I never post reviews, but after seeing our video, I had to share with the world how satisfied I am with Jeff and his entire team. Not only is Jeff one of the nicest guys to deal with, but you can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the quality of the video. It honestly looks like a movie. There wasn't a single thing that I would have changed... It was absolute PERFECTION and we'll cherish it always. Jeff also sold us on doing a video montage for our engagement party. We are really happy that we listened to him. We got so many compliments from our guests that we decided to play it at our wedding too. I highly recommend this option. It was really fun to see pictures of me and my husband from birth to adulthood, and then to see pictures of us from the start of our relationship till now... mixed with our favorite music in the background. REALLY FUN! Thank you Jeff and all of Westview Media for creating a video that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives!!! You guys are the BEST!
