roduct. The thought of sending wedding invitations with such a glaring grammatical error makes me physically ill, yet I don't have a choice thanks to timing. The invitations she sent were lovely, absolutely beautiful design and quality, but the professionalism leaves MUCH to be desired.

om there. She printed the wrong address on the envelopes, when I asked her for a reprint she wanted me to pay an additional $200, ( I had already paid her over $1,100). I told her that I shouldn't have to pay any additional cost when it was clearly her mistake. She didn't try to work something out with just wanted me to pay the $200. She has no customer service, makes you sign a contract, ( which she doesn't follow) and then wants to hold you liable for what the contract says, but she doesn't follow it. I emailed her so many times to the point where I felt like a stalker and barley got an answer from her. Biggest mistake of my life ordering my invites from her. NO bride should have this headache. Still haven't received my invites and currently filing a dispute. Don't order from this lady find someone else.

xpected and the unexpected for a bride-to-be is tantamount to a disaster when you're so close to the wedding date. Ruth was easy to communicate with and very professional. Why 4 stars? I wish she would have met me halfway rather than me driving to Kirkland. Maybe she ships her work? I don't know as I was under a time crunch.

error that affected far more than not of my invitations - ie If you have a design that uses two different printing styles and relies heavily on the placement of your printing being exact - it most likely won't be perfect on the majority of the prints. When I told people how much was charged for each of my invitations, they were all beside themselves that at such a cost there wasn't a better quality control, especially with ordering under 100 invites. They were more than willing to work with me on a refund that was suitable for such (as there was no time for a re-print), but that didn't fix me feeling bad for sending out "less than perfect" invitations to my guests when I had invested so much time (with adjusting/approving proofs) and (not to mention) money into them looking "just so".

Numerous colors and designs made everything highly customizable and enabled us to select a perfect match for our wedding decor, not to mention the finished products were of incredibly high quality at a relatively quick turnaround. We included special Arabic characters in our invitation, and Ruth was very patient and helpful working with us to ensure the font appeared just as it should. Should we have fine paper needs in the future, she will definitely be our first choice-- we have already recommended her to friends who have also used her and been very pleased with the results!

We purposefully chose vendors that employ corporate responsibility in their businesses, place an importance on environmental standards, etc. My now-husband and I met with Ruth at her quaint shop to explore FSC-certified and recycled paper. We ended up selected this wonderful plantable paper for our Save The Dates and beautiful wedding invitations made from all recycled materials. Ruth was a delight throughout this process. She made great suggestions for ways to make our invitations even more personal and we were thrilled with the end result. Our guests kept commenting to us about how beautiful our invitations and Save The Dates were. We are so happy we found Ruth and had the opportunity to work with her. We highly recommend Paper Fling!

ad a long hindu ceremony and Ruth provided great insight on how to create a beautiful program without busting the budget. For our reception, we had a ton of food that barely git on the paper but Ruth made it work and made it look amazing. We technically didnt have a budget but we also didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount and she was completely respectful of that. Ruth also provided our day of programs and menus for the wedding in the same design as the invitations which was important to me as well. In the end maybe I spent a bit more than planned but my OCD was very happy with the end result of the matching invitations to the overall program/menu giving off a formal feel even for a destination wedding such as ours.

much of my budget towards invites. A friend of mine got married last year and told me that I HAD to meet with Ruth; to oblige her I made an appointment. The consultation was free so I figured I had nothing to lose, at the very least I would come up with some new ideas of what I was looking for. Paper Fling is so welcoming and Ruth is wonderful. She is friendly, down to earth and I felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. She offers the full spectrum of options, from the simple and classic to modern and trendy and everything in between. She asked me about my wedding and what I was looking for. We were soon flipping through her sample books and before I knew it I had fallen in love with my perfect invitation. It was everything thing that I didn't know I was looking for. About a week after my invitations went to print, I got a call from my venue stating that they were closing, thus needing new invites with a new venue printed on them. I called Ruth right away. Even though the delivery date wasn't scheduled for about another 3 weeks for invites to be done, she had already completed them. After explaining the situation, Ruth worked with me and only charged the cost to reprint (forwarded to venue of course). My reprinted invitations were completed only a week after that, and they are beautiful. They look exactly as they did in the proof she sent me. Ruth responded in a timely manner, was always friendly and helpful, and her timeline ran ahead of schedule the entire time. Ruth was an absolute joy to work with; helpful every step of the way. There is a reason she has won awards for "Best Of". Invitations definitely set the tone of the event for your guests, and I couldn't imagine them looking any better than they do. Thank you so much, Ruth!!!

After shuffling through the boxes and picking out what we liked, she picked and pieced together something fabulous that stayed within our budget. We used Paper Fling for our invites and thank you cards. They were both ready quickly and she graciously replaced any "oops" from our end with addresses, which was a very nice perk!

They helped me design the concept and worked with some of my own ideas to put together the perfect invitations. They printed and cut everything, and I brought in some bridesmaids to the shop to help me assemble everything, which cut down on the cost to keep things within budget. Paper Fling is wonderful to work with!
