Nestled in the San Diego backcountry, in Ramona, CA, WestWynd is a one-hundred-plus acre luxury ranch with numerous options and sites for hosting your ceremony and reception. Located within 5 miles of 15 local boutiques and small wineries, one hour from downtown San Diego and the airport, and 20 minutes from either the historic mountain town of Julian or the world-famous San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Major venue spaces include a rustic country hay barn and an outdoor patio in front of our Ranch House which is adjacent to a small secret garden & orchard. Host an event in our oak tree meadow or grassy turnout pasture, have a small dinner amongst the vines in the vineyard lea, Provide for your closest friends and family to reside on-site throughout your festivities. With space to house 26 overnight guests in two well-appointed residences (12 in our Ranch House and 14 in our Guesthouse) and the many relaxing country amenities that we offer, WestWynd is the perfect destination. Take a boat ride over and enjoy a private romantic dinner for two or up to 10 people on the island in the center of our pond. Hike the granite ridgeline, roam the ranch, stroll through our Sangiovese vineyard or enjoy a visit with our extended ranch family of cows, horses, chickens and small goats.
