About this vendor
At What’s Up Europe in Visalia, helping brides find their dream dress is truly personal for us. We’re a small boutique in the heart of California’s Central Valley, and every bride who walks through our doors becomes part of our story. We love taking the time to understand your vision, your personality, and what makes you feel beautiful.
Our collection features designers we genuinely admire—Essense of Australia, Justin Alexander, Sophia Tolli, Allure, and Kitty Chen—each offering their own style and magic. But what we treasure most is the moment you light up when you find the gown that feels like “you.”
We’re here to make your dress journey joyful, meaningful, and unforgettable.

What’s Up Europe kicked off my wedding dress shopping experience. Melissa was my consultant & from the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable & at ease. She listened to m...
y concerns & picked dresses that fit my comfort level while also pushing the limits & getting me to explore different options. She was a great hype-woman for sure, especially when I saw how snatched some dresses made me look! She gave me the freedom to try on a dress I had seen online & they had in-store, and she built off of that to get me to the style that best suited my body type. She was nice enough to let 2 more of my family members come in before we left so they could see my top choice dress. It was absolutely an amazing experience & one I won’t soon forget. Thank you Melissa!!
I walked into my first alteration appointment a nervous mess with a wedding dress way too big for me. I had lost quite a bit of weight since picking it out and was scared that I’d ...
hate it. With a pin here and a pin there, I stood in front of the mirror and watched Helena work her magic. She formed the dress to my body making sure that everything about my dress complimented my figure and curves. With every pin, tuck and snip of her sheers I went from nervous to confident and watched the girl in the mirror turn in to a bride. We customized my dress, added the slit I wished it had and planned alterations for my overskirt from her creative recommendations that were even better than I had ever dreamed of. Helena is my very own fairy godmother and I can’t thank her enough for giving me my love, excitement and confidence back for my wedding dress!
Thank you Helena & thank you Melissa for all that you did for me! ♡
Let me begin by saying how amazing this place is! I could rate it 10 stars but there is only 5 lol! My consultant, ALEXIA was super helpful with the process. God bless her! No lie,...
I stepped in here nervous not knowing where to start or what to expect! She just knew what to say and do to help me feel comfortable. She made this day so easy going and stress free for me. Customer service was excellent. Honestly I walked out content and excited. This place is the spot for your future wedding dress! I would highly recommend anyone to come check this place out! Let them help you to hold that sign that says “I SAID YES TO THE DRESS” !!
Came back for alterations, and once again, my girl ALEXIA got the job done and made me feel at ease. Can’t wait to see what my dress is going to look like before my wedding !
I loved my dress from What's Up Europe! The staff were all very kind. Andrea was phenomenal during my dress shopping appointment and helped me find the dress of my dreams, which wa...
s very different than what I thought I wanted! At one point when I went to pick up my dress for the first time, they overbooked themselves so I was left alone to put my dress on and felt overlooked. However, during each of my formal fittings they were very attentive. Helena knew just what to do to make my dress fit perfectly. My dress was stunning and fit perfectly!
Love this Bridal Shop, they have the prettiest dresses to chose from. The Ladies there are amazing. Helena completely changed the my Kitty Chen dress and it was absolutely perfect....
She is so talented and made me feel beautiful on my wedding day because of the way she redesigned the back of the dress. Thank you Helena! xoxo
Stat away from this place.if there was a 0 star rating that's what i would have given this place. I went to get a dress made for my brothers wedding and at the end we didn't seem t...
o like it but everything was payed. the customer service is good but i can't say the same for the dresses. I wish i can insert photos but the dress isn't put together very well its only held by a little thread the back was ripped where the corset was supposed to be. The dress that i bought was around 600 dollars yet the quality of it screams goodwill I'm sorry but from no on im staying away from this place
I can't say enough about the team at Whats up Europe. They were busy with appointments and still managed to make me feel special even though I was a walk in. I found the perfect dr...
ess and after consultation decided I wanted to customize it. After many fittings (all so professional and wonderful), they made me the PERFECT dress for my day. I can't thank them enough for making me a priority and making every visit wonderful.
I bought my dress elsewhere, but this shop was willing to provide alterations and did a satisfactory job! It was a little pricy, but lower than other local salons. The owner and st...
aff catered to my needs and were very flexible.
They found the perfect dress for me... I didn't look at anything on the rack, but simply described my ideal dress and then tried on anything they brought me... 5 dresses later and ...
I had the perfect dress for me! The staff did a great job!
Helena is SO great to work with; she's willing to do anything to make your dress just perfect for you. The shop is small, but the dresses are gorgeous; there are various brands, as...
well as Helena's own designs. I chose a dress Helena had originally designed, but made changes to make it 'mine'. She has a great eye and knows just what to do to make it look fabulous! Only critique is that she can cut the timing pretty close, so you have to be very upfront with her that you want your dress done by a certain amount of time before the wedding. My dress turn out exactly as I envisioned, I was thrilled with it! It was very thrashed by the end of the night though, so it makes me wonder if it was more fragile because it was custom made... Overall I highly recommend What's Up Europe; excellent service and beautiful dresses, you can't go wrong!
I can't say enough about this dress designer!! Helena is amazing!!! I never imagined being able to afford my own custom gown for my wedding day but it was made possible by Helena a...
t What's Up Europe. My dress was exactly what I dreamed of! Everything was perfect at this shop...several fittings, always on time appointments, great customer service, etc. Helena listens and makes certain you are happy with your dress. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
I loved my dress. It was perfect. The couple who own the salon were nice and the salon had many beautiful dresses to choose from.;The people who own the salon are very nice, howeve...
r they are very unorganized. If I didn't love my dress I would have gone somewhere else. Every appointment I had, they were either late, not there at all or my dress wasn't ready yet. It was a bit frustrating. When we went to pick up my dress, it was dirty and wrinkled. When they did actually steam it and clean it, I was very happy. Like I said, if I didn't find my dress there I would have went elsewhere. Later I heard other similar stories about that bridal shop. I wouldn't reccomend it.
