Joel was our DJ at our wedding and he did a wonderful job! We were pretty hands-off for the most part in our planning for our music and he came up with a great playlist that kept people on the dance floor. We was also flexible and was able to play last minute song requests/changes. Very satisfied with his service and would 10/10 recommend!
Joel and Chris at Wheelhouse were awesome for our wedding! They have great pricing and lots of options to make sure the day of is exactly how you want it. Chris and Joel answered every question I had and helped make sure we were thinking of all the moments for our wedding day. We gave Chris a pretty extensive playlist to pull music from and he played all the songs we wanted to hear and some extra ones that really got people out on the dance floor. Couldn't recommend enough.
We had the best time at the reception and seamless music transitions during the ceremony. Wheelhouse worked so well with us on our wedding playlists and must haves! Very professional and very fun! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great DJ for their wedding or special event. I will most certainly use them again in the future for some other events coming up!

Wheelhouse Productions did an amazing job at our wedding! They provided detailed questionnaires to ensure they had everything just right. We didn't know who our actual MC would be until the day of, but Joel picked out a great one -- Chris nailed everything and really brought the dance floor to life with his energy! Would definitely recommend these guys!

My husband and I choose Wheelhouse Productions to be our DJ at our wedding and we could not have been happier with their services!! Wheelhouse was super helpful and got back to use in a timely manner anytime we had questions. For the day of our event we had Heather as our DJ and she was phenomenal! I was worried about our setup because our dinner and dancing were in different places, but Heather made it work perfectly. She was incredibly nice and made our day so special! I would highly recommend booking Wheelhouse , and if you can ask for Heather, she will not disappoint!!

Joel with Wheelhouse was absolutely awesome! Throughout our whole wedding experience he made things as easy and seamless as possible, all with a great attitude! DJs had a great setup at the wedding and knew how to keep the room up and moving. I gave them a lot of freedom in music for the reception and let them do their own thing and they rocked it! I'm happy I went with Wheelhouse!
My husband and I recently got married and used Wheelhouse Production as our DJ. They were absolutely amazing to work with!! They started out by sending us a questionnaire to fill out regarding which songs we wanted played for different moments. It also came with song ideas for each one as well. Which if you’re like me you will definitely need some options. They did such an amazing job and were so helpful throughout the entire process. I even have friends and family asking for the specific playlist from the wedding night. We definitely got more than our money’s worth in not only quality but in friendliness of the workers as well! I would 100% recommend them to everyone! It makes me want to get married all over again ;)

Wheelhouse was SO attentive during the entire planning process. I had a TON of questions & Joel never seemed annoyed answering them. Heather was amazing! She listened to every request we had during the reception & was so helpful with her opinions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Have no doubts about Heather and Russell! They are wonderful! We are the kind of people who did not know what we wanted, just that we wanted music! They walked us through the decision-making process, showed up on time, took care of setting up, delivered top-notch service and provided a great time for young and old during the reception. Russell suggested a phone video mock of sending off the couple since the photographer had already left-how thoughtful! These two love what they do and it shows!!!!

We also had them do an acoustic set for the begging of the reception and it was nothing short of spectacular. Joel has been amazing since the day I booked him. Not only did he listen to my requests he helped me find some others. The ceremony was beautiful, but when dinner started we lost power. Not only was him and his partner willing to keep going, they found a way to keep the music on. I am beyond impressed and so happy they were part of our day!!

Joel was great to work with even with COVID-19 and a rescheduled wedding. He was very flexible and understanding when it came to changing our date which we appreciated greatly. He was very reasonable with our budget as well. When it came time to our wedding I sent my song lists to him and they were all included and played as asked at the right times. They played music all night that was appropriate and fitting for our guests and we had such a great time! He even had dance floor lights which was an awesome touch. I would recommend Joel to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding.

Joel and his buddy played at my wedding in September 2018... They were so incredibly professional and kind, the music was beautiful!! They did exactly what we had asked for! It is almost our two year anniversary and we still talk about how they were the highlight of our special day! Highly recommend !!

Joel is a very talented musician. He sang and played guitar beautifully during our ceremony and cocktail hour. When the reception started he kept the party going! He was easy to work with and was able to keep the flow of events(I.e. speeches, cake cutting.). Joel was able to read the crowd and play a little bit for everyone. We had a blast!

My wife and I interviewed a few DJs for our wedding and we are more than thrilled we went with Joel.
We gave him a few songs and he did an amazing job at creating two wedding playlists with the songs that we wanted. We wanted top charts, polish, french, indian and mauritian music. He got a good understanding of our taste based on the song selection we gave him and he incorporated similar songs in the playlists. He helped us with both, a pre-ceremony and a post-ceremony dancing playlist. My wife and I performed a multicultural dance for our guests after the ceremony. Joel did an astounding job at splicing segments of various songs together so they would start one after another and it turned out perfect! Everyone loved it!!

Joel was a pleasure to work with for our wedding on 3/17/2019, in Guthrie Ok. At Dominion House. My wife and I were exceptionally happy with the job he and his assistant/musician did. They provided live music during the service and DJ’d the reception. Joel was easy to work with as far as song selection and he made us feel very comfortable that he was the right person for the job. He helped make not just the music and reception amazing, but was instrumental in making our whole wedding truly perfection. Our experience with Joel was nothing short of a dream. When it comes to weddings or really any event planning, you have to put your faith in the vendors you hire to show up and do what you’ve paid for. With Joel you get so much more. He curated a playlist for our reception that was incredible, especially considering we gave him a very eclectic list of specific songs we wanted. He also just in general knows music so if you aren’t as specific as us, he will still be able to create something just for you! He is also, just a good dude who is timely, great at communication and can read a crowd. We would recommend him in a heart beat!

When I first spoke to Joel I had no complaints. He seemed to know exactly what we wanted, and I thought it would be a great fit. When our wedding got rescheduled due to Covid-19, Joel wouldn’t work with us. He couldn’t make it for the day we asked. Other vendors had offered to find someone to fill in for them in case they couldn’t make it, but Joel didn’t give us that option. When I asked if I could have my deposit back since he would not be able to work for us he refused. He was legally allowed to refuse that, but I think it was completely unfair and very rude considering we had no control over our wedding being postponed.

n your text message I was not given any other option than the date of June 13th which was the weekend my daughter was due to be born. If we could have communicated a different date then I would have been happy to entertain!
My offer still stands to apply the deposit to ANY future event that I have available whether you would like DJ services for a house party, pro audio for a live event, or any kind of live music from solo to a full band. This has been a hard time for everyone, vendors included. I have been trying to navigate it the best I can. Again, I apologize and I wish a great future to you and your new partner.

This is the man you want to have at your event! Not only was his voice and instrumental stylings awesome, but he also spoke to my brother and his soon to be wife from his experience about marriage and relationships. He was personable, prompt and kind.
He played acoustic guitar and harmonica for us and learned two of the requested songs in less that a week and sang them perfectly!
I would’ve given him more stars if that were an option!
