Their experience was evident in every detail of their work. I cannot thank them enough for being our calm in the midst of the good chaos and making sure everything ran smoothly. Even our smallest requests were heard, remembered, and taken care of! Honestly, I want to throw another event just so I can have them coordinate it again! Samantha was fantastic! As someone who is very Type A, having her there on my wedding day was such a gift. She had an incredibly calming presence and made me feel confident that everything was under control, allowing me to actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about the details. We ran into a few issues with vendors, and Samantha handled them immediately and professionally. At one point, a vendor was extremely late and unreachable, and she was even willing to send her assistant to the vendor's store to get what was needed if it came to that. Knowing she was willing to go above and beyond like that gave me so much peace of mind. The information and guidance she provided throughout the planning process were incredibly helpful, and it was clear that she took the time to carefully review everything I sent her. She paid attention to the details and truly understood my vision. Samantha was also a wonderful decorator and played a huge role in bringing everything together. She was truly the person behind making my vision come to life, and the day looked even more beautiful than I had imagined. I cannot recommend her enough!

I’ve also been part of over 100+ weddings — and now I coordinate weddings and connect Austin’s newly engaged couples to their dream venues. I’ve been on every side of the hospitality industry and this definitely isn’t my first rodeo. SO organized with Google docs and spreadsheets. She was quick to answer questions and gave me so much peace of mind about the day! With a surprise rain shower happening an hour before our outdoor ceremony, Sam worked to flip the space, dry seats, and re-set tables flawlessly!
