We couldn’t have higher praise for Kelly and Chris! We were on the fence about getting a videographer for our wedding until 2 weeks before when we came across Whiddon Productions. They were extremely responsive and accommodatable to our short notice request. When they arrived at the venue they were friendly, professional and jumped right in to help capture every moment of our big day. They are the type of people that make it seem like you have known them for years. Our admiration for their work grew tenfold when we were able to see the footage after only a short while. We felt that they captured our day perfectly with a nice blend of intimacy, charm and grace. We highly recommend getting the Documentary Edit in addition to the short film. It is movie quality and we are so happy to have captured these memories forever. Despite being on the fence about booking videography – we think this was one of the best decisions we made!

After my first call with Chris, I did not look at any other videographers. He was so nice and answered all of my questions. Their prices are extremely reasonable especially for the caliber or product they deliver. Chris and his wife Kelly made us feel so comfortable the entire day. Best of all, I barely noticed they were there but somehow they captured all of the most important moments perfectly. They were so accommodating and even worked in my special request for short interviews with our grandparents. I am so pleased with our video and my entire experience with Whiddon Productions. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a videographer.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Whiddon Productions over the course of our engagement and on our wedding day. Chris was so easy to talk to and answered all of the questions that we had in the beginning when we were shopping around for a videographer. After we decided to work with Whiddon Productions, we talked to them multiple times via email or phone and they were responsive, helpful, and timely every time! On our actual wedding day, Chris and Kelly were unobtrusive, but still able to capture all of the details that we'll cherish for a lifetime. You're so busy on your wedding day and there are things that you miss, but Chris and Kelly caught all of the wonderful moments, those that we remember, and those we didn't even know took place! We feel so blessed to have our amazing video to watch together over the years to remember all of the details we worked so hard on as well as the fun and pure emotion of our special day (and the video only took 2 months to get and it was just as great as I hoped it would be)! Not only are Chris and Kelly very talented, but they're also really nice people and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and their price didn't break the bank either!! It's hard to find quality videographers at a decent price, but with Whiddon Productions, you get both!

I highly recommend Chris Whiddon. The video he created of our daughter's wedding is wonderful! The music, the editing, the way he put the whole thing together was just terrific.So creative and it captured everything we wanted. We purchased the video as well as all of the raw footage and I am so glad we did. It is something I will treasure the rest of my life. He also was not intrusive at all that day. I barely realized Chris and the other members of his team were there. You will be very pleased if you chose Chris as your videographer. He is worth it!

Looking back on my wedding, I think working with Whiddon Productions may have been the single best decision I made (outside of my groom!). The Wedding film they created brought me back to my wedding day in a way that photographs alone couldn't possibly capture. The production quality is incredible, and I'm just so impressed with how they edited the footage to tell a story. Initially I wondered if hiring a videographer was worth the cost. I can say without a doubt it was worth it. Having this wedding film that I'll be able to share with my children one day is absolutely priceless. Chris and Kelly were so easy to work with throughout the entire process--they were approachable, responsive and professional. On the actual day of, my husband and I completely forgot they were filming because they were so inconspicuous. The Whiddons exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

We were so happy with Chris and Kelly of Whiddon Productions! They were wonderful to work with during the whole process. When we received the video it was perfect. They captured the wedding beautifully and the music that they chose was terrific! We all cried watching it!!!! The Whiddonproductions did a perfect job on our wedding video! They captured everything that we wanted and more. And the movie depicted the exact feel and emotion of the day! They were the sweetest couple to work with and were very accommodating. I would recommend them 100%!

Chris and Kelly were fabulous to work with. They came by the rehearsal to get a feel for the ceremony site and to find the best camera angles for the big day. For our wedding day, Chris stayed with my husband and Kelly stayed with me and the girls. They both have a great personality and are fun to have around. We were both very comfortable having them with us as we got ready, almost like having friends with you. They made the day about us and worked around us to get the video and audio that they needed. They were never in the way of anyone else and blended into the background. A great day-of experience. When we received our video we were blown away. To start off, the videos are packaged beautifully. We popped the DVD in and sat down to relive our day. My husband and I both cried as we watched the video of our wedding and the entire ceremony. There are so many great moments and little details that Chris and Kelly were able to capture, even things that were missed by the photographer. And to have the emotion captured on video was wonderful. It really showed off our personalities and the spirit of the day. The audio and video quality was awesome and we couldn’t ask for more. I love a good wedding video and I’m pleased so say that I have my own now. A wedding video was a must have for our wedding. The wedding day really goes by fast and we will forever be able to go back and view those important moments. We are lucky to have Chris and Kelly capture our wedding day and highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a high quality wedding video that they will be proud of for years to come.

My husband and I weren't sure if we wanted a videographer and decided last minute to choose one nearby our wedding in Hot Springs, Va. They were absolutely wonderful -- were able to hop in midstream during our planning and were extremely professional during the prep process. On the day of the event, they coordinated seemlessly with our photographer and we hardly noticed them hustling around, getting all the shots! Never felt uncomfortable, forced or staged. Sweet, kind and friendly. They also accomodated a rush order for the film for my family -- a very needed thing for us! Cannot express the gratitude. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend to anyone -- everyone who has seen the video has commented on its quality. We are so happy to have it!

I could not be happier with Chris and Kelly and Whiddon Productions. They were always available for questions in advance of the wedding, and were the right amount of around but not-too-conspicuous on the big day. I love the video they put together for us--it captures all the moments I wanted to save plus a few more I never even knew happened! Their style is modern and tasteful. Most of all, they are trustworthy and easy to get along with--one of the best vendors we had.
