Having her shoot our engagement photos and our wedding photos was like hanging out with a friend you’ve known your whole life! She made us so comfortable in front of the camera which is super hard to do, especially because we consider ourselves awkward when it comes to PDA! She also paid attention to every detail - she made sure all of my bridesmaids necklaces were laying how they should, that the guys ties were straight and jackets buttoned, that my hair was where it needed to be. She made me feel like a supermodel on my wedding day and the photos prove it! Amberlee even made my dreams come true when I told her I wanted a “confetti shot”! I will cherish her work for my whole life, and I am so grateful that the google fairies led me to her!

Picking a photographer can be a dizzying process, and Amberlee made us feel comfortable. I instantly clicked with her when we first spoke about our engagement/wedding and what we envisioned for our photography story. Starting with her "welcoming" gift, everything she does is with generosity, thoughtfulness, and a personal touch. (Aside from the "welcoming gift," her packaging of our photos and digital files was exquisite. Personalized, special, and a keepsake for years to come.)
She traveled far for our engagement shoot to ensure we had a place that meant something to us, and we loved our time with her. On the wedding day, she was diligent with our shot list and capturing everything we wanted that day. She wrangled a bridal party of 20 people, plus immediate families of 18+ people... and did it with ease and grace! Also, she worked seamlessly with our videographer, which is a special skill as well.
She was such a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, passionate about photography! We felt like she was a genuine part of our day, and she made it so special with her beautiful work. We love our photos, and we're working on our albums right now. Looking forward to having these photos/albums for the rest of our lives to represent our memorable day and share with family & friends. Our pictures from the wedding are stunning. They perfectly capture the vibrancy and joy of the day, and each time we show them to someone their first comment is "This looks like a magazine wedding!" We had a lot of moving around, including a parade from the church to the venue, and she captured each and every element beautifully.

Our wedding was a 92 degree day (go figure!) and she managed to keep the pictures fast and got every single shot we asked for, all while we were more or less melting from the heat. How she was able to wrangle our massive families (100 people all told) for group photos and wedding party of ~16 people in the efficient way she did is still beyond me. As she and I discussed, everything felt natural and true to the spirit of our day (she captured an amazing rustic look filled with shots of nature and natural beauty). Photos started coming within 24 hours of the wedding with the full album within less than 10 days. I would highly (HIGHLY) recommend booking Amber - and doing it fast since I'm sure the word is out and she's booking up in advance :)
